Having seen both Bill's work with RCI contractors and the work of his associates I cannot recommend RCI contractors for any engineering/construction related needs. He was unpleasant and rude to deal with and his work was subpar. One of our major quarrels was Bill's lack of timely and clear communication, an essential part of any major construction related project. It was disappointing to see this from a well seasoned contractor whose had many years in the business.
