Ram Roofing and Solar - Lincoln, NE

I called numerous places to look at my roof on a Sunday before a rain storm. Ben was the only business who picked up the phone. Not only did he pick up he came out to work on the roof before the rain. Top notch person and business.

Was very quick to respond and come check my roof for sliding shingles from winds. I was lucky he came when he did to put them back in place as we had a big wind storm the next day. Held up great! Definitely saved me from a new roof for a little longer atleast! Tho, would have been great if while up there he removed the tree growing in the corner of my gutter since my husband just had shoulder surgery and can't climb up! Lol

Ram Roofing did an excellent and professional job with my total roof and gutter replacement. My home insurance company initially offered an extremely low payout to cover the cost for the new roof. Mark Rudd (my Ram Roofing representative) was able to get my insurance company to cover the entire cost (minus deductible) of the roof replacement – which was 3x more than what the insurance company initially offered. He constantly kept me updated with the replacement project and encouraged me to keep in contact with him if I had any questions or concerns. Mark was more involved and showed more concern with my roof replacement and the general welfare of my house than my insurance company. I highly recommend Ram Roofing and especially Mark Rudd for all services that they offer.

Really unprofessional sales tactics. If you knock on someone’s door during a pandemic and are not masked up you are already inconsiderate. If you continue to knock after they obviously choose not to answer the door and start to ring the doorbell you are just rude. I wouldn’t use this company now.

Ram Roofing is a very professional and knowledgeable company. Zac was very helpful throughout the whole insurance and installation process. We highly recommend them for any roofing or siding projects.

I worked with Alex. I had never replaced a roof before let alone submit an insurance claim. He was very knowledgeable and informative on how the process works. My first claim was denied and I felt discouraged. Alex proceeded to let me know that is not the end of the road. He worked directly with my claim rep to resolve and agree to cover my damages. Without Ram roofing I could have been facing some serious water damage in my near future. His crew was very polite and left no trace of trash or material left over. Not to mention the work was all done in a day! I would recommend Ram Roofing!

Alex is a stand-up contractor. His employees did a great job on reroofing and replacing old gutters on not 1 but 2 of my properties. I highly recommend this company.
