Very pleased with the work that Khimer did for our ducts. The ducts is working so much better now and it was so cool to see how much they got out of the system. Already been waiting for 6 days with no hot water and had 2 Plummers, PSE, and the Fire Department out to my manufactured home for carbon monoxide fumes coming from the gas water heater. The Fire Department had shut off the gas and water. No one had any good solutions or suggestions for me and could not solve my problem! I knew that the 14-year-old water heater needed to be replaced! Finally, I thought to call Kitsap Mobile Home Store to see if they had any suggestions. After relaying my weeklong saga, Kristen suggested I call Eddie at AVE Construction.
Amazing! Eddie showed concern and listened as I relayed the details of my saga to him. He was polite and positive and repeated a couple of details to get my situation straight. He asked pertinent questions and said that he would call me back.....AND HE DID!! They do not normally service my area, but he said that he would have a technician come by early evening to resolve the situation! Wow!! Now that is true Customer Service! Eddie - Your Customer Service skills and Can-Do Attitude blew me away. Thank You!
Trey showed up about 6:00pm after he had already worked a full day! He was pleasant and understanding as I relayed the weeks saga to him and showed him where the water heater was. He worked quickly and was knowledgeable and very professional with a good attitude and sense of humor! It was a struggle to replace as it is housed in a very tight area. Although I felt extremely grateful, I also felt badly that he had to work so hard and was willing to work hard after a long already hard and hot day. He double-checked his work and made sure all was well, and we were getting warm water before he left. He finished about 10:00pm!! Trey, I applaud your Customer Service skills, Knowledge, Attitude and Professionalism! Thank You!!
