Our new home had a major leak in the stucco by the chimney, and we were struggling to even know what was wrong let alone find someone who would take on the project. Enter RAM builders from Lindon. They assessed the problem and put it quickly on their schedule. They were professional in every way from assessment of damage to completion of project. We were very very pleased and highly recommend them with confidence. In the photos, you can see three of my chimneys. They look fabulous. Just in time for rain and snow.

We can not thank Shaan and his crew with Ram Builders and Stucco enough. We have had an ongoing issue with water leaks in two areas of our home and was getting worse each year. We researched extensively gathering 4 opinions and bids from 4 different companies. Shaan and Ram Builders went in depth with explaining our problem and gave us numerous pictures and articles of how they have fixed many homes suffering the same issue as ours. They took the time to explain everything with great detail. Our issue stemmed from roof to eave connections and other issues from the original building process. Upon work to our home they took great care to protect everything around our home and while removing stucco they also took the time to look for any wood rot and mold to eradicate if needed. His crew was polite and friendly and showed me exactly what they were doing every step of the way. After they fixed the issues with our roof they re applied a matching color stucco and as you can see from the before and after pics I was amazed how they matched our stucco color being the home is 10 years old. It’s never a fun thing to have to repair your home with the stress of wondering how the work will be completed. Being a longtime homeowner we have had some awful experiences but Shaan and his crew with Ram Builders was by far the best experience we have had. I appreciate the extra work they put in when they realized that our windows might leak in the future. Added work and days to the job and they could have just skipped it and still have done their job. They worked when it was over 100 degrees and had to take days off due to rain-- very flexible and available when we had questions. Looks great.

Had my Stucco hairline cracks looked at by them. Great experience! It didn't end up needing repair (and I commend that they'll tell you if that's the case). Will be calling them for sure next time when the time comes. Worked with Kip, He examined all the cracks/surroundings, made sure everything looks great, he was great! It has been just over a year since I had these guys redo our old stucco. Even a year later I am still very impressed with the great work they have done! Shaan and Juan were great to work with from start to finish. Every detail was discussed and complete perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had an excellent experience having our stucco repaired. Since it was a repair, they had to color match the existing, and you cannot even tell where the repairs were at. They were very quick and did great work.

They only downside was a small add-on. The repairman said "while I am right here do you want me to patch that area as well?" referring to an adjacent area that had a small area of damage. We agreed thinking since they were already there, the cost would be fairly minimal. Ended up being $175 more. Our bad for not clarifying, but we assumed it would be maybe $50 or so.

Overall highly recommended.

We had a problem with water coming into the basement from the roof then behind the aluminum siding and brick work. We had Shaan come out and evaluate the problem and he provided us a quote on time. All of the workers worked extremely hard in very cold weather dealing with the roofing, siding, brickwork and interior drywall. They uncovered more damage than expected and did the necessary additional work to make us feel comfortable. Long hours were worked, and I couldn't be more pleased with the end results. Shaan and Ram Builders were great to work with. Very responsive to all our questions and the house looks amazing. We had to replace one side of stucco completely and decided to refinish and change the rest of the house's color at the same time. The work was done quickly and professionally. Shaan was great with communication and made sure the end product fit our needs.

We are very happy with our experience with Ram Builders! We had stucco damage that was allowing water to leak in through the walls. Ram Builders repaired the stucco and dealt with the rotted wood underneath. They also fixed the connections between the roof/gutters and the walls to hopefully prevent the same issues from happening again. Shaan was knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions and his team did a great job!

They were busy with other jobs when we first contacted them, so it took several weeks from when Shaan initially looked at our house to when they started the work. But Shaan was upfront about this and was good at keeping us updated while we waited so we knew they hadn’t forgotten about us.

We wanted to replace our worn, 40 year old aluminum siding with stucco and stone. I did a lot of research into stucco companies around here, and was mostly unimpressed. We went with Ram Builders because I thought they would do a high quality job. And they sure delivered. I was incredibly impressed with Juan and his team. They were not only knowledgeable and experienced, but also respectful and very friendly. They were also amazingly fast; not in a shoddy way, but in the way an accomplished musician is adept at playing a complex piece. There were hiccups along the way, such as when they discovered that half of our house had been built with a flimsy kind of paperboard instead of plywood, but Ram always came through with a solution and made things right. We are so happy with our beautiful new home, and we are confident of the craftsmanship that went into it.

