Complete Restoration was so easy to work with! We had a water leak at a rental property that had been dripping for a long time, unseen. We had to do a mold test before we could proceed with the restoration, and Complete Restoration was so quick and easy to work with! They had our mold test done and results emailed to us within a week. I would highly recommend!

I would not use anyone else for my home repairs. They are quick, responsive but most importantly, they do a great job. We had a scheduling problem and these guys handled it like a dream. So professional.

We had a pipe burst in an upstairs bathroom that impacted the second floor, main floor, and basement before it was discovered. Our insurance recommended another restoration company who did the initial cleanup, but who did not seem competent to address the repairs that needed to be done.

We contacted two different general contractors who we thought could manage reconstruction and work with the insurance, but after several months of delays and excuses, we were still in chaos and no further along in getting our home back to normal.

Finally, Complete Restoration was referred to us. I called them and their estimator, Quade Bunker, was in our home the next day.

Quade was professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He immediately contacted the insurance company and became our advocate from day one. The insurance company was less than cooperative and Quade acted as our facilitator and proponent in dealing with the insurance as well as coordinating all of the tear out and reconstruction.

Every employee from Complete Restoration that worked in our home was pleasant, respectful of our belongings, and willing to help make our home as “livable as possible” during the pandemonium of it all.

Quade kept us informed, battled the insurance company, and made certain we were satisfied with the repairs that were being done.

We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Complete Restoration. They were amazing!

I want to say that our experience with Julian was fantastic. Even if your insurance company has a different preferred vendor, I would highly recommend using Complete Restoration for mitigation services. When we ran into a problem, Julian made sure we were taken care of. I was also impressed with Joseph, who was the person who came back to check on how things were drying.

I can't say enough good things about Quade at Complete Restoration. Unfortunately my bathroom flooded while I was out of town during Christmas, and my insurance company and multiple restoration companies decided this was a good chance to take advantage of me. After attempting to work with four different companies, I called Quade for a quote. He came out the next day, explained their process, and wrote a comprehensive quote that I was able to use to compel my insurance company into being slightly more reasonable.

Although we were still considerably in different places, Quade was able to work within my budget to get my bathroom back to working condition. He provided me with budget guidance while I selected the materials. His crew was a delight to work with - they communicated well, showed up on time, and did quality work.

I'm really happy with the result and incredibly grateful to Complete Restoration for their honesty, flexibility, and performance.

The workers that came did an exceptional job. They sealed off the affected area and then went to work, never wasting a moment. When they got all the mold cleaned out they went back and painted everything and cleaned up everything that was used for the job and hauled away all of the torn out mold infested wood. They were respectful and informative. Over all They did a great job.

Complete Restoration is Awesome! I came home from work to a flooded basement, I called them at 11:30 pm and they were there in under 45 min. and started pulling up my carpets. The daily updates keeping
me informed every step of the way during the demolition, through the rebuild was a stress reliever. They did an excellent job and I’m very pleased with everything that was done. I would definitely recommend Complete Restoration for any restoration needs.

Complete stepped in right away. They helped fight the battles with insurance. They were very knowledgeable and their contractors were great.

We had a fire at our home causing major damage to the carport and half the home. After recommendations I hired Complete Restoration. The best decision I could have made. Dan and Quade met me at our home to assest the damage and provided the quote for the insurance company. They helped me every step of the way with providing professional contractors and there own people to assist in the demolition and rebuild. Quade was assigned to my case and he was amazing in scheduling and providing updates and timeliness and dealing with the city for permits and inspections. I can't say enough how much I appreciated and enjoyed working with him. I would not hesitate for minute hiring them again. Our home looks brand new. Communication was stellar with this company. Materials took time to order but we had custom pieces so that made sense. We had to pay out of pocket for labor that our insurance claim wouldn’t cover. Just be aware that this might happen to you too.

Complete Restoration has been the best company to work with. Every person we worked with were professional & very thorough. They deserve five stars!!

Things started well with them, but they didn't finish the job. I let them know, sent them pictures, and they said they would fix it. Before they had fixed it, they started threatening to send me to collections. I assume it's because they have poor communication between people in their organization, but still a really frustrating experience.

I would NEVER recommend this company for a family. They simply don’t care and if you have used them, double verify their work-especially if it’s regarding a mold issue and under the best river insurance umbrella. I’ve watched my husband deal with these guys and as mother, I’m beyond disappointed that they unprofessionally and aggressively ignored my husband’s request to finish mitigation of mold in our home which endangered our children. Thank God my husband took it upon himself to finish the job by locating and removing the mold. We had a feeling that our son who spends time in the office with us was having chronic sinus infections that required doctors appointments visits was because of the mold.

