I had a roof that had been on for awhile, thought I would just have to pay for a new roof. R&B Roofing sent someone out to inspect to see if there was any damage aside from the years of wear. Inspection uncovered in fact severe hail damage and was able to submit a claim to my insurance company and so in total my expense was only my homeowners deductible...Yay...! Love my new roof that comes with a Lifetime warranty with architectural shingles by Atlas...New reddish color blends great with my red brick built home...!

Chandler worked with us and was very knowledgeable and fair! They did our roof and then we contracted them for gutters and vinyl siding. So far we are a satisfied customer and if we weren’t I’m confident that Chandler would make it right.

Called R&B Roofing because I saw the commercial after the last storm we had last month . They had someone come out the same day! Jessica Brown was very professional. A tree fell on the house, hail damaged the siding and broke a few windows. Jessica put a tarp over the hole until the crew could come out and remove the tree. They came out the next day! They met with the adjuster from StateFarm when the inspection was done. Made sure nothing was missed. It went very quick and I could not be happier. My Roof, siding, gutters and windows look better than they did to begin with. I will definitely be using them again for upcoming projects. We have a decking project coming up and they have a customer for life! Thank you so much to Jessica Brown and Shawn Long for all your help!

We needed our roof covered because of extreme room damage from a tree falling on top of our house 3/30/25...I called Chandler Lamkin in the after noon 4/2/25 and explained to him the situation and he said he would see what he could do..The team got there yesterday evening and fought a lot of wind to cover our house...

This is a great company. They really took care of my grandmother and did an excellent job on her roof, gutters, and new deck. I can’t recommend them enough.

I am beyond frustrated with this terrible roofing company. After installing my roof and giving me a 10-year warranty, my roof started leaking in three different places, causing signifcant damage to my home.

Since then, R&B has ignored my calls and emails, including my attorney. The one and only time I ever heard from them, they were rude and unprofessional, including Scott, the owner, who responded by emailing in all CAPS.

The leaks have caused significant damage to the interior of my home, yet this company continues to illegally refuse to honor my warranty. R&B doesnt even care to apologize for their shoddy work let alone their bad behavior.

I feel like I’ve been scammed. They took my money, did a poor job, and now won’t fix their mistakes. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. A warranty is only as good as the company backing it, and this one is worthless.

Update in response to R&B 3/8/25:

All our skylights were installed 2012. There was no mention in our contract that said the skylights needed to be replaced. Since the roof was installed, two of them are fine, but the other two had issues since, so this is not about the skylights. We called R&B multiple times to get
the leaks fixed, and had other roofing companies inspect it, and they agree that R&B's installation had glaring deficiencies, including exposed flashing and inappropriate fastening methods.

So I can't really speak on the quality of work that this company does never got that far. Call to schedule an estimate to have a kitchen remodeled the gentleman that was supposed to come out missed the appointment so I called back they rescheduled for later that day that's fine, once he got there I went over everything that I was wanting done as this is a little bit of a bigger remodel including the removal of the wall in my kitchen he assured me that this was something the company can handle and that he would be back to me in a couple of days. It is been 5 weeks and I have had no call back I've got no estimate I have reached out to the company twice asking about the estimate. the gentleman that was out of my house left no business card or contact information so at this point I can only assume that either the job is too big they are unable to do it or they flat out just don't want to do it. Will be finding someone else.

To add an update I was contacted by the company and offered an apology my estimate was accidentally placed under a different client after some research they were able to find it and get me that estimate which was a fair price but by that time I had already found another company to work with. I did appreciate them reaching back out to me to try to correct the situation

I am very happy with Jim Kelly and the project manager, James Barry and the work their team did on my gutters. They solved the leaking problem that other roofers did not. I’ll definitely contract with them again.

This company has zero integrity when it comes to problems. At least if you are poor/elderly/female. They sent the B team to my disabled mothers 850 sq. Ft home
They did an absolute hack job on her flashing, literally cutting up the nearly 100 year old wood siding without permission! Destroyed window flashing and broke the attic window. When I called to complain the salesmen ghosted me, they sent "the crusher" out to shut me down and talk to me like a complete idiot. ZERO customer service skills and ZERO respect. This happened November 22, while I was dealing with chronic illness, caring for my two babies and mother with early dementia so I had ZERO capacity to deal with this. They also failed to honor their advertised deal at the time. They ended up sending someone else out to try to cover up the horrendous step flashing job but refused to replace the siding they cut up. By the way, I had to tell the roofers to TAKE THEIR JACKETS OFF MY MOTHER'S CHIMNEY because they could have caused carbon monoxide to back up into her house and poison her as her furnace and water heater could not vent!

WOW. Mike and John are AWESOME. Mike helped me a couple of years ago to replace gutters on my house and now helped me in purchasing a new roof. John and his roofing crew were AWESOME. I really like the drone photos during the entire process. I highly recommend this company and Mike and John.

R&B roofing were great to work with! We had an old roof and it began leaking, I was referred to R&B by my grandparents who have been pleased with their work before. Manager Jim Kelly was efficient and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They were able to expedite the start of our project to prevent further damage to our home and completed it beautifully in one day. Cannot say enough positive things about the team on site, Jim, and Steve.

John and his team were quick and efficient to get my new roof on after a tornado came through my neighborhood. The guys here a very nice and respectful. Highly recommend using their services!

Tyler O and his crew did a great job on installing 8 windows on my house. They also added a black trim for each window, which looks very nice.

Jim Kelly and his team did an excellent work on the chimney and roof related issues in an an expedited process to help. Jim made himself available to answer questions and updates about the job progress. I would recommend him without reservations. He is in my contact list for future projects.

Tyler S was amazing to work with. He knew exactly what to do to fix our issue with our siding and took care of it in a friendly, timely manner and went above and beyond to get things fixed for us.
We highly recommend R&B and will definitely use them in the future.

Jessica was great. She not only sold the product and got me everything I wanted to make my house a home again, but she also took care of everything with my insurance's claim adjuster. I had a leaking roof emergency on a Saturday afternoon and Raymond from R&B was the first contractor to reach out to me.
He was very reassuring and removed a lot of stress from my mind after talking to him, prices were very reasonable.
Not only did I get my roof replaced, but working thru him along with my insurance company, allowed me to get my gutters and vinyl siding replaced as well.

Not the cheapest quote I got but I picked R AND B because of Raymond Sweeney. On time responsive and polite. The crew removed and discarded old roof. Afterwards they cleaned with a magnet for screws/metal and a blower to clean the porches. I even got pictures of the new roof. Impressed

My wife and I have used R&B several times in the last few years. All but our last experience have been positive. Recently, we had a different contractor come out to potentially get a new roof through insurance due to hail damage. The contractor was very passionate about helping us, but his zeal went too far when communicating with our home insurer, creating an uncomfortable situation for her and us.
We reached out to R&B's staff, and a very understanding gentleman heard us out, and I feel confident he is willing to help us without this single contractor. The production manager called us (me and my wife) and heard our long story and empathized. He is coming to our house this week to meet us in person.
I send a great big thank you to him and anyone willing to smooth over a painful situation from just one single employer. I do not hold the while company responsible for one person's actions.

Very good experience with R&B Roofing and Jonathan Phillips. Johnathan work well and in a timely manner with our insurance adjuster. Communication was outstanding. All aspects of the roof replacement were exceptional from start to cleanup. The roofing crew was efficient and worked well together. We appreciate the new roof's appearance especially Jonathan's recommendation to replace the box vents and power vents with ridge vents. I would highly recommend R&B Roofing.
