I thought R3 Roofing & Exteriors did a very nice job. They cleaned everything up except for a few nails, screws and part small pieces of facia.

Dillon was great to work with in getting our roof covered through our insurance and getting us on the schedule. They got the work done fast and were easy to reach when needed!

Did an outstanding job! All in one day: Ripped the old roof off in the morning. Then had the new one on, and cleaned up (besides 2 nails) by 6pm... Talk about speed and quality which I love! Hats off to the R3 Roofing team and crews they run.

R3 worked with me for almost a full year trying to prove my storm damage and irrepairability of my roof for a full replacement under my claim. They interfaced with my insurance company so I didn’t have to, provided multiple instances of evidence to fight for me, guided me in responses with my insurer at appropriate times, and came and tarped the roof when a repair prescribed by my insurer failed. We finally got the replacement approved, and R3 made the process a breeze. One brief consultation for colors and pricing in line with my claim estimate, no irritating upscale tactics, and then a couple weeks later the roof was done in a day. When the drip edge didn’t look right, R3 backtracked the ordering process and determined that the supplier sent the wrong color. In 2 days we had our color reconfirmed and the drip edge replaced for a much better match. And then they helped me understand the amounts the claim covered vs. my out of pocket and were patient in awaiting my payment. They are professional, persistent, personable, and committed. And the work is also excellent. I wasn’t familiar with R3 when they came knocking about roof damage, but it’s very possible there isn’t another company who could have gotten my roof replaced under my claim, and I am incredibly grateful to have had them lead me through the process!

R3 got my siding covered by insurance after a limb fell and punctured my siding. They kept me in the loop beforehand, and did a phenomenal AND fast job!

All the staff and installers at R3 have been great. Everything went very smooth and it looks great. Anything I didn't feel was perfect was addressed immediately. Great company and customer care. Before and after of roof window wraps and gutters.

R3 Roofing did an amazing job on my roof, gutters, and window trim. The crew was timely and efficient. They communicated extremely well with me in regards to scheduled installation times. After the work was done, they cleaned their work up area to the extent you would not even know they were there. My house looks like a brand new home and I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend R3 roofing for all your roofing and exterior needs.

I have the privilege to write the best kind of review ever. My roof has been through the Derecho and at three other hail storms. R3 came out to check my roof and told straight out. "Your roof is in great shape, we can't help you because you don't need it." That's integrity. If I EVER need services they provide, I will call them with the greatest of confidence. Thank you Gentleman, it does my soul good to know we have people we can trust.

We had a great experience with R3! Tyler stopped by after a recent storm and pointed out some missing shingles we hadn’t even noticed. He walked us through the whole process, answered all our questions, and kept us updated every step of the way. The crew came out and knocked out the whole job in just one day — super efficient and professional. Clean-up was thorough too, which we really appreciated. Definitely recommend them if you're needing roof work done!

R3 did great work for me. I had storm damage and they helped navigate everything from the insurance company claim all the way to completion of the new roof. The roof looks great. It was a fairly complicated 2 story and R3 completed it in less than 2 days. The crew was curtious and thorough. Wouldn't hesitate having R3 do work for me again.

R3 Roofing just completed the roof and gutters on our home and will soon be replacing our garage roof. It has been an amazing experience from the knock on our door to the completion of the job. Dillon has been the best! Friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all our questions along the way. Dillon was here when the insurance adjuster came by and was so kind to walk us through everything step by step. There was never a doubt that he was on our side working to provide us with the best outcome. We are very pleased and highly recommend Dillon and R3 Roofing!

