There was a small delay with one of the materials being back-ordered, which pushed the schedule by a couple of days, but they were really on top of it and kept us in the loop the whole time. The way the designer, architect, and construction team worked together was so smooth—it felt like they had a great system in place. They even caught a few small things I hadn’t thought about during the process, which made the final result even better than we imagined

Kyle helped us with cost estimation for our house addition and kitchen upgrade. It’s’ a big and very important project for us. Kyle made multiple site visits, took several notes and offered good suggestions, and also noted where he thought we could face challenges with either construction or getting a permit. Being an architect, I have high standards for design and professional conduct. I get to work with fair number of contractors and subcontractors, and I think Kyle is one of the easiest to work with. Even when I was stressed finding right engineering consultants or a cabinet manufacturer, he was always there to answer my calls and made sure his people called me back. I found him meticulous and detail-oriented. He strives to go further than a lot of contractors I have worked with and is very proactive and transparent. The people he works with respect him and enjoy working with him, from what I heard from them.

Oleg did a great job identifying and replacing damaged cement board siding and water-damaged wood trim around my home.all his work was properly installed, caulked and ready for painting. I would recommend using Noble Solid Service.

Noble Solid Service did a FANTASTIC job on my house. Kyle was very responsive throughout the project and stayed on top of the schedule. Two weeks? Of course not. I’m a realist, and this project presented plenty of issues. The bulk of the work was probably done in a month though, which was pretty impressive. If ever I had an issue, or didn’t like something, Kyle quickly addressed the problem without complaint.

My house is 125 years old. It has had numerous updates throughout the years, none of which I was present for. Kyle was prepared for potential outcomes. There were three layers of siding, windows were from (probably) the 1970s. The dormer on the back of the house that was added… sometime in the 20th century had serious issues. And the squirrels. Don’t get me started on the squirrels. The entire project was an adventure for all of us (even the squirrels).

We thought they would have to demo three layers of siding, the outermost layer of which was rotting. Once they got two layers off, we found the original shiplap intact, and were able to save some money (that we used elsewhere on the project). We were able to use the original 3/4” shiplap for substrate under the new siding. Several of the old windows were just “floating” in the wall (I don’t know how my window AC unit didn’t fall; dumb luck), but the master framers (shout-out to Salvador and Zack) that Kyle brought were able to frame-in the new windows properly (and level). Speaking of level, this house is not. Everything has a custom component to make it look pretty and be durable. And it does look pretty. All my neighbors have commented that it looks like a new house. Unbelievable change.

Honest Guys did the painting; I owe them a review too. I started with them, and Nick referred me to Kyle. Great work all around.

Okay, stop here if you don’t care about the squirrels… At least look at the photos though.

When they tore down the soffit in the back of the house, a momma squirrel and her babies had been living in there. Momma was out foraging, and the babies were left behind. We did what we were supposed to and put them in a basket, nailed to the fence near where the nest was with some of the nesting material (some of which was the soffit framing that she had chewed; Kyle made sure to fix her damage). Momma found the babies and collected them. Should be good to go, right?

It seems that momma had a backup nest in the roof framing at the front of the house. Bad squirrel! So my husband built her a condo in our back yard. There was a whole kerfuffle getting the squirrels out of the attic and into their condo, but we did get them out of the house again. Should be all set, right?

The next morning, that bad squirrel started chewing on my BRAND-NEW FASCIA. I was seeing red. I sat in the front yard and sprayed her with the hose every time she got up to that part of the house. She seemed to think that this was a game, and I wanted to be her friend. All day she would come down to where I was sitting and stand up and beg. Then she would go back up the house and get sprayed with the hose. Once I had someone on site to guard the house from the squirrel, I went to get some bitter spray for the house. The siding crew sprayed the area (thank you, Oleg and Alex!), and we stood down. That didn’t work, I guess she doesn’t mind bitter. We had to get some metal flashing and cap the end of that fascia board to get her to stop. That did work though, and she raised her babies in her new condo.

That squirrel thinks we’re friends and follows me around the yard. I’ve started giving her nuts to keep her off my feet. That probably isn’t helping her perception, but it does keep her busy.

Noble Solid Service repaired the front porch columns of our home. It was really important to us to maintain the quality and style of our 100+ year old home. Boone not only restored the columns with amazing skill and precision
but was very pleasant and cleanly during the process.
The craftsmanship and quality of the end result surpassed our expectations.
It was a pleasure doing business with Noble Solid Service and we will continue to do so.

A home remodel is always uncomfortable, but Kyle and his crew at Noble Solid Service made the process so much better with their professionalism, craftsmanship, and care.

Kyle truly loves older homes. He has tons of experience in renovating older homes like ours (1917), so when he gave advice, we listened. He understood the aesthetic (1920’s craftsman) we wanted and gave recommendations based on those ideas and what would work in an updated space. At the same time he steered us in ways that would serve for longevity as well as being sensitive to budget. I never felt gouged or mistrustful of his advice.

