Grant Bolt Roofing

We went with Bolt Roofing because my brother had worked with them in the past. They were out here as soon as the insurance company sent the money. They did a great job on the roof. The gutter guys came later and they did a great job as well. We've had problems with our gutters draining right for years but the issue was taken care of them. I would recommend them for anyone needing roof repair from hail.

Our concerns related to getting our leaky roof repaired so close to fall weather were lifted when a friend referred us to this company. Their rep,Kenny George, worked with our Insurance company promptly and got his crew to repaired our roof in time for winter weather. Great customer service.

So impressed with theses guys! They showed up promptly, explained everything in length and gave us a portfolio with information, scheduled our entire roof and shed to be repaired within a week and answered my emails promptly! The crew came at 7:00 am and worked until 4:00 pm and had everything done and cleaned up afterwards! I literally didn’t even see one nail on the ground. They were friendly and respectful and the roofs on our house and shed look great. Thank you for everything and I will drop your name to people I know!

Bolt replaced our roof after a hail storm. Several months later we had a leak. Within 2 days Josh and Aiden came out to make the repairs. They worked efficiently and were very professional. Julie followed up to make sure the work was done to our satisfaction. I cannot say enough nice things about Bolt and will most definitely recommend them whenever the opportunity presents itself.

My husband and I just purchased our home in November and we knew nothing about roofs, a friend referred us to this company and thankfully he did. The salesman knew exactly what we needed and answered all of my questions very professionally, completed in a very timely manner, courteous and respectful, a job well done to the hard working employees. These guys did my roof last week. Not only was the communication amazing. They were in and out in one day on my 4 bedroom 2700 sq ft home. They met with my insurance company to insure everything went smoothly because I run 3 businesses and have very little time. Left zero mess and my roof looks amazing.

These guys are top knotch! Very friendly but more importantly informative, stayed in touch the whole time and answered all my questions. They had it done within their estimated timeline given and helped me with paperwork!

Grant Bolt roofing is absolutely one of the worst company’s I have dealt with in the 26 years we have lived here! It has taken them over Six months to put a new roof on our garage.They have been back multiple times to do things, they are never totally prepared. (Not sure if today will be the last day or not) we have gone outside after they leave for the day and picked screws and or nails up out of the yard every time they leave, along with foam and other trash. They must never talk to each other, one group was here multiple times, but couldn’t begin work because the first group hadn’t finished their work. Today the guys needed my vehicle out of the garage. I asked if they could just move it out of their way. When they left, they left it in the driveway with the keys in it. I am not hard to get along with , but this has been annoying and ridiculous! I will NEVER hire anyone without looking at the reviews!! (My bad)!!!!!

I had called for an estimate on possible hail damage to my roof and no one ever showed up. I received a phone call days afterwards to say they were sorry and that they had misplaced my information. This company is very unorganized and I would question whether they are too busy to even do a good job or not. That's just my two cents I guess. I'd give them 0 stars.

I only wish I had read more reviews. 14 days from the start of installing my roof and it isn't finished.
Update: Now 19 days from the start of this roofing job. Crew showed up to finish and you guessed it AGAIN they did not have enough materials to finish my roof! A company that claims to have been in business for 43 years. And can not order enough materials to do a simple 35 x 50 foot 4/12 pitch roof! 43 years and cant pull this off! Not once but twice short of materials! The one star rating I gave is far too generous for this company!

Horrible service. Effective communication with this company is does not exist. They do not show up or come when they say they will, nor do they call when they need to reschedule. Damage was done by them to plants, a fence was knocked down, nails/garbage left that was not removed. Also a chimney was damaged and not reported or if it had damage before the job they did not let us know before roof was shingled. When confronted with all these issues not much was done. They avoided phone calls and in the end only had excuses. this company did not own up to their mistakes. Do not use this company if you want a decent job completed.
