Antonio and his two crew members did a tear-off and complete reroof on our house including installing plywood underlayment over the entire roof and installation of intake and exit venting. The work area was clean and tidy at the end of each day. Exposed roof areas were carefully protected from rain during the work. Antonio and crew were a pleasure to work with.

I chose Raindrop from four bids because: Raindrop is a local company in business over 30 years; bid price was competitive; and locally produced Malarkey shingles were installed.

I found out I had leaks in my attic and needed to hire a roofing company. I always admired my neighbors roof and she recommended Raindrop Roofing to me, saying that they did a great job and were nice people. She was right and I am so glad I hired them.
Sean went into my attic and on my roof. He was knowledgeable about where the leaks were coming from and what needed to be done. My skylight was cracked and needed to be replaced, and flashing was bent around my chimney and also needed replaced. The roof also had been repaired with caulking over the years and water was dripping into the kitchen. Sean suggested putting a new membrane and new roofing over that area. I also needed vents put into the roof for bathroom fan exhausts that had never been vented in my 1955 house.
I asked for an estimate for the roof repairs and a roof replacement. Both estimates were very competitive and fair. I still have some years left on my roof so I decided to just go with the repair for now. I had a lot of companies pushing me to replace my roof. Sean didn't do that.
Communication with their team is great. If I had a question they would call, text or email right away. They helped me out so much, I had an insulation team coming in earlier than expected and I wanted to fix my roof before I did insulation. I called Tory who does scheduling and she was able to make that happen. I was impressed with how happy she was to help me out.
Everyone that I talked to or met with Raindrop Roofing was so nice. The person who dropped of materials to my house helped me move things in my garage to make room for the things that had to stay dry. And the team that worked on the repairs were very kind and professional and cleaned up everything. Sean also came by to make sure the work was done well. It looks beautiful and no more leaks. I can't say enough good things about this company!

We didn't end up going with Raindrop roofing because we repaired our roof instead of getting a new one, however it was a real joy working with Joel and had we opted to re-roof our condo, Raindrop was one of 2 companies we would have gone with. He turned around quotes for us very quickly, came in at a competitive price, and communicated in a straight forward manner that I very much appreciated. In addition, he came recommended by an building inspector. That carried a lot of weight with me in and of itself.

I live in a townhouse and my neighbor decided to use Raindrop for some services. The team that did the service decided it was appropriate to steal from us and come up onto my second floor porch and use our power outlet without asking. When confronted, the employee tried to lie and say he was there for our address and did not seem to speak very good English.

What makes your employees think it’s right to steal power? I did not pay for any service, so why should I have to pay for your equipment use to service someone else??

It was my pleasure to do business with Raindrop Roofing NW. The crew and supervisors are professional. What is in the contract is what gets done. When problems happened Raindrop was quick to communicate and reach an equitable resolution. The crew came on Monday morning to begin work. All week there was lots of noise overhead! By Friday afternoon my old, spongy, leaky roof was new, sold, & water tight. With expert shingling and proper ventilation, my new roof is warranted to last a whole lot longer than the old one.

Raindrop just completed reroofing our house and was great to work with! Sean was the only estimator who had a clear idea of how to ventilate the side attics in our 1 1/2 story home which got Raindrop the job. It was a complex job due to the age of the home, steep pitch, and multiple gables. Rafael and his crew did an excellent job. Raindrop Roofing just finished replacing our roof. There was excellent communication and responses to questions from beginning to end. Potential challenges were anticipated. The work was completed on schedule and on budget. When we requested screens over the vents (to ensure no cat decided to explore . . .) it was finished as well. My roof is original with my house. I've had Raindrop out twice in the 20+ years I've owned the house, for cleaning, inspections, minor repairs and gutter clearing. In January when they came to clean it I asked them how long they would give the roof before I needed to replace it. They said about two years. A few weeks later, a neighbor had a different roofer out to look at cleaning and possibly replacing their roof. They asked if they could look at mine and I told them yes. When they came back they said it was urgent that I do the work now and gave me a bid. Their "inspection" was done with drone photos (which was very cool but also they didn't get up on the roof). I contacted Raindrop to tell them about the disparate perspectives They offered to come back at no charge and Sean came back on the roof to do a closer inspection and see if all repairs were in good shape. After this was done they told me they feel confident that I have 2 years left in the house, which is great news since I will be able to save up for it and do a few other household projects that I was planning on before replacing the roof. It would have been very easy for them to tell me that the roof needed replacing right away but they stood by their word. I'd also like to add that bringing them out a couple of times over the years to tighten things up on the roof extended the roof life by several years. I can highly recommend Raindrop for their quality and integrity.

