Cody purchased all of the steel from Sundance Custom Steel which had many more options and heavier gauge steel than any other steel competitors in the area. We did our siding in a rustic barn wood color. We also decided to do our house in the custom steel also. AJ, ensured that he was here when the insurance adjuster was on site to make sure that all our damage was identified and worked with the adjuster to verify all estimates of costs were accurate. AJ did a fabulous job of explaining the insurance jargon, scope of work and what would happen while his crew is on site. He was even concerned about our pets well being during the work. Great person to work with!! Would highly recommend.

Would I recommend this company? Absolutely! AJ was incredible to work with. He was there every step of the way with me. He even came to my place of work during a busy time for him to sit down with me and explain everything. I will say he had his work cut out for him trying to explain to me all of the insurance stuff. He was patient and even repeated him more times than I would like to admit.
Really from the owner through the company, were too notch. They were timely, accurate, adapted to more issues than they were prepared to take care of. And after the roof was down they even went through my yard and driveway with a metal detector in order to ensure that all the nails and hardware that could be possibly picked up were picked up. BR did an awesome job on my siding. I would recommend them to my friends and family. We ran into a few glitches but nothing that wasn't able to be taken care of . There follow up after the job was complete to make sure I was pleased as been really great.

I contacted Built Right to give me an estimate on our roof as it had hail damage along with our siding. AJ came and sat down with me to get the ball rolling and he kept me updated on every aspect of what was being ordered and when it would arrive. They scheduled the roof project and did an amazing and quick replacement!! The crew worked on the hottest day of the summer and didn't complain in the least!! Great crew!! I noticed that I had a couple of windows that had sustained some hail damage also and Jeff from Built Right came and measured them and got them ordered and came back to install them while the siding was being done, they look great!! Next it was time to get the siding done and Victor who oversaw the roofing project came back to supervise the siding crew and to keep me in the loop as to what was happening and why. He is very knowledgeable and a huge asset to have on the job site, in just a couple of days they had the siding installed and trimmed out and we are beyond satisfied with Built Right and their crews!!! Great bunch of workers who took the time to do it right the first time!! I would not hesitate to call Built Right for any of our construction needs!! Their name says it all!! Built Right was the first company to call me back after the large hail storm hit our community. Their PM worked with our insurance company to resolve final repair cost, and all work was successfully completed. We have new roof, gutters, facia, garage doors, trim, and deck staining, and our storage shed was also roofed and painted. The company owner came out to ensure we were satisfied. All work crews did a great job.

Built Right does a phenomenal job! They were super quick to respond any time we had a question and got us a quote the same day. Did an awesome job repairing the roof cap on my house. Communication was great and the work was done in a very timely manner!

After a hail storm in our area I work a different construction company to do the work on my house. They were not capable of completing the work as agreed. I called BuiltRite, they took over the needed work completed the projects in a timely, professional manner. My house is now in better condition than before the storm.

I had the fun experience of having my roof hailed out while closing on the sale of my home. AJ made the repair process very smooth and timely, so that it got done before closing. When I had questions on the process, I went to AJ rather than my insurance company, because he knew more than they did!

9/1/24 Update now 100% of work (gutters) is complete delay was on our part. The crew was great and Tyler was on top of things all the way through from start to finish.
It was great working with Tyler Leipold in getting our new roof scheduled. He was very informative and helpful. He explained everything in detail with no surprises and checked in periodically until the job was complete. He made sure things were scheduled as requested and made what could have been a very stressful situation easy. Thank you! Landon the Site-Forman was extremely easy to work with and made sure the job was completed as requested and addressed all of our concerns with professional expertise. His hard working 4-person crew was very polite did an excellent job. The clean up was minimal and they made sure everything was cleaned up well after the job was done.
