We had our production manager spend a few hours with Jeff to find out how we could improve some of our company processes. Jeff took him out to show him what to look for and be aware of on a residential jobsite. He was very thorough in covering safety, quality control, site set up and coordination. He had some great insight in to raising our systems to another level and gaining greater customer satisfaction. Jeff is very knowledgeable and takes his time in conveying his points.
