We have purchased a home at Ranieri Run. 4 months till our move and Sturbridge hasn't started on our home. Highly dissatisfied ! Research all builders in the area before choosing. We initially loved the home and the area because of the proximity to NAS Pax River & St. Marys College. Sadly since we've signed the contract poor communication with the sales office. I asked for pricing for a fireplace mantle and 3 weeks later they still haven't told me how much this option is. They repeatedly say they are a "custom builder". I didn't know custom meant they operate at a snails pace.
