He kept me informed by phone and coming out to the house to supervise the install. There were some minor delays due to multiple layers of old roofing that had to be removed. From the minute I contacted Red Diamond Roofing, to the completion of my roof, I have been impressed with the professionalism of everyone. This was particularly striking, given the road blocks my insurance company tried to put up!
After several different inspections, drone and live people, my insurance company wanted to only do a “repair.” Travis and Tory from Red Diamond convinced me to continue to push for a full replacement. Their knowledge of the new Larimer County building code for roofs finally convinced my insurance company to approve a full, Class 4 roof replacement. That NEVER would have happened without Red Diamond’s knowledgeable staff.
My build day was yesterday. Their professional, efficient crew completed the job in 1 day. Clean up was meticulous. Not a single nail was found today when Travis and Tory came to do the final check.

We are so happy with Red Diamond Roofing Fort Collins! And it new roof is beautiful. I love it!! They helped us with the insurance claim, spent lots of time explaining the process and helping us pick out the perfect shingles. The installation crew was very efficient and pleasant and they cleaned everything up very well. Jeff checked in with us during every step of the way to see if we had questions, to make sure we were satisfied and to explain the next step. They were careful to put back anything they had moved on the patio. If we ever need another roof, which I don't think we will, we'll call Red Diamond.

I had such a great experience with this company. Christian has been great. When he said they would get started in two weeks the job was started in two weeks. Of course nothing ever goes smoothly but every time a problem arose Christian was right there to get it taken care of. Fort Collins Red Diamond Roofing is great! I went out for bid with multiple roofers after a major hail storm with a quite elderly roof. Other roofers had higher bids, didn't listen to what I wanted and added in things not needed.
Christian with Red Diamond Roofing showed up in time, was very professional and not only suggested I put in an insurance claim, but came back out to meet with the adjuster and took the time to go over it with him. Christian also suggested to the adjuster that the planking probably needed to be replaced and that cost was figured into insurance as well which never would have been had Christian not been there. Because of the diligence on Christian's part the insurance covered the lion's share of the roof cost.
Christian has also been great about paying attention to the things needed to re-roof this home, which is a historical landmark. There are extra steps and he has been great.
We haven't had the roof replaced yet, but when it is I will review again. Really impressed with them so far!

Had the local Fort Collins office replace the roof after recent hail last month. They did the material delivery and replacement while we were out on vacation. This made me a little uneasy as I normally don’t like construction work done when I’m away.

When I returned from vacation, I couldn’t tell if the roof had been replaced per walking around the property. This is a great thing because there were no nails, crushed plants, trash, etc. indicating they have been here. My house was exactly as I had left it except I had a brand new roof. I did find a random nail here and there hidden in the recesses on my property, but that was to be expected. Per past experiences with other roofing companies, I typically find a lot of nails and other miscellaneous stuff all over the place.

Upon my walk on the roof, it looked perfect with absolutely no issues. Additionally I didn’t see any beat-up on the siding and trim along the edge of the roof lines.

And finally, Red diamond is very proactive and working with your insurance to recover for you any depreciation and any issues regarding what insurance estimates. They are also very proactive with updating you on the schedule and other activities that are going on with your roof.

In short, highly recommended!

Big thanks to Red Diamond Roofing Aurora, CO. I own a pretty sizable commercial building and needed to get several coats of roof coating to cover the entire top of the building. I was getting insane quotes and timelines that were just not an option for me. Thankfully Red Diamond roofing are total pros and got the job done, to perfection, within my timeline and budget. My husband and I bought a fixer upper, and one thing we knew that we would need to take care of was the roof. The inspection indicated that it was in bad shape, but we had no idea it would start leaking and need immediate and full replacement. It wasn't something that we were prepared to deal with. We began looking for a roofing company, and Red Diamond was one of the first recommendations we got.

When we met with them, they seemed skilled, competent, and professional and the quote we were given--while steep for a family not expecting to have to replace our roof so soon--was lower than the other two quotes that we got. I had Alan come out and give an Estimate, right away I knew that he knew what he was doing. The rest of the Companies were not as sure. The bid was next to the lowest.
