Moved into a 100 year-old house that had no venting on the roof. Upstairs got very hot in the summer. Christian at Master Roofing came by and helped me figure out a plan to install a ridge vent. He also suggested some other repairs that were helpful.Once we figured everything out, Cole and his crew were very efficient and had the whole job done in a day. They did a great job and we are already noticing a difference!

From my experience Master Roofing maintains good communication with it's customers. Christian was assigned my roof technician and was very good in staying in contact with me throughout the process. My scheduled appointment was 3PM and he started messaging me around 12 to ensure he had the right address and meet expectations. In the end, the roof damage was an easy fix and they weren't needed but Christian remained kind and understanding about the situation.

My roofing was replaced in north Orem recently by Master Roofing. They did an excellent job in stripping off the old roofing and installing the new. All this was done in two days. And they protected the grounds of my yard and cleaned very thoroughly afterwards getting all residue and nails picked up.

We have solar panels and R & R Solar, LLC removed the panels so that Master Roofing could complete their work with ease. They then reinstalled those panels in short time.

Both of these companies have employees who are friendly, hard working and easy to communicate with. If anyone is looking for good companies to do roofing and/or solar panel work these companies would be excellent choices.

I am amazed that Master Roofing got the whole roof of our office building replaced in a day! We searched and compared bids of a few companies for getting our roof done. Mater Roofing stands out by the reviews and photos. Christian from their company came out and carefully checked out our roof. He took photos that show the damages on the roof and explained the details what need to be done. Also, he is very knowledgeable about the regulations. For a big job and expenses that the property owners need to consider, Mater Roofing is the one educated me, and I have confidence in them at the time of job bidding. And that’s approved with their excellent job the crew men did! The crew starts work at 8:00am and got done by 5:00pm. Then they cleaned up the construction trash. They are very efficient. I also talked to Cole and Cooper from Mater Roofing, and they are very patient and helpful. I recommend, if you need to get your roof repaired or replaced, Mater Roofing is the one you can trust for a good job.

My experience with them was great. I had a leak in my roof and they were quick to come out and inspect it. Ahmad was able to locate the leak and 4-5 additional issues. The issues ended up being related to a previous solar panel install, and so even though Master Roofing didn't do the repairs, they provided me with photos and a video I was able to share with the solar company that helped confirm it was an install error.

We had to replace our roof because of a hail storm, at the time our roof was less then a year old. After speaking with mutilple roofing companies and having each one do an inspection, the obvious choice was Master Roofing. The inspection preformed by Cole was well ahead of the other companies. He informed us that our attic wasn't venting right and that was causing heat issues in the home. No other company caught that. After having a poor experience with our previous roofing company, it was reasurring to know that Master Roofing took pride in their work. Cole was our point of contact throughout the entire process he was very informative, took alot of pictures and was very thorough. He kept us up to date, provided everything we needed for insurance, and ensured any questions were answered. We are very happy with Master Roofing and Cole. Highly Recommend!

Master Roofing replaced our roof in Oct/Nov 2024. They did an excellent job from initial contract, tearing off the old roof, installing the new roof AND then working to ensure insurance company had all the information to provide maximum coverage of the roof. We installed the GAF roof with 25/50 year warranty and the owner of master roofing added his own 25 year workmanship warranty. Ridge vent looks terrific, flashing around chimney is excellent - see images. A HUGE thanks to Christian Carson, he worked thru the whole process and was helpful, informative and competitive in matching other vendor pricing. Master got our project on the schedule really quick and finished one day after accepting their proposal. Super happy with the work and the overall experience.

Overall, we have had a very good experience with Master Roofing. Yesterday, they installed two sun tunnels for us. When I first contacted the company in September and asked for a bid, it was immediately suggested that I wait until October when there would be a discount for sun tunnel installation. We did, and Christian came out in October. He did a thorough inspection and explanation of our options, and gave us a bid. It took longer than I expected to get the work scheduled, but they came yesterday. Cooper and Cole were very careful to move furniture and cover exposed areas. They were both very courteous. The installation went smoothly. Even though they finished up a bit after dark, they were careful to clean up everything. When the sun came up this morning, we have the additional light we were looking for. I recommend Master Roofing.

We couldn't be happier with Master Roofing Utah. They are very well trained employees and a large crew arrived and worked on our home.

