Reclaim roofing did my new roof last week the job that this company did was beyond excellent the customer service I received was so exceptional I was very pleased with this company. Nicole was my customer service representative she did such a great job of keeping me informed every step of the process helped me with the insurance process. I highly recommend reclaimed roofing

I highly recommend this company! Very professional and easy to work with. My neighborhood was hit with a severe hailstorm, so I got to see a number of nearby roofs being replaced by other companies. I feel Reclaim Roofing did a better job (the bend between the garage and porch roof is shingle instead of metal and where a chimney goes through the roof is cleaner, instead of tar just glopped on). They cleaned up completely, too.
They answered calls and questions promptly, explained everything, and dealt with the insurance company. They are very nice people and interested in doing a good job.

When we first contacted Gerald Pacheco at Reclaim Roofing, he responded very quickly. He inspected our roof and immediately explained all our options. He was always very professional. He was also very helpful in working with our insurance company. We found him to be very honest. The work performed overall on the roof was done expeditiously and was top notch. I wouldn't recommend using this company. Don't let Gerald take advantage of you. I was here most of the time while Gerald's crew did all his work. He told me he would be here the whole time while they replaced the roof. He told me it was family owned and his family was his crew. NOT THE CASE. While his crew was working, he went walking around the neighborhood trying to get more jobs for roofing replacement after the last hail storm. I tried to communicate with some of his crew, when I had a question about some downdraft duct work that needed to be replaced, and none of them knew English. Gerald said he was going to replace the downdrafts with new ones because they were rusted and no good. I agreed, but he tried to replace them with used ones, NOT NEW. One of his guys left a set of gloves on my outside spot light on the back of the house as you can see in the pictures I have attached along with other cut corners as well so they could catch FIRE. I also had some old solar panels removed from the existing roof. I specifically asked gerald, if the holes where the panels were removed were going to be patched and he agreed they would be, personally by himself. Well he did not do that as you can see in the photos .If i were to walk on my roof in the wrong spot, i would fall through. I would NOT recommend this guy to anyone at all. don't get me wrong the roof looks great. However looks can be deceiving.

Gerald and his company were very nice to work when I had to have my roof replaced! He never double talked me when giving a quote. Also, Gerald worked with my insurance company so I didn't have to pay out-of- pocket. My new roof looks great!! Thank you, Gerald!
