I had concerns of mold behind my fireplace. Called Recon for help and they squeezed me in on the same day. Marvin came out and went over and beyond to check everything and gave me peace of mind. Having people that care these days is rare!

Their foreman, Marvin, was fantastic—kept me updated the whole time, coordinated with my tenants, and dealt patiently with a difficult insurance adjuster. Awesome company in one of the most stressful situations recently in my life.(waterfall in our laundryroom after cold weather). Installation and materials were high quality, it took quite a bit of time to get flooring materials in but once in installation only took a day and was professionally done. Chad (my project manager) was very helpful and professional. Overall a very good job.

So thankful for this group when I had extensive water damage from my AC in my attic that basically exploded.

Recon Reconstruction was fast to get to me and quick to rip out damaged carpet and sheet rock. They also checked for mold and used machines to properly dry the area. I have nothing but great things to say about their work.

Recon is top notch! They came out immediately when we called (on a Saturday night!), and took care of the leak in our roof. We were so thankful for their expertise, but also their genuine concern and kindness!

This is a great company. They came to my house to assess/treat some mildew/mold issues in my attic. They performed the restoration, gave me guidance on how to improve the attic's ventilation, and provided recommendations on who could help insulate the HVAC ductwork. Eric and Tristan are courteous, detail oriented, and very skilled. Marvin (the proprietor) is a gentleman, honest, and very knowledgeable. I could not recommend this company any more!

I was very satisfied with the service I received from Recon Restoration. They came out one day to assess water damage caused from my water heater failing and started working early the next morning. I loved the fact they handled everything from start to finish including getting in touch with my homeowners insurance and keeping me updated on the process step by step so I never had any questions as to what was going on. I would definitely use them again.

My experience with Rekon restoration was very good. The work was done well, and quality materials were used through out. The people at Rekon were easy to talk to, and quite knowledgeable about the job and work needed. Rekon started and completed the job with great care, and professionalism. They never treated me like just another customer, but as if it was their own home that had been damaged. Recon Restoration in Florence, MS is the BEST!!! They were prompt, professional, and extremely efficient!!! They got rid of the mold problem quickly and also politely answered all of my questions, including giving me tips on keeping my sunroom fresh and mold free!

5 Stars times 2!!!! We had an awful leak upstairs which was located right above our pantry. The slow leak caused so much damage until the entire pantry had to be hulled out and restored.
The ReCon Team came in, took a look, and got to work on it. Now our home has a brand spanking new Pantry!!! Thank you guys for a job well done!!!

It was great working with Eric and Donald. Both were easy to talk to and took their time explaining the work they completed in my home prior to completing. After the work was completed, they reviewed what they did and what I needed to do in regards to the freshly painted walls. Charlie, the owner, was also very professional and ensured we were all on the same page about the work to be completed. Would definitely work with all of them again.

Following a roof leak that caused water/mold damage, Recon replaced our master bedroom/bathroom ceiling, along with doing multiple other updates to prepare our home to sell. Our home looks better now than it ever has thanks to Eric, Jimmy, and Josh.
