Today I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Ms. Christy of the Conyers/Covington Servpro location! Ms. Christy kept me informed of her ETA and arrival. She arrived promptly at the time she communicated with me ready to get to work. My belongings were treated with great care and preparation to protect from being damaged in the upcoming move. The pack up was fast and thorough which is greatly appreciated! Christy did a professional job packing up items in our basement. She was consistent, diligent, and organized! She and Cynthia are the dynamic duo.

Christy and Terri did a great job cleaning our house after our fire. They also kept us informed every step of the way. Great team work.

Home insurance allowed me to hire ServPro to remedy a basement flood due to the 2 tropical storms earlier this fall. There job was to remove all furniture into storage, remove carpet, fix & paint walls/baseboards, remove mold, install new carpet & restore damaged furniture. What was done: furniture was moved around while removing carpet.

Everything else was never done. I have the insurance detailed quote on what was authorized to be done.

I will soon be getting a real estate lawyer to go over this with me to see if there are grounds for breach of contract.

Cordell and his partner were awesome. Very professional and educational. This is my first claim ever and I had water damage. His communication was excellent. I always felt at ease and was never left wondering what was going on at any time. My dog got out and they even helped chase her back in our house. I would highly recommend.

I had a fire at my home Servpro sent Teri out to do my garage and get it under control she did a wonderful job she was polite and fast and very friendly.

Rafi came on time, assessed the damage and cleaned up the water. He advised me to file a claim with my insurance. He then removed the damaged baseboards and soaked carpet. He worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards. He is a very affable and professional. I hope that the rest of the process is as good.

This experience was the worst ever. Unfortunately, my 3 children and I are still recovering from the negative impact ServPro has had on us. I trusted them to come into my home to repair my hardwood floors, paint my ceiling, and replace ceiling tiles. However, I was wrong for trusting them. ServPro contractors came into my home and ransacked it. They had wooden dust in every crevice off my home and broke my doorknob leading to the garage. They even left my garage full of dust. They were supposed to quarantine my rooms and furniture to protect it from the dust, but instead, they opened up my rooms to put furniture in them and left all of the doors open as they were. My daughters nebulizer was filled with dust so I could not use it anymore and all of my fabrics had dust on them. They went through my drawers in my room and searched my attic. The Project Supervisor was laxsidaisacal and did not supervise the contractors so he did not have the slightest clue that they were wrecking my home. I sent an email to management and their leadership team came to my home to survey everything, so I thought. They were looking for a way to glaze over what happened and bully me into using ServPro to do the work. I told them that I would not use ServPro to fix the job; I would use my own contractors, but they gave me a hard time about it all. To add insult to injury, I had to tell the director, DO NOT touch me again. He kept touching me on my shoulder as he was talking to me so I had to tell him to STOP! That was so inappropriate and unprofessional. He caused me to feel very uncomfortable in my own home. We had to be out of our home for weeks and then had to stay in our basement because of the wooden dust on the main level. My basement lacked appliances and wood dust was in all of my appliances on the main level. What they sent me, did not cover all of the extra expenses I had for food, laundry, etc because I could not fully occupy my home. Because they caused me to be financially overextended, it was a domino effect and the emotional and mental strain was totally diminished by ServPro. I would not recommend them to someone that hated me.

Truly the worst experience we have had with a team, who was contracted to us by USAA. For a relatively small mitigation job the team has taken over a week, even with black water present and a child in the house. The teams do not arrive anywhere close to on time and do not communicate about timing. We've asked USAA to switch companies because this has been so prolonged. It feels like as soon as USAA approved the estimate they stopped prioritizing our clean up. Every time the do come, they get called to another job without a guarantee of when our job will be finished. The contractor waiting to rebuild is shocked by how long this is taking.

After a tree fell on our home. Servpro sent the best team out, Christy and Teri!! There were polite, efficient and friendly. They treated my things well and gave us peace of mind. Thanks Ladies!!

Teri and Marissa did great work packing and moving things to help clear space before asbestos remediation. They were prompt, efficient, and very conscientious about taking care of my things. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services. I appreciate getting to work with them.

