Randy greeted me with a friendly smile and a firm handshake. He quickly identified the problem with the A/C and fixed it. He knows his stuff and I will call on him in the future. He was sent by my home warranty company and the communication was timely.

Scheduled through our home warranty company but failed to show or communicate they werent going to show, wasting an entire working day. Failure to communicate on ANY level, even after reaching out to narrow down a time frame.

Update to the owners response: All you had to do was communicate with us you weren't going to show up and had no intention. That was wholly unprofessional.

Randy was sent by our home warranty company. He was a pleasure to work with. He stayed in communication about claims and arrival time. He always gave us a heads up when he was on his way or needed to reschedule (some jobs run over, it happens to every repair person sometimes). He handled the warranty company efficiently, and we were approved for a brand new unit. He even then helped us to find someone who would finance the out of pocket portion. Once approved, the work was done quickly. ✔️

Provided a reasonable quote for mold remediation and replacement of subfloor damaged by water leaking from faucet. Service was professional and Randy is personable.

Update: Randy completed the subfloor replacement, mold remediation, and replaced the door frame/trim of one of our entry doors that had severe water damage. He and his team gets in and gets the job done. They’re focused, polite, hardworking, skilled, and honest guys. It’s appreciated because for me it hasn’t been easy finding a contractor. We are definitely using Randy for any future issues/upgrades because he can do it all. Thanks so much for being a quality person and doing a quality job.

In addition to the above, Randy also installed new a new AC unit,, a hot water heater, and a furnace for me. He has a financing company he works with that, if qualified, you can get a loan from. This guy does it all. He is honest, and will first give you a quote and explain what he's going to do. He will deduct the charge for coming out to look at the problem off your bill when you hire him. He even had a trash container delivered to dispose of all of the debris, and makes sure he cleans up and disinfects when he's done. First class service!

I have hired Randy for multiple jobs in the St. Louis area. He is always prompt, work is done well, pricing is very reasonable. He is always very professional, I would highly recommend him for all your handyman needs.

Randy is just amazing. I love knowing that I can count on him, no matter what I need done in the house.
