PM Schmari Campbell was professional, thorough and responsive. He answered all questions and timely. I highly recommend using his company for your roofing needs.

We called Premier Roofing to have our roof replaced. The Owner, Mr. Joseph came out with paperwork showing his business license along with this license and insurance. He stated that they are transparent and he would send someone out to complete the estimate. The next day, Schamari Campbell showed up to complete the estimate. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about what repairs would be done.
After we spoke with our insurance company, Schamari met with us again to review the contract and show the roofing color options they provide. They gave us our build date and the work began. I would definitely recommend this company, they pride themselves on customer service and professionalism.
I have two cons that I shared with them, I would train the employees that are overseeing the project to keep their word. We were told several times throughout the renovation that he would return and that did not happen. My second con would be having more options to make payments. Most companies have an option to pay online; Zelle, Venmo, and Credit Cards should not be your only option.
Some programs would be honeybook, Freshbooks or any other online payment systems.

My experience with the field representative, Tod Williams, was comfortable. He was very knowledgeable about the insurance process and very patient with me. Due to past horrific experiences with other contractors, I had my guards up and asked a ton of questions. Tod answered them correctly. I know this because I checked back with the insurance company. A+ for Tod. The workers did an excellent job on the roofing! Use Premier for your next roofing/construction project. Satisfaction is guaranteed.

Work clearly stated on the contract has not been completed, emails, phones calls are ignored for months. When he finally gets back he schedules appointments and never shows up. It has been over a year and the work has not been completed!. Home owners beware, because you have no recourse, he only lists a PO Box as the company address so he can not be served with a lawsuit.

Very unprofessional. Tried to give me inferior roofing material after charging me higher price. Left a hole in roof where rain and animals came into my attic. would say he sending somebody to fix it and they never came. Things that were supposed to be installed never was and wouldnt come back to fix it. Things in contract that were supposed to be included was never completed. This company has no physical address only a po box so if they do a horrible job you have no way of suing them because all they have is a po box.

Mr. Joseph (the Owner) replied to my online inquiry immediately, not only with a phone call, but asked if he could stop by to see my home and discuss the work I wanted done in detail. He is extremely detailed, professional and friendly - I "trusted him" almost immediately, which is somewhat rare these days.

Michelle, in the office is an absolute delight to work with and the entire organization's cross-communication is top notch. They stayed in touch with me leading up to the day of the scheduled work and were "exactly on time" - said the crew would show up at 6:30 AM to begin prepping and would be on the roof by 7:00 AM, which is exactly what happened.

Henry and his crew worked tirelessly and never looked at taking any "shortcuts", performing excellent quality work. When the job was complete, they were meticulous about cleaning up around the entire house and making sure there was not a single stray roofing nail, as they know how much we love our dogs and how this was a priority. I had just coated my deck with plasticized stained coating two weeks prior and they covered every inch of my deck with tarps, to make certain it maintained the brand new look it had before they started.

Curtis and his associate came by the next day to replace/repair a corner of my facia and soffit boards they found had some water damage while putting the roof on. It looked brand new when they were finished and I was not charged anything extra for this service.

Mr. Joseph just left my home about 30 minutes ago, stopping by (2 days after job completion) to make sure I was pleased and fully satisfied with the service they provided. I would recommend Premier Roofing and siding to any and all that I know, as I don't believe their is a better end-to-end value available, and as I stated, everyone from beginning to end was an absolutel pleasure to deal with. My new roof looks fantastic!

I was impressed on the turnaround. From Mari accessing the damage on my roof, til Premier walking me through how they'll fix it , to Mari's crew ( who did a great job cleaning the place up ) . Schmari came to my home and was very professional and courteous without any hint of being pushy toward a new roof and educated me on the process of getting my roof repaired/replaced. The group of guys came out around 7 and finished around 5! Started off professional ended unprofessionally! Once the insurance company denied the claim. I could not get the owner to return my calls. I told him at the time of consultation that I had the money to pay for it. It seems they wanted to get more money through an insurance claim. The woman who answers the phone was nice initially until I told her the insurance co. denied the claim and then her attitude changed as well. Thank goodness I found a reputable company. That still wanted to do the job regardless of how they got paid. They gave me a reasonable quote and the owner was always available to answer my questions. God works in mysterious ways!! I'm glad Premier did not accept the job because I feel like if anything went wrong the owner would not respond. I would not recommend using them.

needed an emergency repair done on the roof they were polite, professional, always answered the phone, and got the job done quickly for a price I was comfortable with. I couldn't ask for better or friendlier service and would recommend them to my friends.

He agreed to do a free inspection of my roof and stated I should qualify for a new roof due to wind and hail damage. Finally was sent a document that gives 30 and told by new rep they don’t do 50. Then why is it on the paperwork given by your rep. I wouldn’t have gone with you if you hadn’t sold us on how long the warranty was. Secondly while your saying only one window nope was 2. storm window shattered and inside window 2 panes broke. Not that you even came in to see. Roof leaks bedroom literally has rings on the ceiling. And also was charged for a rollback dumpster never showed up and the trash left at property. We will see when they come out if the issues are addressed as we had to involve a attorney and send this typed up “warranty “ over for attorney to ok.

Had this contractor repair and replace siding and paint entire exterior. Principal and super were addressed my concerns. Very professional in their approach and completed the work in a timely manner. I would recommend this contractor.

Premier Roofing was referred to me by my neighbor. My roof was replaced and I could not be more pleased with their service. The crew showed up on time to start and finished in a couple of days. Keith and his team are good guys that I would use again and highly recommend.

Do not do business with this company. My mother used their services in November of last year. Replaced the entire roof. Recently we had a rainstorm in Feb 2021 and the roof started leaking around and in the chimney like a running water faucet. The running water leaked into the basement and directly onto the heating and A/C unit. Well that caused the blower to burn out immediately. Contacted Premier Roofing and they came to access the roof. They said their was holes in the chimney that caused the leak. Never had an issue before the roof was replaced. We assume they made the necessary repairs to the roof because it has not leaked since, but that’s it. She had to replace the blower motor herself at $500. Premier roofing did not come thru on their promise to pay for the damages. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. THEY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY. $9000 job that could have been resolved over $500. Even half of the cost would been a nice gesture to assist.

Keith and David made my roofing and siding (used them twice) repairs easy and cost efficient! Kept in contact from beginning to end and afterwards when a neighbor used them for repairs. I definitely will recommend them to anyone. Their team is quick reliable and cleaned up afterwards everytime!

The roofing installers were prompt, professional and worked diligently to remove and install my new roof. Those guys worked extremely well together, it was very apparent that they were very versed in their craft. The way they handled the materials, and moved around on that roof was utterly amazing, as my roof has a very steep pitch.
In addition to that, the owner was on site at various times, throughout the installation process, to ensure they were adhering to code, and working efficiently. He made sure he connected with me to keep me abreast of the process, and to ask if I had any questions or concerns. I am very happy with my new roof. It gives new life to my home. I can't believe the owner of this company. This company failed to complete the job at my home and expects payment. They failed to put drip edge/flashing on my roof. He knows that this is a major violation and refuses to respond. City ordinance section R905.2.8.5 of 2011.

He is a liar! So he is saying that he's owed for a code he failed to complete! Really. All I can say is do business with this company at your own risk.