From the design process with Shiela Off and Kyle to the demo and final punch list items, we felt cared for by not only Kyle and Peter, but truly the whole crew. I could trust the subcontractors to be in our house, taking care of our space and even watch out for our adventurous cat! I felt comfortable leaving our home in their hands. Our neighbors also felt respected by the process, making it feel less invasive to them, too.

The end result has been a dream. We have a beautiful kitchen and bathroom that we treasure every day. (I didn’t post the before pics but it has been quite a transformation!) It has changed the way we live and work in these spaces. We also know that the work behind the walls is sound which has allowed us to sleep better at night knowing that the electrical and plumbing are up to date.

I know that if you choose Kyle and Noble Solid Service, you will be pleased with the process and end result. There’s so much more I can say; my heart is full of gratitude for the love and care this company has shown us and our home. Thank you!!

Noble Solid Services has been truly amazing to work with. Kyle and his team are very knowledgeable and navigated us through this remodel of our 97-year-old kitchen. Kyle's attention to detail is incredible and matched by his desire to do what is right and best. At no point ever were we nickeled and dimed. The only cost increases were from the multiple other items we added to the project. I want to reiterate that, with a 97-year-old home there are tons of unknowns that often cause change orders and cost increases. Noble Solid Services understands the process and NEVER asked for any change orders. This peace of mind during a chaotic time was very welcome!

Remodeling is very disruptive but Noble Solid Services made us feel comfortable during the process. Kyle, multiple times, addressed issues for us that we had not foreseen. All his employees were very professional. We were 100% comfortable with everyone that came into our home even with just my wife or daughter there. The communication with Noble was terrific.

To recap, Noble Solid Services is fairly priced, does outstanding work, is extremely professional, and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

Kyle and his team did an amazing job making our 1942 bathroom beautiful and functional. He is by far-the best contractor I've ever worked with. From start to finish his priority is customer service and high quality work. His honesty is evident in the planning and design process working to find the best quality materials within the provided budget. He spends time asking questions to ensure the room that is designed is truly what the customer wants. Kyle knew that communication was the most important thing to me and ALWAYS kept me up-to-date with timelines and action items. I didn’t end up going with Kyle, but he came out to do a bid for foundation work. He is Straight-forward, professional and honest.

So we decided to have an addition built to our home at possibly the worst possible time (Covid, inflation, supply chain problems, etc) and it did take a little longer and cost a little more than expected but result was worth it. The addition is beautiful and the quality of the work is exceptional. We were adding on to an old house so there were more than a few surprises along the way but Kyle and crew handled everything smoothly and with expertise. Everyone of the crew were professional and pleasant to be around which is important to me when strangers are in your home. I was especially impressed when he found a way to transform a tiny, nasty little attic room into a beautiful bathroom. We were so pleased with everything, we have asked Kyle to help with other projects on other houses.

We had a major kitchen remodel. The team at Noble Solid Service was definitely the ones that were up to the job. The communication from start to finish was first class. The ability to transform our vision for this kitchen into reality can not be believed. Change orders and adjustments to the design were handled as routine. The crews were respectful and very professional. I would recommend Noble Solid Service for any remodel job.

Extremely disappointed by Kyle’s lack of responsiveness this week. He failed to call me two different times during pre-determined windows regarding the remodel of our bathroom. After the second time I called him, thinking I would give him the benefit of the doubt, he answered saying he would call me back 20 minutes later. I’ve never heard from him since and do not plan to call again. If you’re in the remodel market don’t waste your time reaching out for a bid. Excellent communications should be the gold standard, regardless of whether or not someone has signed a contract with this company.

I moved from out of state to a perfect property with a house that needed serious help. Particularly the kitchen, which was small and outdated. I called three contractors and Kyle returned my call right away. He came out, discussed what I wanted, and sent plans and estimate within a week. The others made promises with no follow through.

We hired Noble Solid Service to do some external repairs on our house before having it painted - rehanging windows, repairing window frames, replacing some missing wooden shingles, fixing holes and other trimwork.

During the exterior painting of my home, we discovered a few window sills were rotting. My painter suggested I call Noble Solid Service. Kyle and his team quickly assessed the damage and made the necessary repairs (including one large, completely custom window frame replacement). All four windows now look beautiful and the price was impressively reasonable.

I worked with Kyle/Noble Solid Surface to install quartz countertops, subway tiles, and floating shelves. They installed quickly and the craftsmanship is first rate. To top it off they cleaned up everything after back to normal. I'd highly recommend Kyle and will be using him again.

Kyle / Noble Solid Surface has done two separate jobs for me in my Puyallup home. The tile flooring of my bathroom and laundry room, and new quartz countertops, subway tile backsplash and undermount sink in the kitchen. He had great attention to detail and was very accountable. He is easy to contact and made sure that I was involved in the planning process for the design of the kitchen. He thoroughly explained all my options and made sure that my OCD self was perfectly satisfied. STRONG recommend.

Kyle was a life saver. He was able to completely paint our entire house so it could be listed and ready for our first open house. He also noticed the tile around our fireplace was cracked and gave us a great deal to take out and replace the fireplace tile. He was efficient and did not cut any corners. We will 100% use them for all future jobs.