We've got a near-flat roof with a membrane (TPO, I believe) that needs annual inspection, since you can't see what's going on from the street. Raindrop has done a good job with annual cleanup and identifying and patching compromised areas. Not the cheapest option, but do you want the cheapest option when you're talking about keeping water from leaking through your ceiling? :-) Looking forward to continuing using them for annual upkeep so we can delay having use them to replace our roof.

I used Raindrop to do a tear-off and composite shingle install with an attic fan replacement. They did an excellent job, were good communicators and did the work on time. I’m about 18 months out from the installation and all is well. I definitely recommend them.

Raindrop did a fabulous job putting a metal roof on my house and garage. Excellent attention to detail. Communication was wonderful too. The roof functions great and looks amazing. Metal roofs are more expensive, so I got several bids; most were way over my budget, but Raindrop's quote seemed to be exactly right. I'm a fan of this company. And they're nice to work with.

Replaced a low pitch built up (tar and gravel) roof on a mid-century home with a TPO roof. Deciding factor for choosing Raindrop was the fact that the PM, Lee, seemed to have a real appreciation for the nature of the job and for ensuring that the final product would not just be a good roof but would also be a good-looking roof. I think the job might have been a bit harder than Raindrop anticipated including a couple of unanticipated challenges that were unique to the configuration of our roof. And I did have some concern that the challenges might result in some drama or dispute about cost. But no worries needed. There was no drama, and the project was billed as proposed. In the end the roof was a substantial upgrade and looks excellent. We've had a couple of neighbors comment on the roof as well.

They made sure that everything was fixed and better than new, and I was beyond thrilled with the customer service. The roof is beautiful, comes with a warranty that is transferable, and was updated to meet current best standards. We purchased a home with a 14 year old roof installed by Raindrop Roofing NW. During the inspection a minor leak was found and R.R. responded quickly to repair. In addition, they addressed, (at no charge), some gutter and caulking issues the inspection revealed. They also transferred the roof warranty to us. We had them replace 4 skylights after moving in. They were competitively priced and did a great job installing.

Great experience having our roof replaced. We received a prompt quote which clearly outlined the work to be done and the options for venting and various "upgrades". We signed and had to wait for a crew to be ready as this company was busy. Once they were ready to start they delivered the materials, dump trailer, and had the crew there ready to go. The crew was polite, accommodating, and very respectful. The entire job went smoothly and the superintendent came by several times throughout the job to provide updates. When the job was done the roof looked amazing and they cleaned up like they were never there! With all the rain in the last month we're so happy to have a Raindrop roof over our heads. We probably won't ever need another roof on this house, but if I did need to have a future home re-roofed I will absolutely be calling Raindrop.

We were quoted the project would take an estimated 4 or 5 days, but they actually got done in 3! Cleaned up everything and the roof looks great. They informed me of every step they got done each day and we're there from 7am or so until the late evening. They work hard and efficient.

Raindrop did a great job on our roof. They were fast, efficient, professional, courteous, considerate of our plantings, and did a great clean-up. I think the area around our house looked better after they were done than before they came. Their communication was stellar - before, during, and after. Minimal disruption to our household and surprisingly quiet. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Raindrop re-roofed our house and did a great job communicating with us prior, following up with questions, and the roof looks great. Raindrop was in the middle range and their representative impressed us. Everything was done on time, professionally and the crew was very responsible and careful with our plantings and property. The office stayed in touch and kept up apprised of timing. The crew was on time and worked incredibly hard - and neat.
They finished today and it's just starting to rain. We got lucky! While I probably should wait to make sure the job they did was perfect, I'm 100% sure they will stand behind their work. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has to have a new roof installed!