They replaced our roof, timing it so as to miss a rainstorm here in Heber Valley. Cole Gordon (Master Roofing) came out and did a thorough damage assessment from a hailstorm, spending over 30 minutes just in the attic alone. They kept us apprised of every step of the process. Cole showed us various kinds and colors of shingles. Again, no pressure. He let us know when the dumpster would arrive and where it would be placed (right on time) and they started exactly when they said they would. These folks didn't strong-arm us and that's important. The day they began work, Isaac showed us pictures of what they were going to do, etc. and made sure everything would go just as planned and agreed on. Master Roofing had to remove THREE layers of shingles on the rear and TWO layers on the front. They needed to replace some of the roofing plywood on our 58-year-old home, and they were prepared to do that without delays. We had extensive damage on the north fascia and Cole showed it to me and offered a solution. They were able to fix the "jerry-rigged job" a prior roofer had done years ago, and they did that the same day they were shingoing. Customer service and pricing were paramount, and that meant a lot to us. The clean-up was perfect. They protected the front rain gutter, and afterward, they did a very thorough job with their magnet machines going around the house several times to find any nails, metal objects, etc. They raked and cleaned up everything from flower beds to the lawns.
We have two close friends who also had their roofs replaced by Master Roofing in the past couple of months and through them, we knew they were excellent. Going into this project, we expected outstanding service and Master Roofing did not disappoint. I would recommend them highly.

Master Roofing gave us a beautiful new sun tunnel. After 35 years, our dark hallway is now bright as day! Christian made the whole process very simple and we were so happy with our experience.

I first heard of Roof Max through a google search trying to find a product that would extend my shingle-roof lifespan. I was privileged to work with Cole Gordon. We were in the heart of the hail storm that hit Utah county recently and we're concerned about hail damage. Cole came by and did a full inspection. Inside and out. He was very educational and upfront about the amount of damage or lack thereof when another storm chasing company told us we had "severe damage". I recently had Master Roofing install a new roof using high-quality GAF shingles with an amazing 50-year warranty, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the very beginning, their pre-inspection was by far the most thorough and comprehensive I've ever experienced. It was during this process that they discovered my attic had inadequate ventilation. They recommended installing a ridge vent and the GAF deck air intake system, which has made a noticeable difference in the temperature inside my home—especially on those hot days.

Thanks to the detailed pre-inspection, the quote I received was incredibly accurate, and there were very few surprises or up-charges after the installation. The work itself was done professionally and to a high standard, and they even provide a 10-year warranty on their workmanship for extra peace of mind.

A week after installation, a major hailstorm hit, and I was thrilled to see that my new roof held up perfectly! The only issue was a few gutter guards that had been knocked off, but Master Roofing responded quickly and reinstalled them within just a few days.

He always makes himself available both in emergencies and in preventative situations so my clients can see the long term vision. I really appreciate how thorough he is. He’s done many roof inspections for my buyers and he is really good at providing multiple options for multiple price points. He has incredible data and makes it really easy for a normal non-roofer to see what is important in protecting the longevity of an existing roof, making recommendations to make what’s there last and also provide reasonable pricing if a replacement is needed. 11/10 would recommend. We got estimates from several companies. Mattie/the owner was also great to work with and accommodating. Danielle/front office was also very helpful. The results look great. They came up with solutions regarding flashing and venting. And, based on my interactions with the team including the installer Chad, I would highly recommend this company for a roof redo.

We started with our call to Master Roofing and got a REAL LIVE HUMAN who connected us with Christian who was amazing and SO HELPFUL. Next we worked with the project manager Chad who made sure everything went smoothly--and it couldn't have been better! He had a crew of 6 men who were hustling and busy all day long, and finished our entire roof in ONE DAY! Cole came and spent over an hour assessing our roof both from the outside as well as a considerable time on the attic. He took hundreds of photos and was very detailed in explaining various conditions of things - never being “sales focused” but simply explaining and explaining our options. We’re currently working with him on a roof replacement plan, but we’re extremely impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism so far.

I had master roofing installed too Sun tunnels in my kitchen and I'm so happy I did! The install was seamless. The sun tunnels look as if they had always been here, talk about perfection :-) the roof looks to be untouched too. The sun tunnels have made a dark Kitchen in place you now want to spend time in. Master Roofing in their bid process alone was far better than any other company I contacted. They were thorough from start to finish. Christian and Chad kept us informed through the whole process. Ran into a small issue on the install day, but their workers stayed late to make sure the job was finished as promised…one day. Did a countless number of sweeps to pick up nails and left the place clean. Would recommend them 100%.

Working with Christian at Master Roofing was seamless, and he was thorough in his inspection and explaining to me what had happened. He did not try to upsell me on any additional work that you find sometimes when getting estimates.

Master Roofing has helped us through not one, but TWO roofing disasters. During Covid our neighbor’s tree fell on our roof. Master Roofing was the only company that would help, and I called six other companies!
Fast forward to a new house, with solar panels, and raccoons. They came out quick to help us mitigate a hole under our solar panels, and quickly got our roof repaired, replaced, and our stress relieved. Christian and everyone at Master Roofing were great in communicating with us, keeping us informed, and advising us on the best path possible to fix our roof. They partnered up with Seth and crew at Bell Mountain Solar to safely detach our solar panels, and then replace them when our roof was finished. I was ready to find out how to keep animals out from our solar when Bell Mountain told me about their critter guards!

Both teams provided expert service, repair, and compassion. Hopefully the universe won’t send anymore roof disasters my way in the foreseeable future, but if they do I’m calling Master Roofing and Bell Mountain Solar to help me out!
