Coordinated major hail damage repair of siding, gutters & downspouts, windows, roof, porches & deck. This included dealing with frustrating pandemic supply chain issues and possibly the worse insurance treatment anyone could imagine (USAA). Kudos to Trey and the gang!

Paramount Exteriors made my experience with dealing with hail damage to my house easier than I would have thought possible. Before I spoke with Trey at Paramount, I was in a bind with my insurance company. Trey assured me that he would take care of it and not to worry. Trey not only handled the haggling with the insurance company but also organized the various repairs that needed to be done by multiple crews (new shingles, vents, gutters, garage door, etc). I literally did not have to do anything, he just handled all of it. Beyond that, Trey and the various team members were very personable, easy to get along with and did a great job. I couldn't be happier and will happily recommend them to anyone.

Great roofing company. Owner personally came out to inspect roof. He worked with my insurance to get items covered insurance missed. Trey the project manager kept me up to date on whole process. Owner even stopped by several times during install. The roofers were hard workers and cleaned up very well. Couldn't tell they were there. Need a roof done call this company.

I hired Paramount to install roof and gutters after a recent hailstorm. I also used them as general contractor for the log repair that was part of the hail damage. They completed the job on time, on schedule, and on budget and communicated with me in a timely manner. They also dealt with my insurance company to insure I received a fair and complete assessment that covered all the damage from the hail storm. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend them.

I hired Paramount Exteriors last fall after all the hail we got. They did a great job and made sure I got everything on my property covered. They replaced my roof this spring along with other items in my property that i had no idea could be covered. I highly recommend them to anyone who has had hail or gets hail.

We had a full roof replacement in Sept 2020. Long story short and two wind storm roof damages later to our north side Paramount Exteriors came back and completed repairs. They took care of business and stood behind their work. The last repair a month ago has had plenty of hot weather and the repair has been good. Highly recommend using Paramount. They were quick and easy to work with. They also handled all of the communication with my insurance adjuster.

In the last five years I have had two homes that were caught up in some pretty bad hail storms. The first time I went with a company by the name of Allied and it was probably the worst service as a customer I had ever received I was so confused on the whole process and even to this day I still don’t know exactly what they did and what I actually paid for. The second time I was so fortunate to come across Paramount Exteriors of Rapid City my contractors name is Scott and he has been absolutely Amazing!!! He has restored my faith in contractors, he’s been really responsive and really great at communicating what was coming next and showing up when he said he would he even personally painted our fence for us. If you’ve ever had a claim it can be really confusing with how they break down costs but Scott he takes the time to explain it all, another big thing is they clean up after themselves a service I was refused before. If you are looking for a good contractor I would give Paramount 10 stars if I could and would suggest asking for Scott I’m certain you’ll also be blown away with amazing service from start to finish! Thank you Paramount our home has never looked and felt so good!

Trey is the absolute BEST!!! I called multiple places looking to get our gutters replaced and Trey was the first to call me back same day. He came all the way out to my house in Piedmont the next day with paperwork. He was so personable and kind! Not only was Trey great, but they came to replace the gutters within the week and did a wonderful job... and did it in under an hour!! They cleaned everything up and took our old gutters with them. Wonderful service!!!

Luke was very attentive to our needs! We had major hail damage to our home right before we were putting it on the market, and he worked magic to get everything coordinated! Would definitely recommend them!

We selected Paramount Exteriors to re-roof our 8 year old home after a brutal hail storm significantly damaged the original asphalt shingles. We chose them by comparing the performance of their crews to many other contractors working in our area repairing other roofs trashed by the same hail storm.
Adam helped navigate through our insurance company's estimate/adjustment process so our claim was processed with a minimum of difficulty... it's an insurance claim, after all, and there's ALWAYS something, right?!
The Paramount crew worked fast, efficiently and professionally completing the entire re-roof project on a larger than average roof IN A SINGLE DAY! From setup to clean up the large crew worked in a courteous and professional manner without offensive activity or language... not always the case with other contractors we saw in the area.
A re-roof project involves managing a lot of 'moving parts' and a couple of minor 'punch list' items that arose after the crew was done and gone were handled promptly and professionally which is all I ask for inevitable detail items.