The process with R3 was virtually seamless from start to finish. Communication with their sales and production personnel was collaborative and instructive - issues that did arose during and after completion of the project was quickly addressed and resolved without continuing needless and unnecessary hassle. The frontline crew went above and beyond in stripping, renovating, and clean-up of the area; each was totally cooperative, professional and extremely hard-working and efficient in performing their duties to pleasing results. 4.5 stars. It was a pleasure working with Jared at R3 Roofing from the initial inspection to contacting my insurance company and filing the claim to scheduling the roof replacement. It all went seamlessly. Jared was always available to answer questions and was courteous and knowledgeable. The crew was outstanding and worked harder than any young people I have ever encountered! The cleanup was meticulous and when they were done, you couldn’t tell they had even been there! Thanks, again, for a job well done!!

Our experience wasn’t perfect from the start, but once Dillon O. was assigned to our contract, I was blown away. His determination to get the entirety of our project covered by insurance shows that he is willing to go the extra mile, and ultimately is the reason we stuck with R3 throughout the process. I HIGHLY recommend Dillon specifically as a sales rep.

I have told people from your company at least 6 times to stop coming to my house and asking about my roof. I've had people tell me it will be noted, still get people. I put up a no solicitation sign, still get people. If you are that ignorant I don't know how anyone allows you to come and tear their roofs off.

Not happy with R3 at all. In the beginning it was good with the sales person. They helped fight with insurance. But as soon as I signed the contract with them, things turned bad. I was handed over to someone that never responded (Drew I think it was). After weeks of no response, finally I hear something about my install date. Once that work was completed, there were damages and things that needed fixed. Again, we reached out and again, no response for weeks. After finally getting the things fixed, they pressured me to pay or threatened to hand my case over to collections if I didn’t pay on time.

I will not be recommending or ever going with them again.

I just have one question for Erica. Why get all this going, estimate, claim, phone calls and texts, a bit of wasted time, just for you to ghost us? I mean should I be waiting until spring or summer? I’ve heard of people being ghosted in the dating scene but the door to door solicitors doing it now? Interesting way of communicating that you don’t want to do it!

Terrible customer service and don’t stand by their work. I hired this company at the end of 2022 to replace my roof and gutters. Last month (11/24) I noticed significant soffit damage on my house. A separate contractor came out to give me a quote on fixing that and painting my house. This contractor discovered my gutters have no drip edge in some spots and in the spots where there is drip edge; it is installed above the gutter, not behind it. I am also somehow missing pieces of wood underneath the shingles which is causing a dip in the roof where water is pooling before going behind the gutter and into the soffit. I reached out to R3 hoping they could fix this and stop my house from being damaged further. They informed me that my house is one month out of their two year warranty and they refuse to even come and look at the gutters and roof either to confirm the incorrect install and make it right or defend their original work. This is absolutely unacceptable since my roof has probably been leaking into the soffit since day one, but since I didn’t notice damage right away, they won’t help me. Do not hire this company. Don’t even answer the door if they come knocking. Attached are photos showing the dip in my roof before the gutters, the drip edge above the gutter guard, and the subsequent damage to my home. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB also in hopes of saving other homeowners from the misfortune of dealing with R3.

R3 contacted me hours after this review was posted and scheduled time to come and look at my concerns. The general manager, Jared, was apologetic about the situation and did get my roof repaired as well as the soffit that was damaged. I will give one star back but cannot say I would recommend them or hire them again. It was a frustrating experience overall and I shouldn’t have had to post on a public forum to get them to take my concerns seriously.

had two people interrupt me while I was unloading my kids from my car. They wouldn’t give me a card and just kept rambling through their script. They tried a hard close on an appointment I said no thanks. The guy in short shorts and sunglasses said “I guess you don’t want to save $10,000”

I had to ask them to leave at that point.