The ServPro Specialist Mr. Blount came in and immediately set up fans and a humidifier to dry up water issues. He came daily to check the progress and was always courteous, polite and professional. I have been exceptionally pleased with the service ServPro has provided during a time that was not so great for our home. We had our washer flood a portion of our home and did more damage than I would have expected. The technician, Miguel, that was assigned for our remediation has been nothing but great. He is very personable and does a great job, doing his best to take care of our home. Miguel was always in touch with us to explain the next steps and when he would be at our home along with taking time to answer our questions. I enjoyed getting to know him and I am thankful for the services ServPro has provided.

Jemeria is pleasant and kind. But, along with that, she is very proficient. She is so good at putting things back in place! We enjoyed having her in our home working with us.

Unfortunately, when you need the services like those offered by ServPro it's never for a good event. BUT the true test is how the "not-so-positive" situation is handled.
That's when Gregory King, the tech from ServPro, showed up and changed the trajectory of the situation. He was professional, informative, courteous, explained the details of the work, and made every effort to allay my concerns about the entire process.
No one should ever have to use these services but if you do, ServPro, for the second time has done a great job. Thank you!

Greg was so awesome! Very professional and fantastic communication. He made the process easy. Great customer service. He made sure to let us know every step of the process - what to expect and every detail about what was going to happen. Very thorough and considerate. Top notch customer service!

It went downhill fast. (We dealt with different employees throughout each stage so I cannot remember names).

Quote stage: Prompt

Packing stage: Somewhat satisfactory
- Somewhat lacking in communication regarding arrival time
- Towards the end of the day, the employees were just haphazardly packing and persuading us/informing us to keep some of our items so they did not have to pack it up or deal with it.

Post-packing stage: HORRIBLE
- Informed of additional 2 month storage fee after our initially agreed upon 3 month storage (That's on us though, we forgot about the 3 month storage fee that insurance agreed to pay for storage of our items).
- Move-back-in was a mess. We weren't informed that we were 1 of 2 move-back-in dates scheduled for the day. Although we woke up at 8:30 am in preparation for their arrival, ServPro did not come until around 2 pm.
- After unloading our items, half of our stuff was missing. We found out half of our stuff was stored at a different location so we had to call ServPro to schedule another move-back-in date.
- We went through items and some items were damaged. Pictures provided. **During the second move-back-in date, literally one of the movers dropped a box in front of me. He barely caught it with his foot before it hit the floor but when I picked up the box, I heard broken glass inside.**
- I have reached out to ServPro to determine how to file a damage claim and we have not heard back from them.

Overall, I would not use ServPro again for their services.

Miguel was very attentive and made sure to check in day on the damages. Service pro jumped on the jump immediately. I highly recommend to use them.

Miguel was awesome! I had a problem in the middle of the night and he was very thorough from the beginning to the end. He let me know what was his eta and also briefly described in details the directions about leaving the humidifier and fans. Please keep him on board! He rocks!

Christy and kenyata did a good job packing and tagging all items recon part of Servpro is okay would like for them to take more initiative into protecting people items in homes due to recon tracking paint and dust on my floors and items that was left in home after move out kenyata and Caroline did a great job with cleaning the items that was left dirty from recon and cleaning floors

Andre Jeffries was very professional. I mean he came he said he'd be here in an hour he were here in about 45 minutes and he came here identified the issue I mean he gave a great description of what's needed and what's done we understood everything he was explaining to us and he made my wife so comfortable cuz we were truly worried and we just really are grateful that you sent this young fella to come help us out so pay him on her back give him a raise and tell him we said thank you.

The staff here hires Hispanic folks to do their hard work. They allowed my pipes to hold my metal sink after they did their part to remove a cabinet and my countertop which then caused a leak and even more damage than I started with. The management did not seem very concerned and they just were concerned with dropping off a fan and dehumidifier as a solution. They do not hire actual professionals to do the actual work bc the Hispanic men at my home did not speak English.

We had water underneath our flooring due to a leak. Serv Pro was able to assist the damage and get the area cleared and dried within 3 days
