From start to finish, working with this locally owned company was a total breeze—and dare I say, even enjoyable (who says that about gutter replacement?!). David came out for the consultation and impressed us right away with his attention to detail. He flagged a few fascia boards that might need replacing but held off on making the call until they were on-site and could assess properly. Turns out they were too far gone, but instead of upselling or replacing everything, they only swapped out the necessary sections and even colour-matched them perfectly. Total pros!

The workmanship was superb, the crew was friendly, professional, and respectful of our home—and our dogs! Each day, they made sure the yards were spotless before they left, so we never had to worry about debris or stray nails (huge win for the pups and our peace of mind).

David Latter, owner of Raincity, showed up and it was clear that he knew gutters. He made our old but sturdy gutters more secure, cleaned out a downspout and repaired leaking corners. He also properly attached a rain chain. It did a proper and thorough job, removing old calking before applying the knew one. He offers a 10 year warranty. I recommend Raincity.

I had some repairs done of my home and they did a really good job. The leak is fixed and the service was prompt, friendly and reliable. I would use them again.

They provided truly exemplary service and craftsmanship. They were the second company we hired for our home in Shaughnessy which is complicated to access. They installed brand new eavestroughs and replaced the soffit in the front section of our home as the old soffit had not aged well and had sustained water damage. Everything looks pristine and is colour matched to our home. They were very thorough and we will be hiring them again in the future when the rest of our soffit needs to be replaced.
