Working with Oliver and the team was wonderful! We were initially given two options from our real estate agent and we went with Ready to Sell because they were professional from the start, providing us with a detailed list of the work with and were very open and responsive to any changes we needed to make to the work we needed done to the house. Their work was amazing and left our house beautiful to sell. Their range of work also helped because we also needed to do a lot of clean up in the yard, and trash disposal, which they took care of. Couldn't have asked for better service!

SIX STARS!! Had a 15 year rental TH that I had decided to sell. It needed ALOT of work . .. replace all carpets, paint all walls and a bevy of other repairs/upgrades. I had gotten three bids and deciding to hire Ready to Sell Renovations was the BEST decision. The entire team was fantastic and, in particular, Oliver. He was my primary contact and was absolutely phenomenal. From his professionalism, workmanship, flexibility (some things had to change mid-project) and excellent communication, Oliver was wonderful. I had some work done and everything went really well. Did a great job on the flooring as well as a ton of small jobs around the house. They found some other issues as well and did a great job of explaining the what and why these small issues could become bigger ones. I plan on doing some more flooring work and will def use Ronnie and his guys again. The work was also done on time and with little hassle too!!

Brian and his team are great to work with. We used them when our basement flooded a few years back, and most recently worked with them again for our master and hall bathrooms. They made the whole remodel process a breeze. They were easy to work with, reasonably priced and did a beautiful job. Highly recommended!

Brian from Ready to Sell Renovations provided excellent services and beautifully renovated our house. I would highly recommend this company.

Extremely inconsistent work quality.

Positive: None.

Negatives: Argumentive regarding fulfillment of contracted work, trying to avoid difficult elements. Improperly installed new dishwasher, requiring re-leveling, correct anchoring, and a new kick plate. Poor tile work needed to be done twice, and second time was still sub-standard with sloppy grout work and tiles not lined up. Dented my fridge and bent my range door while moving them.

Update:
They had time to send a "thank you for our first one star review" package but they have not had time to address the sub-standard work or the damage they caused.

It was a pleasure doing business with Ready to Sell in preparing our home for sale. Work crews always showed up on time and their work made our home shine on the market! Oliver, our project manager, was always quick to respond to questions and went the extra mile to resolve challenging matters that came up along the way. We chose them with confidence this second time, after I had hired them when I prepared my parents’ home for sale a few years ago. Brian and his organization have earned our gratitude.

I have used Ready to Sell twice: once to install a washer/dryer in a new location and once to replace all my windows. Both times they have been efficient, kind, and great about cleaning up after. Brian Gatling has been super good about getting back to me and adjusting plans as my decisions change. My husband and I worked with Brian to renovate my father’s house in order to sell it. Thanks to Brian, we were able to more than DOUBLE the value of his home and make a nice profit on the sale. His work was brilliant, imaginative, and immaculate. He addressed every single one of our questions answered concerns and left us “floored” with the end result. We will 100% be using him and his company for future projects when we purchase our new home. We would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation!

Our landlords decided not to renew our lease this past summer giving us 60 days to find a new home (amid a crazy housing market, limited military housing, and the looming effects of the eviction moratorium). It was a long and tedious process finding a new home and moving out in time, but God provided for our family. Our move-out checklist advised us not to make any paint repairs without the property management or landlord's permission, so we didn't. In one of the bedrooms, we had a FatHead wall decal that peeled some of the paint upon removal. Following the checklist, we didn't make any repairs because typically landlords repaint any way once a tenant moves out. But in our case, we received a deduction from our security deposit without proof of the repair invoice. After requesting and later receiving a copy of the invoice paid by the landlords from the property management company, Brain at "Ready to Sell" explained the service done to repair the paint on the wall. I appreciated his clarification and shared the details of our journey and situation. He went out of his way and showed our family compassion by offering us an Amazon gift to help compensate for the charge deductions from our security deposit! It was so unexpected but so appreciated as we adjust after having to self-move our family of 4.5 (we have a baby on the way) to a new home. It's hard to find people who care about others and are willing to go above and beyond. If you are considering using this company, know that you'll be taken care of customer service-wise and that Brain does have a heart to help others in any way he can. We had a full remodel of our kitchen and master bathroom. All costs were completely transparent and Ronnie our project manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. We are very pleased with the end product!

Over the years we have used a lot of building contractors and R2S are the best by far. They built a garage + apartment for us, and it is superb. The attention to detail and quality are fantastic. Most importantly, they worked with us; Mark (project manager) and Ayana (purchaser) were a delight and I would recommend the company to anybody. If you have a project, use them!

We hired Ready to Sell in 2018 to remodel our kitchen. They gave us really great design ideas, options on cabinets and countertops, and installed everything in the specified timeline. We just sold our house this year and the kitchen got a ton of compliments! Highly recommended

Brian Gatlin was an excellent Project Manager for remodeling our 520 sq ft Condo. His suggestions helped us better utilize our space and his work teams did an excellent job. Our project included constructing a Jack and Jill entrance to the single bathroom, new vanity installation, a new Engineered wood floor throughout, painting throughout, electrical and lighting installation, and a design for wall molding in the Living/dining room area. The work was professionally done and at a reasonable cost.

Great company and staff. Custom work, fast, on time, great communicators. We used them for an out of state rental that we were getting ready to sell and they communicated every step with us at a very reasonable cost. Thank you!

R2SR did our kitchen and a whole house refresh inside and out for us. The floors, as well as the interior and exterior paint are incredible, we are already receiving compliments from the neighbors about the work.

Our kitchen wasn’t easy as it wasn’t a total gut, we painted existing cabinets and added some new ones. The result was a high end look for fraction of the price.

Ready to Sell Renovtions did a wonderful job on my master bedroom and full bathroom addition. They were timely each morning, checked in regularly to make sure things were running smoothly and most importantly stuck to my budget. They were even super helpful in picking out my bathroom shower door and vanity set which I’m in love with. We choose Ready to Sell Renovations to complete a huge project. Pretty much flipping the whole house including plumbing, electric, and HVAC. They have been so easy to work with throughout the entire process, even during the construction loan process which was a lot of back and forth with lenders. The most helpful part was their designer who made my visions come to life in 3D so I could see exactly what my house would look like before they even started. Every time a change needed to made they were extremely responsive. The team was very communicative and most importantly, stayed in budget and on time.
