Had a leak in my roof that I quickly DIY fixed. Had them out the very next day (2 hours after I called) so they could inspect everything, fix it right, and find other damage. Fast, efficient, and did a little touch up for free. Recommend some additional work but weren't pushy. Highly recommend.

Woke up with a dripping sound inside the house. Had water leaking into the ceiling and coming through the drywall. Roof had been replaced by Shamrock Roofing 2 years ago. Tried to contact Shamrock and was run around in circles for three days. Finally gave up and called Wagoner Roofing. They were out within a few hours, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed an hour later. Jason Adair and his crew were awesome. Highly recommend!!!

They showed up early and got to work right away. Very courteous and kind. They did a great job!! Highly recommend, they worked with our schedule to get it done. And even took the time to clean up everything after they were done. at the end, they took big magnets one around the whole yard to make sure they got all the nails picked up. That was really nice of them.

Wagoner Roofing approached me because they saw missing shingles as they were driving by from another job, After they did an inspection and provided a reasonable quote, I went with them because they had a A+ rating with the BBB.

Their crew was on time and very respectful of my property, using special pads to protect the gutters from their ladders. They removed the entire old roof in record time and were just starting to put down the new shingles, when one of the workers noticed stains and other issues with the new shingles, which they brought to the attention of the supervisor. He involved his supervisor and it was determined these new shingles had been improperly stored. Big boss called the factory and got a load of brand new shingles out the next day, and in four hours, I had a complete and brand new roof.

They did a great job of cleaning up as they went and after the final sweep, you could hardly tell they were ever there. I highly recommend them if you are needing a repair job or a whole new roof.

We were very pleased with Wagoner roofing from the initial estimate to the final product. Blake and his team were very easy to work with, respectful of us and our property, price was right and they did a great job on the roof installation. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Patrick Wagner is absolutely amazing! Most roofing companies will get on your roof and say okay this is how much it's going to cost and you're thinking dang I need to get three bits. What Patrick did is he got on the roof and not only did he and his team inspect the roof they inspected all my other outbuildings and expected my gutters which were only 2 years old expected the window areas that was damaged by the hail. It was amazing to see how thorough and detailed they were. Then of course we had to submit it to our insurance company we all know how fun that is. He helped send it in he helped with the insurance we got a lot more money off of roof than we would have ever like twice the amount coming back then we were expecting. I and my husband have never been so pleased with the company in our life. If you want honesty somebody detailed and will work hard for you to get the money that you should be getting you need to call Patrick at Wagner Roofing.

Our experience with Wagoneer Roofing was Exceptional!!
Last October we had a major storm that did damage to our roof. Hartman Meintz, one of the project managers, stopped by and asked if he could inspect our roof. We accepted his offer to inspect the roof. He surveyed the damage and helped us get a claim started with our Insurance company. He made sure that he was available when the insurance field adjustor came to inspect the roof. During the whole process he kept in contact with us and with our insurance carrier. Ultimately he was very instrumental, in my opinion, in helping the insurance company arrive at their decision to cover our entire roof.

Throughout the entire process Hartman was very clear on what to expect next. He mentioned that it would take 1 day to strip off and put on the entire roof. Our roof required approx. 39 Square of shingles. The day came and the crew showed up at 7:00 AM. They began tearing off the shingles and by about 10:00 the truck came with the new shingles and unloaded them on the roof. They had a small setback when their primary air compressor failed. It set the crew back 2 1/2 hours as they waited for a new compressor to arrive. They started shingling shortly after 2:00 PM and they were finished shortly after 5:00 PM. They still needed to finish the trimmings but essentially the roof was on in 3 hours!! Absolutely amazing!!

They did an amazing job cleaning up behind themselves, you would not have even known that they were there. In fact we had a "Big" birthday party for one of our family members the next day and everyone who noticed the roof were amazed when I told them that it was just put on the day before.

The final piece was, the contract amount they bid was exactly to the penny of what they finished with. I was very impressed.

We highly recommend Wagoner Roofing and their entire team so glad that they took the time to stop by last year after the storm.

Wagoner Roofing is simply the Best. Not only did they do a superb and professional job installing my new roof, but they also did a repair on some damaged siding and installed gutter guards I had purchased, all for a very modest fee. This saved me a $1000 or more if I had another company come in to do the work.
I also want to want to thank Blake for taking the time to look at the damage to drywall in a bedroom caused by water instrusion from our old leaky roof. He assesed the damage and showed me how water was getting in thru a cracked plastic vent in the old roof, and recommended a trustwothy company that could do the drywall repair. He also looked at a water intrusion problem in our barn which was causing wood rot on a structural roof truss and said he would be back later with an expert to identify the source of the leak and help me get the damage repaired.

I asked Hartman to give me a bid to do a few repairs on my roof . He came back with a very reasonable price . I told him to go ahead and schedule the work. He said since I already had matching shingles on hand and he had tools in his truck he could do it right then . After about an hour and a half he had it done perfectly . Amazing service ! Had a possible leak in my roof. Called Wagoner Roofing who sent out their Production manager Josh.
He quickly diagnosed the problem as not a leaky roof, but a problem with condensation leak within the radon system.
This was not something Josh’s team could fix, but he still sent me photos of the problem in the attic.
We were assessed no charges for his time and effort. If I ever do have a roof leak or need my roof replaced, Wagoner will be my first call.

Amazing company! Came out the day of call and fixed a really bad leak we had! Even on a dangerous rainy day. Top service and top quality work! Can’t beat this type of service. Wow!

In the July 15th tornado, we had two huge oak trees come down on our garage, punching holes in the roof and breaking trusses. Wagoner was so awesome to work with, as there was much to coordinate with this project- new trusses, new roof, new garage ceiling, gutters, etc. It would have been too much for us to manage. Look no further!! I had storm damage and had at least 10 companies walk up to the house (the same night as the storm or the next day) wanting to repair the roof, I was not happy with any of them. My insurance adjuster provided me with Wagoner's information, so I called and they were out the next day to give me a quote. I scheduled that day! Eric was so great, and I felt confident in their work. The communication was always excellent, even after the roof was completed. I couldn't believe how well the roofers cleaned up after the job was completed, not a nail in site! They were able to tear my roof off and redo it in one day, super happy with Wagoner and their work. Already planning on having them back to redo my siding in the future. Thanks Eric and team!

Hartman was wonderful throughout this process assisting me every step of the way with filing the insurance claim, being present when the adjuster was at my house and explaining the outcome in terms that were easy to understand. We had a leak in our ceiling and we didn’t know what caused it. Josh came over right away and took a look at our roof. He’s very knowledgeable and he knows what he’s talking about. The price was reasonable compared to other companies that we talked to. He answers any questions that we had. He gave us his honest opinion.

We were going to get rain the next day. Josh and his co worker came out the next day to patch up our missing shingles that was causing the leak in our ceiling. We are so happy with his service. Jason is a great communicator, clearly explains the process, and manages conversations with insurance as well. We were approached by Wagoner Roofing last year after a hail storm moved through. They worked directly with our home owners insurance and did a wonderful job. We had one small area on the roof where we called them back out a few times. That’s when we found out how responsive and reliable of a company they were.
I called the office again this morning a year after they put on the new shingles for some storm damage unrelated to the actual roof and Andres was out to address my concerns within no time.
