I needed to have a “catio” installed in a window and Charles was so professional, efficient, friendly working steadily, it involved removing parts of the old er one and getting it assembled installed and ready for the cat. Dave and everyone at Rapid Repairs were amazing. We needed a new crawl space door, the one we wanted was custom. He came out, got the info he needed, ordered a new door and had it installed the same week. If you need repairs, call Rapid Repairs.

7/25/25: Second experience: Greg was my technician and was excellent. I will say Rapid Repairs is not inexpensive but they are thorough and do excellent work. I would recommend them because they’re professional, knowledgeable, timely and do excellent work.

Shaun arrived promptly and was able to quickly identify the problem. He also performed a comprehensive check on all our plumbing and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the proposed to work to be done under our sink clearly and did a very high quality job. If you want an experienced plumber who you can be confident will do a great job, call Shaun at rapid repairs!

Richard was awesome. Diagnosed the problem quickly and educated me on some electrical topics. He even found a couple problems in my breaker box and identified several potential upgrades that I never knew existed.

Rapid Repairs did a great job for us. Small electrical project. I called in the late morning, finished by 2:00, including a trip to Lowes to get a piece of equipment. Richard Hampel was our electrician and we will definitely call on RR when we need something else. Bob from Rapid Repairs was on time and completed all the repairs that were asked of him. He painted our ceiling in the alcove which was damaged from a recent rain storm, refreshed our front door, repaired a section of screening on our screen porch and removed our shower door. Bob takes the time to complete each task with pride in his work. We will definitely call on Bob at Rapid Repairs again in the very near future.

Andy came promptly to assess some damages to my house from lightning strike. He will be replacing some vinyl siding and soffit that were damaged and also do some touch up painting. Will be picking up some materials later this week and coming Sunday for the labor. Very polite, thorough and and knowledgeable.

Andy did come back on Sunday and worked essentially all day addressing all my problems included fascia damaged by the strike and replacing damaged vinyl siding.He also plastered over a linear crack in dining room wall I didn't see initially from force of lightning strike or damage from current running through wall. His repair was perfect and I can't see any evidence of the original defect.

He wrapped up everything today after getting a custom piece of fascia made at a place 45 minutes away and nailed it in place today.

I thought pricing was fair and reasonable considering the amount of work that was done.

Greg arrived right on expected time to install arc fault fuses in my fuse box These fuses decrease risk of electrical fires and are now required by code for new homes but my house was built in 2005 when they were not required. I take comfort in knowing that I am doing all that I can do to increase safety for my home. Gary was pleasant and polite and professional in demeanor.

Charles arrived right on time to do my crawl space evaluation and to look at 2 piers where foundation strap was not attached. He did a very thorough inspection and discussed all his findings with me. Charles also explained how he could attach the foundation straps. There was no pressure to do a crawlspace encapsulation now but something to keep in mind in the future. Since we just had a Tropical Storm and continued rain humidity readings may be skewed upwards and to repeat readings when things normalize for a fairer assessment of humidity levels in the crawl space. Charles is going to attach the foundation straps
for me.

Called on a Monday afternoon for an electrical problem with outside CGF plugs not working. An electrician Josh was assigned to come next day ( Tuesday) between 8 and 9. He arrived promptly at 8:15AM and was able to check the plugs and sort out the problem. Replaced a 19 year old CGF plug in garage that was the source of the problem. He had the part on the truck and quickly installed a new one. Josh was very pleasant, polite, and honest. I continue to be pleased with Rapid Repairs for electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues over the years.

Murphy was dispatched and he has done a lot of work for me over the years. He is always prompt, professional, pleasant, and is clearly competent. Pricing is fair. I certainly will call Rapid Repairs if I need an electrician's service again in the future.

Dave did a great job plastering over some stress cracks in the drywall of two rooms of my house. He then painted them when paint was dry the next day.

I absolutely cannot see the cracks at all now.

Dave worked diligently and protected furniture with cloths and cleaned everything up afterwards very well.

I really couldn't be more pleased and would definitely request him for any future paint jobs