After researching companies to repair cracks in the stucco on my house and after receiving a recommendation from a neighbor, I selected Ram

Ram did an amazing job on our house. Shaan was great to work with. We had a leak at our sliding glass door above in the stucco. They were able to come before they estimated after we got the bid. Contacted Ram to bid on stucco work for 8 replacement windows and to fix leaks on some windows replaced 12 years ago. Also wanted to change exterior color. Based on Shaan's recommendation, we expanded scope to do 80% tear-off/replace and 20% re-skim/color. Bid proposal and change orders were highly detailed and professional. Despite scheduling change due to window manufacturing delay, RAM crew executed the project with no work interruptions. After tear-off, numerous issues with previously replaced windows and original water barrier/stucco installation were identified. RAM was able to handle all of these issues since they do all forms of exterior work. They re-installed and re-flashed older windows and fixed several roof flashing issues. They installed new double layer water barrier and 3 coat stucco system using high quality materials. Final result was flawless. The crew (4-10 depending on project phase) was very professional. They were on time every day and worked to dark. Some tenting/heating was required due to cold weather. This was handled routinely with no overall schedule delays. Foreman was absolutely top-tier - very experienced and accommodating of our requests. Owner made frequent site visits and was always accessible by phone.

RAM was professional and efficient from our initial meeting, through the bid process and on to doing the work and job completion. They were on time, they did all repairs correctly, used quality materials and kept us "in the loop". RAM communicated unforeseen but necessary repairs in a timely manner via change order, complete with an estimated cost. We were able to evaluate their recommendations and decide to accept or reject the proposed change. I appreciated that they practiced safe working procedures and equipment. They took no shortcuts.

Ram Builders did a fantastic job replacing all of the plaster around the base of my brick home. There was quite a lot of prep work, but the team was upbeat, postive and professional. There were some tough spots to cover and the crew worked together well to brainstorm alternatives.

Ram Builders is the absolute best contractors I have ever dealt with. When Shaan came out to review and bid the scope of work we had, I knew Ram Builders was right for us. He was very professional, friendly and really knew his stuff. The men that came to work on our job were just as professional, friendly, experienced and dedicated workers. They were also the cleanest and left the job, each day, meticulously clean. They were always on time and put in a full days work. They repaired and replaced the stucco surrounding our garage doors, after they had been run into by a Bobcat tractor, replaced and painted an exterior door, replaced and reframed our French doors and repaired our Juliet balcony and some roofing, and also did amazing repair and replacement of drywall and painting in the interior of our home. This is the best experience we have ever had with contractors. They are all true craftsmen. We highly recommended RAM Builders and will definitely use them again. We already have some projects, in mind, for next spring.

Ram Builders was recommended to me for a stucco repair seven years ago (water damage around the gutters). This person told me that Ram is the only company to use for jobs like that. We had them come out and do the work. I appreciated Shaan's style--no hard sell, no fancy spiel or slick sales job--just gave a realistic and reasonable assessment of what was really needed. Very knowledgable, patient, and willing to answer questions. They did the work and delivered as promised. His team was great and it didn't take forever. It was well done, looked great, and solved the problem. Now, seven years later, we needed another stucco repair on a different part of our house (the chimney this time) and we called Ram again. Same story. The chimney looks awesome, great color match, good as new. They also repaired the roof a little bit about around the base of the chimney. They kept the worksite neat, cleaned up good, didn't make a mess, were easy to interact with, etc. In my experience, this is a great company that delivers excellent service, which is not that easy to find anymore. I strongly recommend them for any exteriors job they do, especially stucco. If your experience is anything like mine, you won't be disappointed.

I would not hesitate to call RAM again if need arose. We have had several water issues with our stucco and Shaan has been extremely helpful to us trying to diagnose what needs to be fixed and what does not. He is very honest and knows so much about homes and water problems. His crew is very responsive and respectful.

As a real estate agent I appreciate that Sean and his team took into consideration my buyers time restrictions. They were able to get out SAME DAY and do an inspection for my client, even though it was not convenient for them or planned ahead. They have earned a customer for life!

Submitted a question and a quote application online, and they never even bothered to reply. After a week or so, I called in and asked my question, about if they service my area, which is what I asked online as well. I got my answer of no they don't, which is fine, it's a remote area so no worries. But at the very least they could've sent me a reply email, or called me with the required phone number on the estimate request saying "sorry you're out of our area" rather than just straight up ignoring me. Just really unprofessional on their part.