This is an edited post due to new information coming to light. They did finally respond when they got hit with a bunch of bad reviews. 1 issue fixed. I was told to remove all reviews. Free speech and truth. This is my opinion, take it, don't....I don't care either way. My review: I have not a shred of a nice thing to say about this company. You can fill in the blanks.

We haven't had our roof put on yet, but hearing about Paramount's integrity was really what made the difference for us. They put a roof on for our neighbor 2 summers ago(2018). They had problems during the winter in which paramount came and addressed. Then, in the summer of 2019 Paramount returned to tell our neighbor they had received a bad batch of shingles and wanted to replace his roof. That is integrity. They could have kept that information to themselves and earned money doing others roofs, but they took the time to make things right at no cost to the owner. There were so many companies coming to offer us estimates, but the example of Paramount's integrity from our neighbor was the most important for us. I can't wait for them to come in the next few weeks to put our new roof on!

Following a thunderstorm that delivered punishing wind, rain, and hail over our housing area, Adam and I met and discussed in detail the roof repair project. Adam inspected my roof and identified hail damage to the roof and gutter system. I contacted my insurance company and set up an appointment for the insurance claims adjuster to complete the inspection. The claims adjuster representative came and performed the inspection on a very cold day with rain inbound. The claims adjuster seemed to complete the inspection rather hastily as the adjuster verbally noted that they had several other homes to inspect that day.
What I appreciate is Adam performed a follow up inspection to ensure that all of the damage was identified by the insurance claim adjuster. Hail damage that was missed was marked in chalk and pictures taken. Adam ensured the insurance company was aware of all of the damage before setting a roof repair start date.
Adam and I setup a start date and I provided him with the original building material list which listed the original roof shingles or gutter part numbers from the home build. Adam seamlessly handled accurate purchase of all materials needed and his team was there ready to execute on schedule.
During the roof repair, Adam and his team expertly ensured, per building code, that the roof’s ice and water shield was installed. Furthermore, Adam brilliantly chose the perfect color to install the roof flashing onto my brick home, to
guarantee that water was directed away from the critical areas of the roof. As an added bonus, Adam and his team’s creativity used the scrap flashing material and wound it around the radon and home plumbing exhaust pipes. That added touch ensured magnificent color coordination of the exhaust pipes with the roof flashing onto the brick. It looked amazing.
At the end of the roof repair project, Adam and his team walked around the house with their wheeled magnets to pick up any nails or trash.

They do excellent work, and I have zero complaints on that front, but getting them to come back to clean up and 100% the job to the finish line. I’ve had pieces on my driveway for 2 months. My siding was replaced the Saturday after thanksgiving and here we are Feb 2nd. Boxes and pieces have blown down street twice. Reached out now 5 times and the few responses by text I get are “sorry, I’ll handle right away”. Still there....

I’m done reaching out and maybe they’ll respond to this.

Friendly, seemed professional but after more than a month, STILL waiting for the estimate I was promised. No call or email. Very unprofessional. After phone calls from both Luke and Travis, this situation seems to be resolved. I have to admit that I'm impressed with how they went the extra mile to rectify my complaint, very big of them. If they are willing to do this, I am confident that they will be just as dedicated when they undertake a job. Recommend you give them a call.

Paramount roofing is a one of a kind in Rapid City. They did what they promised, on time, doing more than other roofers to correct roof damage and correct previous work that was not done to code. Their team was correct and always smiling in the hot and hard work. I have the best looking roof in Chapel Valley and my neighbors are waiting weeks to get a new roof. It took me five days from adjuster to completed roof. Their cleanup was even more impressive. They constantly communicated what they were doing and it was fantastic.
