Ram Roofing replaced my roof, soffit and fascia this past week. I am very happy with the work done, it looks great. Communication was great from estimate through the job. I was scheduled quickly, the job was completed quickly and well. They did a thourough job of clean up. I highly recommend their work!

Ram Roofing replaced our home's roof in 2021 following a pretty crazy hail storm. The process went smooth from start to finish and I was impressed with how quickly they got the job done.

After installation we noticed 1 of the gutters started to sag causing water to pool up. They came back and addressed it no questions asked which was awesome.

Owner got mad at my review about them speeding through a school zone in their Tesla in Waukee because it had nothing to do about their services, but didnt report the review about them helping someone with a flat tire that also has nothing to do with their services they offer. Pretty hypocritical if you ask me!

These guys were amazing. Danielle Hynek was my point of contact. I called them after my original claim was paid to me by Allstate, yet the Roofing company we hired kept insisting on haggling with Allstate for more money back & forth. Literally I had my $$ for the claim for over 3 months. Ram Roofing came in, said they'd honor the claim amount, and 2 weeks mater they were on my roof.

I called them because we have solar panels, and they got the panels off, a new roof on, and the panels reinstalled in two days. I cannot believe how easy they made the process. I fact, the original roofing company contacted me 2 weeks AFTER I already had our new roof, to tell us they should be able to get us schedkied in a month or so, and it was my pleasure to tell them we'd already had it done, and their services were no longer needed!!

Ram roofing was invaluable in helping me after a hailstorm ravaged my siding in roof. The siding and roof are repaired now and the house looks great! Special credit/appreciation goes to Danielle who went above in beyond in her efforts to facilitate this whole process.

Austin and Zach handled all of the claim paperwork and provided extra photos and documentation to get full replacement of shingles and siding from our insurance provider. We hired Ram roofing for our siding and roof. They did an amazing job on both. If we had an issue they came back out and fixed it. We had issues with the sales rep we had, as he was having health issues but they were quick to swoop in and assist us in their absence. This had all been a headache, but Austin did everything in his power to make sure we were happy.

I would like to put in a great review to Ram Roofing as a company but especially to Mr. Jim Caniglia for an incredibly outstanding job of staying with me to the end and keeping me informed and to keep all the paperwork and record keeping as up to date as possible. And for keeping the job(s) that needed done done in a timely and professional manner.

In times of need following natural disasters (hails, storms, winds, etc) which can severely damage one's home they've built and rooted their lives on. Jim was a god send for myself and also my parents this year when we each had to deal with hail damage at the beginning of this summer. It took many months of follow up and focus to keep all the work and paperwork in line so that this monumental task could be completed.

Most families in this situation would not necessarily know what all to do or to handle all the paperwork and logistics for dealing with and fixing these issues when they come up. Jim was there all the way through and I sincerely am appreciative for all he has done and hope that he is given a great reward incentive/bonus for outstanding work and professionalism. He is now my point of contact in case any other issues affecting my home occur (moving forward).

Originally I was too impressed with all the run around we had to do for insurance to approve everything and to get it done once insurance approved it. Now that it’s done and the quality that they gave, I’m truly impressed. The roof was replaced quickly and the color we decided on looks great. The siding we wanted wasn’t in stock so they went with a color that was still blue. It’s a lot lighter of a color but the trim they chose really looks amazing. They even moved the porch light from overhead that was really dim, to on the wall and bright. Several neighbors have commented how much they love our house.

After the hail storm our adjuster was quick to come and then Austin happen to stop by to see us and we decided on Ram Roofing & Solar immediately. He worked up our estimate and was able to submit it immediately to the insurance company and they moved quickly so in just one month our home was completely fixed - roofing, siding, gutters and all. It looks great and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. All the cleanup was quick and professional.