Be careful with this company. “Completed” mitigation of mold from a water leak. Argued with me along the way and refused to inspect or mitigate areas of home owners concern. After they “complete” their work, our kiddo became ill with respiratory issues. We ended up cutting open the wall and found a tremendous amount of mold and water damage in the exact areas we pointed them to. Not only do we find their work to be sub par, negligent but also unprofessional. ALWAYS make sure you as the home owner verify the work done by this company… I have since contacted them and they are playing the go around by passing me to the previous owner who passed me back to them. They did come by to the house, apologized and saw the photographic evidence of issues they left, somewhat took responsibility, but are currently playing the blame game between insurance companies, their legal, previous owners etc… All in all, had they simply checked the area of concern from the get go, they would have found the mold and had it taken care of. Negligence impacts the families of home owners and should not be taken lightly especially when the negligence is willful.

I had Complete restoration help me after a bathroom flood. It was a nightmare experience. My bathroom is still not usable as I have had to redo a ton of work once they "finished". I have had to ask them to come back over a dozen times to fix things that were done horribly. They never once did an in person quality check to see how things were done. They took all kinds of shortcuts. The paint, sheetrock and trim work were done very poorly. Even after sending people to fix it it looks awful. They were very messy and left paint and mud all over my carpets. I had to throw out tons of construction materials myself. The whole process seemed uncoordinated and haphazard.

Great humans who work for this company who communicate well and treat you like a friend. Their work is great!!

On August 13 hail broken a basement window and soon after our basement was flooded. At the time we were in Chicago dropping our daughter at college. Upon hearing what happened I called Complete restoration immediately. Within the hour, complete restoration was on site at our home with a large group removing water, carpet and cutting drywall. When we returned home our house was already gutted and being dried. Our belongings were also already removed. Our restoration experience was amazing and efficient. It was a horrible situation and in a fairly short amount of time our home now looks even better than it did before our emergency. I would recommend complete restoration to anyone and everyone.

There were a lot of pieces to coordinate in our restoration: wallboard repair, floor tile replacement, carpet replacement, furniture stored in an outside trailer, plumbing help. Complete Restoration got it all done in a timely manner. Their employees were all effective and courteous.

I have worked with Complete Restoration multiple times as a property manager. They have always been prompt, courteous and professional. We rely on them for an unbias third party assessment of needs and they are completely fair in their assessment and transparent with the entire process. They have communicated with me the whole way through each project and I truly appreciate that. I have also worked with more that one project manager and each has been equally as professional.

The inspector was at the house for about 15 min which cost 250. He didn’t have the time to provide insight. Pretty much a waste of time and money.

Julian was a nice guy and seemed to to know his stuff if he had more time. The company stacked with another appoint 45 min after mine so just didn’t have time.

We had a roof leak and it damaged the ceiling in our bedroom. Complete Restoration sent Andrew to repair the ceiling and his repair was amazing. I had doubts he could match the texture on the wall board very well but the result matched the original so well it was literally invisible. He removed the damaged part, replaced the insulation, re-textured the ceiling and painted it. And it's flawless. I would have Andrew fix any damaged wall I had.

I am so happy with the excellent work this company did on my house after a flood. The communication was great, friendly hard working people that cared about my family and getting us back in our home as quickly as possible. All of the workmanship was excellent. I would recommend them ! Greg, the project manager was very helpful and made every effort to keep the process moving smoothly.

I normally don’t spend time with reviews, but Complete Restoration did such a wonderful job in restoring my basement that I feel I should respond. After a water leak spilling 30,000 gallons into my basement causing extensive damage while I was gone for a week, my insurance thankfully contacted CompleteRestoration and everything they did was fabulous.

This review isn't so much about people involved, but business practices and quality for pricing.

The quality and services for the price did not feel right. I work with and have dealt with tens of thousands of customers in my own businesses over the last 10 years, so I know a thing or two when someone is billing or doing more than necessary, adding time maybe where the project didn't require it, and taking advantage, even if they don't do it intentionally, maybe even through sheer volume or work-pride, or company policies or pushes for hours that the end customer doesn't know of.

Maybe it's somewhat because I'm not going through my insurance (companies tend to charge the highest possible when insurance is involved?) and I'm a somewhat a smaller job, but I feel I should have been given more service for what I'm paying. I had to stop before we even got into the remediation and repair as I feel gouged upfront for so little done thus far.

I feel I could have purchased my own equipment and paid myself to do what they did (and keep it much cleaner, neater, and take less time I was billed for) for less than the price they charged for just coming to take out sheetrock, lay plastic over some stuff, and put up fans and moisture removing equipment.

I didn't want to do it myself, but the first bill shows me I probably should have.

Lesson learned. I should have received an estimate upfront, but didn't think I'd be paying this much just to get started. It's not even so much about price than it is integrity in pricing. I feel that for whatever reason in this company, the integrity of fair, upfront pricing, was absent.

Unless you have a major disaster, complete restoration in my business-sense opinion, is completely over priced.