Raindrop did an excellent job on my roof! They made the process really easy, and kept me informed every step of the way. I had some fears, due to issues with other contractors, but Raindrop really exceeded my expectations. Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with and the crew left everything clean and looking great when they were done. Would definitely use them again.

I recently noticed that my roof had some shingles missing while quite a few had moss on them. I asked around with some friends at work and one of them suggested Raindrop Roofing since they were really pleased with the work done by them. I called and explained what my concerns were, the technician who took my call was very professional and courteous, so much so that I didn't bother calling the other referrals.
Sean showed up at the scheduled time inspected the roof and I received an email quote the next day.He also pointed out that I had some missing flashing that could lead to leaks. The quote appeared very reasonable compared to what I was expecting. I gave him the go ahead.
They showed up on time and got the work done in the most efficient manner possible, there was no mess to clean up and they even took care of a last minute requirement - removed an old dish that was attached to the roof and patched it up like nothing had been there. The before and after pictures clearly showed the excellent quality of their work . I have been very happy with their work and not a single shingle out of place despite the windstorms we had since. If I ever have roofing needs in the future it won't be a decision as who to call, it'll just be an automatic reaction to call them - but I doubt I'll have to, given how good their work is.

Raindrop Roofing was excellent to work with in every way. One of the reasons we chose them in the first place is that they have replaced about 25 roofs in our neighborhood, and everyone raved about the company; not one person had had any negative experience with them. The homes were built in the late 50's and early 60's. Ours was heavily moss damaged and we were getting moisture damage under the eaves but had no idea where it was coming from. We had tried replacing the gutters before deciding we really had to replace the roof.
The estimate: Raindrop gave us a complete estimate with explanations of everything, and there were no surprises or add-ons later.
Promptness: They showed up right when they said they would, both for the estimate and for the actual work.
Quality & Professionalism: Both the materials and the workmanship were top notch. Every member of the crew was skillful and experienced and knew what they were doing. They were extremely focused and efficient -- no standing around waiting for directions.
They were careful not to damage any of the plants around the house when they tore off the old roof, and careful to remove all of the debris. Of course there were small pieces that we continued to find for a while, but it was spotless compared to what a friend of ours experienced during his re-roofing job! We had expected to have to nurse the plantings back to health; they were fine.
We did have one interesting twist: the new vents were metal, and there was a new one right over our bedroom. It rains a lot in Portland, and we have a big tree that drops huge raindrops even after the rain ends. And it was loud! Loud enough to wake us up. After trying to get used to it, I called the company to see what could be done. Two days later we had new vent covers! At no extra cost! These were a composite of some sort and all is peaceful and quiet, even when it rains.
It's been over two years now since we had our roof done; I've waited to comment because I believe in the value of "the test of time." Raindrop definitely earned our trust. It's sort of ironic that we most likely won't use them again, because this roof will last longer than we will!

We had our roof redone this last weekend with this team. They were able to book within a very short time, hitting the brilliant sunny MLK Day weekend. The sales team were nice and knowledgeable, and the ground team were all super friendly and hard working. They did their best to respect the fact we had little ones who needed to nap during the day, and left the place clean and tidy afterwards.

We are having a horrible experience with this company reroofing the apartment buildings in the complex we live in. They take up 2 parking spots for every vehicle they bring in and several more with their giant waste containers. Over the 3 day weekend they blocked off 3 spots with cones because they laid their lumber and other materials across them. Why not put them next to a building?! And they keep blocking off the path to our building with caution tape. Yesterday the tape was only about an inch from the ground and easy enough to step over. Today it was at chest level and I had my arms full of stuff. How are we supposed to get into our units?! If I ever own a home, Raindrop will be the LAST company I call for a bid on my roof. They completely disregard the fact that people with busy lives live in these buildings!