We have had the opportunity to use RAM twice in the last few years to correct stucco problems related to water damage. In both cases we found their bids competitive and the quality of their work excellent. I believe Shaan has high ethical standards and demands the same from his employees and sub contractors. He takes pride in the ability of his employees to find and identify problems which inevitably occur in renovation work which minimizes the need to bring in specialist contractors and holds cost down. He maintains a clean work area and minimizes damage to plants and surrounding areas...unlike other contractors that have worked for us. I have always felt like if he needs to return to correct something, it will not be a problem. We have found that his employees are easy to work with and want us to be satisfied with their work. We have never felt like they attempt to "fix a problem that is not broken" without first first explaining the reasons for their proposal. I made an appt for them to come out and look at my stucco. They showed up on time and I showed the guy some areas of concern. He agreed and wanted to walk around the house. I sat in my front room watching him as we had a baby asleep and I didn’t want him to knock. He finished his walk around and made a couple phone calls went and sat in his truck for 5-10 minutes to which I assumed he was writing a bid, but then he just drove off and I haven’t heard from them since. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 since they did at least show, but was still a waste of time.

The Ram team and entire experience was excellent. Great work, not cheap but worth the cost. The work done on my home will last many many years and looks beautiful. Strongly Recommend Ram Builders!

Had a consultation scheduled for today at 1:00 but nobody showed or called. I texted the number that texted me to see if they were coming but nobody responded. Hoping it was a mistake based on the other 5 star reviews.

Update: 4/11/2018 - Wanted to update this review. They scheduled me in when that person was supposed to be on vacation. They apologized and we rescheduled. Never made it to the actual meeting as the house we were buying fell through. I would definitely give them another chance.

We highly recommend Ram Builders for any exterior needs. We had a leak in one of our main floor windows but didn't know where it was coming from. We tried various ways of fixing it but no luck so we decided to call Ram Builders. Shaan and his team were very professional and thorough. They were able to pull off what needed to be and found that our windows were installed incorrectly. They fixed the windows, re patched and stuccoed and matched our exterior color so that you can't tell any work was even done. We haven't had a problem since. They are very honest, easy to work with and kept us informed throughout the process.

RAM Builders did a terrific job for us on our Stucco/Flashing Repair. We had bought a new house that turned out to have some long-running water damage and dry rot. Shaan and his crew diagnosed the issue, scheduled us for the construction, ordered new windows to replace the old ones, and did a very thorough and professional job. They also cleaned up the construction site well and kept us informed throughout the entire process. I have since monitored the area where we had leaks and, so far, we have not had any more water leaks or water damage in the areas that Shaan and RAM Builders fixed. They were very thorough in their work and we were glad that they finished the work for us before the snow and rains started falling.

I am very pleased with the work that was accomplished by RAM builders, they were very thorough in the repairs to our entry way wall. We had water damage that was discovered during the removal of the stucco. The workers removed the stone face that was part of the wall and were able to complete the job without damaging any of the stone. I would readily use RAM again because of the very detailed and professional work they do.

I have never written a review for a business, but this company deserves your attention! My husband and I wanted to do some updating to our 70's home. We found RAM Builder, Inc. by recommendation. That was a decision with NO regrets...Our dream was to enclose our deck and make it a great room. This remodel began and was completed right on schedule. We love it, the windows, doors, walls are just as just perfect. We additionally wanted to resurface the exterior front of our home with stucco. Wow! A beautiful gray that matched the exterior brick perfectly, another selling point for this company. RAM enclosed our car port, built a shed behind the garage and added a waterproof deck with railing. I was hesitant to get my stucco repaired because I kept thinking that the problem wasn't that bad although I knew I was kidding myself. RAM was fantastic from the word go. They provided a thorough report about what was wrong, how they were going to fix it, and what was being done to guarantee that it wouldn't be a problem going forward. I was also nervous that they weren't going to be able to match the stucco on my house since it was 12 years old, it matches perfectly!

My home needed major stucco repair and expert trouble shooting to ensure the issues of the past did not re-occur. About 8 years ago I discovered major problems with mold under the outside stucco of our large home. We discovered there was no moisture shield installed by the original stucco installers years before, which resulted in mold growing around EVERY window and door.

We were referred to RAM Builders as the experts in mold damage and professional restoration. It took several months to totally reskin our home with new plaster.
RAM Builders were great to work with and respectful of our home and our privacy. Their workers were friendly and efficient.

The house was flashed correctly, and the stucco still looks as new as the day they installed it. We have had no further problems with the stucco on the house since they corrected the problem from the other company that had originally installed it (which are now out of business).

We had a very good experience with Ram Builders. We required their services a couple of years after we moved into a newly built custom home when several of our windows starting leaking as a result of faulty subcontracting work. The original builder went out of business, and the subcontractor was no longer to be found. Ram Builders is a professional organization, and they know how to get the job done. They removed a large amount of stucco, caulked and re-papered many windows, followed by a re-stucco. I highly recommend working with Shaan, who is a person of integrity. I was also impressed by the job foreman, who was conscientious and easy to communicate with.