I hire this company R3 because they said and promised quality, I never hear this this R3 company before in des moines. But anyway they did a terrible job at my house I'm still waiting for them to come back and fix the areas they did wrong and hopefully they do something about it! Almost $12k for roofing job, they sales guy Leo did not look like he has too much experience on this type of job.but I wish I can post all the pictures with all the defects including all the oil the spell on my new driway. General management front another state call yesterday his last name Rocha! WAS NOT A VERY UNDERSTANDING GUY THE WAY HE TALK TO ME SOUND VERY I PROFESSIONAL AND NO RESPECT TO CUSTOMERS THAT PAY THIS MUCH MONEY TO THEM. THEY TAKE THE MONEY AND THEN AFTER THEY GET PAY THEY DONT WANT TO TAKE CARE THE MISTAKES THE CREW MAKES..HOPEFULLY THE OWNER CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT I CAN SEND TO HIM ALL THE PICTURES IF HE WANTS OR EVEN BETTER HIS WELCOME TO STOP BY AT MY HOUSE TO SEE THE BAD JOB R3 PERFORM AT MY HOUSE....... I will keep u posted if I get a resolution on this matter...

Hail damage high winds R3 showed up very nicely and polite and no push just looked at gave me options answered several questions laid out a plan top quality products costs too .and orchestrated the plan to a tee professional kept me notified each step cleaned up better than when they started office personnel was very sweet nice best of all honest the work was done quickly and efficiently top notch they know how top-notch company of folks work hard high standards morals fair price from owner to the janitor all American customer care with a bow tie we need more companies like this one love them like family .highly recommend them above any other out there! Second to none!

Three times in just a few days I have had my doorbell rang and people knocking on my door representing your company. It’s starting to feel like harassment. Yes vehicles are in the driveway but I am not answering for a reason. Maybe create a more efficient system so the same houses aren’t getting bothered.

I could not thank R3 Roofing enough for the work they have done on my roof. Jarod and his team were great. Jarod himself helped me with the process on getting the paperwork filled out, picking the roof that my wife and I wanted, and made it painless and stress free. His team was quick and reliable and I couldn't believe how fast his team got started and finished in just 1 weekend with absolutely no problems. The roof definitely was needed to be done and Jarod and his team made sure that it was replaced before the winter season. I would recommend R3 Roofing to anyone who needs a roof, siding, and gutters looked at and replaced.

I had to send pictures of our claim. They were weeks behind the original quoted time. They replaced items on our home that were black with silver parts so it looks ridiculous. The left materials in our yard 3 weeks after the job was complete. I requested a bill in July. Didn't get a bill until September and they requested that I pay the bill in 3 days. This was a bill that was $10,000 more than originally quoted in February. I paid them what I had budgeted for the original quote they have been very aggressive. Texting multiple times a day and being extremely rude, I told them that I was looking into financing and that I would follow up with them. My bill is paid in full and I am so grateful that I don't have to work with disorganized and disrespectful people. I will be following up with my insurance company to encourage that they are not a recommended to others !

R3 did not show up when inspected by inurance company (who then reported no damage)
R3 said I need to call and argue with my insurance carrier (really?FLYER: LIES = is there enough damage? - NO - never should have proceeded.
FLYER LIES: Can I handle the process myself: "...allowing an industry expert ensures nothing is overlooked.." No show on inspection. Insurance Company Deamed no storm damage, declined by insurance.
Now my insurance company has on file the roof was inspected and determined normal wear - roof is old, I was upfront about that from the begining. I am NOT going to argue with my insurance company. I am so upset and stressed out by this experiance.

We were helped by Juliana and I have to say that she was very professional and kind. She had clear answers to our questions and made us feel comfortable while helping us. I recommend them.

We had a potential issue with our roof so contacted R3 Roofing. Aaron and Jared promptly responded to our request and came out that same day for an inspection. The whole experience was quick yet thorough. They let us know that action wasn’t required at that time. We especially appreciated this because we were given honest feedback in the moment and weren’t sold unnecessary services. We will undoubtedly be using R3 Roofing in the future, if the need ever arises.

Gaby and R3 made the process of getting our roof replaced effortless. She brought samples to us and was here to walk through every step in the process. The crew was timely and cleaned up the work area well, which was a big concern for me with 2 dogs.
