This company, Kevin, was very responsive to my request to have my pipe boot replaced. I called in the morning and Kevin sent someone out that afternoon to do the job. I was impressed with the work that was done on the roof and they also sprayed Kilz on my ceiling where I had a small water stain. I definately would use this company for any other roof work that I will need in the future.

I had some leaks in my roof and some bad water damage to my soffit where rain water was running
behind the gutter another company had recently installed. I called another roofing contractor (a pretty good sized outfit) to see about an estimate. Had to call them 3 times before they sent someone out. Then my sweet neighbor told me to call Kevin at Not A Dime Down Roofing. She gave him an excellent referral. So I called and he answered the phone first call! He came out the next day and knew exactly what the issues were with my roof and pointed it out to me where the other guy didn't see it. Got me an estimate right away and it was very reasonable. Couldn't pass it up! He and his crew came out, accommodating my schedule. Patched the roof, put on all new boots and a vent cap, new flashing around my chimney, repaired and painted the soffit, painted the stained ceiling, and fixed and painted some siding that's been damaged for a few years. All in a day! You can't even tell where the damaged siding was now. I don't know how he matched 20 year old paint, but he did it. Folks, he's the man! Don't hesitate to call Not A Dime Down Roofing. Professional, courteous, and gets right on it at a fair price. By the way, the other company hasn't even bothered to call me back with an estimate... Built a new brick mailbox to replace the one my neighbor ran into with their vehicle. Also helped get the insurance payment processed. They even fixed another broken piece of brick on a different structure in the yard for no charge. I plan on having more work done be them in the future, would highly recommend.

Not a Dime Down is top tier. They were very prompt and mindful of my time, as I work from home. I was informed of every step within their process by the owner, Mr. Kevin. They managed to remove the tree that hit my house from a previous storm, cleaned my gutters, and even cleaned up my yard a bit by removing debris and pine straw. Then the painters painted my WHOLE office and matched my base board. They are extremely knowledgeable on what paint and coat to use. I'd definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone!
