I didn’t utilize this roofing company because of the escalated pricing FAR beyond reasonable for my “leaky” roof. Maybe, it was because I was a female; I’m not sure. But I contacted one of my friends whose a residential contractor, provided him with the estimate from Rapid Roofers, and he scoffed at the ridiculous price for flashings, seals, 2 foot facial boards. The project was completed by another contractor for less than $700 & Rapid Roofer’s estimate was over $4000 (INSANE). I only provided 1 star so that I could post this review.

I highly recommend this company. They responded to my call immediately and scheduled an appointment to provide an estimate to replace missing roof shingles. The roofer took several photos of the roof area to be repaired and inspected the entire roof. They provided photos of all the areas in need of repair and provided an estimate. They were able to perform the repairs the same day quickly and efficiently. After completion of the work the roofer provided further photos of the completed repairs. They were fast, professional and courteous.

Troy is very knowledgable and helped guide us in making the roof tile selection as well as doing a great job on installing 3 new sun tunnels. Repaired area around a leaking chimney, put new flashing around chimney, and cleaned off my roof. I am very pleased and will use them for maintenance in the future.

Needed a roof and gutters replaced. Andrew Goddard responded with a site visit and provided an estimate of cost. Andrew was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He took time to explain in detail how and what would be done. I appreciate his caring concern and oversight of both projects from their beginning to the end. Mr. Dailey was amazing to work with and his crew were consummate professionals. On time; responsive, and quality work. Highly recommend.

I have worked with Troy and Rapid Roofers for several years with a leak here and there, then it came time to have my roof replaced because of damage, I was completely new to this process but thankfully, Troy was there to help me out throughout the process. When my Insurance adjuster came out to do an evaluation, he sent back, a number that was significantly lower than what it should have been. Troy stepped in and negotiated on my behalf with the adjuster to get me the max amount I was due which was around 5k more, which was critical because this would have been out of pocket which I did not have. Troy, schedule his crew to come and replaced the roof. It only took a day and a half, which was fantastic with all the work that had to be done since it was and older type roof with no decking. Troy’s crew was very helpful and professional especially Wilmer. I also will give Troy’s administrator Glory a shout out for also being very helpful throughout the process. The roof looks great, I feel like I have a new house. These are the guy’s you can trust to get the job done, the right way and in a timely manner. See the attached, before and after photos.

They worked extremely well with the insurance company and got additional money for upgrades that was required by code therefore the roof cost me less than expected. I chose to go with the architect shingles that come with a lifetime warranty with 15 years on labor hopefully I will receive my documentation of that warranty soon as it’s only been 60 days since they have completed the work. The roof was installed in one day including putting on a new ridge cap over with my garage and my house. I found a little to no debris left after having the new roof put on some of my neighbors that use a different company says that they’re still finding nails in their yards I have found none

Was in need of a roof repair. Called Rapid Roofers and met with Jordan and Andrew. They provided a fair and reasonable quote and took time to explain the issue. They even took time out of a long day to look at some other interior work we had in mind.

The next day, the Rapid Roofers were able to squeeze me into a packed schedule and have Troy come out to complete the work. Troy was professional and completed the work with high quality and personal craftsmanship. In doing so, he inspected and identified other areas of concern, provided expert suggestions and was great to work with. I was impressed with the quality of the work, responsiveness/professionalism and fair pricing.

This is a go to company who excelled where other roofing companies fell short. I will gladly recommend them to my community.

Great service. Discovered a hole in my roof. Called Rapid Roofers and Troy came out the next day and fixed it. Inspected the rest of my roof and gutters to ensure I am aware of any potential issues. He kept me informed throughout the process and wore a mask for my protection. He also sent plenty of pictures of the “before and after” to confirm my satisfaction. His prices are more than fair. Will definitely hire Rapid Roofers again! Excellent, reliable service. Highly recommend!

Troy showed up on time to check leak and offer estimate for new roof. He explained everything and showed me what options were available. He fixed the leak and left a detailed estimate for a new one that was easy to understand. Would recommend.

