He's a friendly guy. Does mostly good work. He didn't follow the plans very closely, so there's a missing window, an oddly shaped window popout, a missing gas line, door bell on the wrong side of the house, and driveway in slightly the wrong spot. The ground wasn't compacted properly around the basement wall so some concrete steps have sunk away from a door (he said he'd fix it but never did). There are holes in the sheetrock around outlets that he said he'd fix but didn't. Now that his one-year warranty is passed, the roof started leaking above the stove. Friendly guy, though.

This man built my house in 2007. Right after we moved in, the problems started. Within the first year, I had to call so many times concerning problems with the flooring, the electrical, the lawn, practically everything. He stopped responding. Since we had a VA loan, the VA Administration told me to put everything in a letter and mail it to him by registered mail. I did this, but he wouldn't sign for it. The VA finally had to contact him and basically threaten him with no longer financing any houses he built. He finally contacted me and fixed a few things. However, still to this day, the problems we are having are ridiculous. I wish I had taken him court when this all first started. Today's problem finally set me off, and I decided to at least post a review to let people know what kind of man he is. I doubt, though, that anyone will even see this. He'll probably take it off his website.
