I called RDF Contractors & Property Maintenance from a referral to repair some inside and outside projects. Rick and his team were here on time. They were clean, knowledgeable, professional, & courteous.

Rick came across as competent, knowledgeable, down to earth, open, easy to engage, and willing to explain or show me things. As a new home owner I was a little daunted by finding handyman services and figuring out what project lists needed to be prioritized. He was referred to me locally and was immediately responsive; a big difference from the previous person I had reached out to. His integrity really showed through in that he was straightforward with pricing; sticking with the estimate, communicating very openly, and being up front with the entire process. I hope to utilize his services for several future projects down the road and feel confident he is competent in assembling teams for bigger projects.