Brennan came to our neighborhood after a hailstorm. We asked him to do an inspection. He and Danielle came back that afternoon. Pictures showed a lot of damage. They met with our insurance adjuster a few days later. Within a couple of weeks we had a new roof. The job including set up, roofing, and clean-up was completed within seven hours. They were efficient and hardworking! Danielle and Brennan were very well informed about all aspects of the project. They were open to options on what we wanted. Materials and workmanship were as promised. Definitely 5 Stars.

Called several contractors after a good amount of wind damage to my roof. Daniel and Chad were by far and large the most informative on the initial inspection. Most others just told me to get my claim going and call them back. The whole process was explained quite well without being overwhelming on the first visit. Got my claim number and didn't have to deal with my insurance again! Even after a big hiccup on my old house that the install crew immediately caught (had no decking, only shake under the shingles), they worked with my insurance to get new decking with no out of pocket to me! The crew was fantastic as well! Everything was tore off and replaced in a day. The roofing crew looked like they had worked with each other for quite a while as everyone seemed to work together well. They installed a ridge vent as well as my house didn't have proper attic ventilation. Daniel and Chad were quick with any communication and updates. If I had any questions they were very knowledgeable and explained things well. All and all the entire Ram Roofing team I believe gave me the best possible experience someone could have in getting a roof replaced! A big thanks again guys!!

When I think of Ram Roofing, the first thing that comes to my mind is Danielle. I worked with Danielle for my Gutters and sidings repairs from hail and storm damage. She was courteous and professional throughout the process. She has an excellent customer service. I would look for Danielle for any future repairs.

If you want a roofer that will gouge your insurance company, go with Ram Roofing.

If you want a company that will work directly with you (the homeowner) on a fair price for your roof, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My husband and I have asked for a fair quote multiple times and told Ram Roofing that we, not them, will be dealing with our insurance company. Apparently that's not part of their business model. They tried to get us to sign something that they alone would get our business and work with our insurance company. As a couple that works for an insurance company and understands how the math works (that it's not really the insurance company paying for it and everyone's premiums will go up as a result), that's not an approach we're willing to take.

Got a quote from an independent contractor (with 5 star reviews) which was about half the price of Ram Roofing.

Also, maybe next time know your audience and don't accuse an actuary with a law degree of committing insurance fraud.

UPDATE: Owner called us 45 minutes after review was posted to yell at and berate us, accuse us of slander, and he said "see you in court" before hanging up. He was right though - not a customer and never will be.

I worked with Danielle to repair the roof and siding from a storm earlier in the year. She was always very responsive and guided me through the process. Ram Roofing worked on my behalf when the insurance company did not want to pay for the entirety of the project. It was a good feeling knowing that Ram Roofing and Danielle were working for me throughout the process.

The final results look great. The work crew made minimal messes and it looks like no work had even been done afterwards. Very professional all the way around.

I Had my aprehensions when Daniel Rinehart showed up at my door wanting to do a roof inspection. He promised a photo report and I knew we had some weather so I said ok. It was the best decision I could have made. Daniel was a honest and forthright person who has exceeded my expectations. He worked with us getting the insurance paperwork handled. Roof has been leaking. Tucker came out and crawled into spaces of my attic that I didn't think could be reached. He identified the issue and gave me a thorough explanation with pictures. We were at a point with the leak that we would of been willing to pay about anything to get it fixed. To my amazement, Tucker fixed our issue on the spot for a small service charge instead of taking advantage of us. I'm impressed!

We were going through a refi and needed our roof looked at. Danielle came out and looked at our roof and told us that it really needed to be replaced. She provided a full photo report and was able to work with our insurance company and get the roof covered by insurance and fully replaced. She was available any time that I had questions and the whole team was really laid back and easy to work with. We were in a bit of a crunch and she was able to bump us up and get our roof done ahead of schedule so we had plenty of time to complete the hoops for our refi process. I would recommend them if you like a no pressure staff that is super chill and fun to work with. The roof looks great!!!

I worked with Jeremy to replace my roof after storm damage last summer. He was courteous, professional and always kept us in the loop with progress on our project, going above and beyond.
