They initiated the damage inspection within two days of my phone request. 2. They did a thorough inspection of the damages. Jason, the owner of the company, and his staff climbed onto the roof to take pictures and provided me with a very professional and detailed report of the damage assessment. 3. Their price was very reasonable, much lower than another company’s estimates. 4. They were very responsive to my questions. I called Real 1 Construction for some repairs to my gutter. Jason came out promptly on time to look at my gutter. We (I) decided to have the gutter replaced instead with a larger 6 inch one. His price was comparable to others that I had been quoted. I went ahead with Jason’s company because he was transparent and not at all pushy. When the workers came they were compleat and professional. I will recommend Real 1 Construction to anyone.

The team at Real1 is absolutely fantastic. They came out to assess a roof leak for free, ran a water test, and came up with a recommended fix by replacing old gutters. They did a great job, were prompt and friendly, and even sent me a message after the next rain storm to see whether the leak was patched up. This Company did a wonderful job. My projects were unusual - a sidewalk to run my gate along and covering up outside plumbing lines, along with some roof work. They were efficient and professional. I have a long list of projects that I hope to have them complete.

Jason and his team are amazing. I had some of my gutters upgraded and while making the quote, he noticed some hail damage on my roof. He worked with me for MONTHS to make a home insurance claim (called them, met with adjusters, etc.). In the end, I just had the gutters upgraded and a small roof repair done, but he was in constant communication with me every step of the way. He was reasonably priced for the job and the amount of time he spent on it. I even had a leak in my basement during the hard rains and my husband had some yahoos come out for quotes. I didn't trust them. I called Jason and he looked over the quotes for me and gave me a good opinion. He even had some ideas if it happens again. He and his team are professional, proactive, honest, upstanding young men. I have complete and utter trust in them. The did a great job professionally and quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Real1 Construction repaired my chimney and roof, gutter screens and updated fascia boards. They provided detailed line items, established time line for work to be done, and showed up on-time with a professional team of workers to get the job done. They do exceptional work. Jason and team worked on our home in Haymarket. Since we leave in an area with high winds and tails, we decided to wait about six months to see how their work would hold up. It has been excellent so far. They did an outstanding job during replacement of our roof. Real1Construction LLC did an amazing job redoing my shower. I had a leak going on in my tile shower that was due to a broken shower door as well as tile that needed to be regrouted. That leak ended up leaking downstairs to my living room ceiling. It looked terrible and I just knew it was going to cost and arm and a leg to fix it. After the owner, Jason, got one of his specialists to take a look at it, he took the tile out, removed the mold that that was building up, cut a hole in my downstairs ceiling and repatched it up. My ceiling looks brand new again, I can’t even tell there was a leak! Yay! Also, his specialist completely regrouted my shower and removed all the old tile with new tile that matched the old one perfectly! He also painted my ceilings so that the entire downstairs ceiling matched. The pricing was perfect for my budget. I am so happy with the work that was done and I will definitely be giving Real1 a call for my next home project.

Jason and his team completed a full re-roofing - including chimney repair and gutter replacement - on on of our properties, and roof repairs on a second. He was always responsive, provided a competitive price, and met his proposed schedule. His Real1Construction team was thoroughly professional, did quality work, and ensured our properties were cleared of all debris upon completion. As a measure of their thoroughness, they shingled a small basement door overhang to be sure it looked fresh and like the main roof, even though it was not part of our agreed Statement of Work.

Jason and his crew were able to identify where my chimney was leaking. With the help of very good photos, Jason was able to explain exactly what work and materials were needed to fix my leak. They were able to give a ballpark estimate and (most importantly) was one of the few contractors that provided me with a written estimate. Some of the contractors that were bidding on the job did not even bother to give me a written estimate. The work itself was done professionally and on time.