Rapid Roofers responded in a timely manner,David showed up at my home and took pictures of the roof and the repairs needed. Everything was completed the same day and I felt comfortable with the work that was done,after seeing the beginning and end of the repairs. The secretary Brandi was also very nice and accommodating to my schedule,thank you for everything .

I will first like to start off with Thanking Mr. Dailey and his Team for Good, Excellent Service and for going beyond their job description. I am in the Military and is station in Hawaii, my house is in Covington GA. I contacted Rapid Roofers through "HomeAdvisor" after getting frustrated because no one wanted to do the job because I was not in the area. This incident happened since 13 September 2017, another Company started but did not continue, I tried calling and texting and they did not respond. Mr. Dailey responded Tue 5 Dec 2017, started and finish the job 10 Mar 2018, which also include fixing inside ceiling due to water damages, and going back and forth with the insurance company.
What amaze me is that Mr. Dailey help me through fighting the mortgage company, completed the job by buying the materials for replacing a new roof also materials for the inside ceiling and NEVER MEET ME, but what was more amazing HE NEVER RECEIVED NOT 1 penny as payment from me. Mr. Dailey received his first check in June 2018, after the checks keep getting lost in the mail, collected the second check Sep 2018, and we're now heading to Nov where he'll most likely collect his 3rd and final check.
I am always hearing people thanking me for my selfless service because of my Military obligation to serve my Country. But this is what you call "SELFLESS SERVICE" doing a job for a total stranger that you've never meet, not receiving any money, but on top of that spending money to purchase the product to get the job done........ Newell with Rapid Roofers responded right away to my request for an estimate. We were working with my insurance company due to hail and wind damage. It was difficult for me to do the legwork involved because of my job. Newell was patient and worked with my insurance company directly for months to ensure that my roof was replaced. He met with multiple roofing specialists sent by the insurance company for damage photos, measurements, etc. I would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

I was impressed with how quickly Dave arrived after my call to take care of my roof. We had a leaky roof valley, and after his work, its completely dry inside. He fixed it up in no time. I will use these guys for my roof work next time I need a roofer.

I used Rapid Roofers to replace my shingles in 2008 and not only did they do a professional and complete job as advertised bu went above and beyond to insure there would be no problems in the future by suggesting changes from the original installation completed in 1989.

I would recommend them to anyone anytime.

Rapid roofers came out to my house today 9/15/17 after IRMA and cleaned off my roof, gutters and blew off the yard from the mess, charged a reasonable fee. I felt like I got great service

I think I got a good deal, but I'm not sure what a good deal is in this industry. I have never had to do repairs on my roof before. But, those guys came quick. They worked quickly and they were very friendly. I would use them again.

Great experience. Troy met the insurance agent at my house to show the damaged areas. The roof was quick and looks great. The day of painting on the inside, Andrew went way above what was required for the job. I would recommend them. They came out when they were supposed to and on time.

I can recommend Rapid Roofers as a great company to do business with. I found Rapid Roofers through Angie's List, and had them perform the services initially purchased (an inspection that included complimentary minor repairs) and also some additional repair work (sealing pipes and exposed nails) after the first visit. I found Rapid Roofers to provide great services at a reasonable price, and to be very responsive. I would definitely recommend Rapid Roofers.

Rapid Roofers installed an over the stove microwave oven, a ceiling fan and repaired a leaking bathroom sink for us. The service guy was very professional and knowledgeable and fast by the way. I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal $69 for 2 Hours of Roof, Siding, and Gutter Maintenance. My roof is in good shape, but one of the gutter downspouts/elbow was loose. I used this Big Deal to repair the downspout.

David was very responsive and called within a day to set up the appointment. He and his co-worker showed up on time and completed the repair very quickly.

I didn't realize how dirty my driveway and patio were until I saw the finished product. These guys did a great job and it looks so clean now. Great!!

Rapid Roofer performed a roof tune-up on my home checking the condition of the roof and resealing where needed. David arrived on time for the appointment and was very professional. He took pictures of areas of concern, fully explained my options for minor repairs needed, and provided a free estimate. Rapid Roofers gave me a follow-up call a few days later to make sure I was totally satisfied with their service and to answer any other questions I might have.
