Rainbow Restoration of Rockville handled my rec room flood pack out and content disposal. I couldn't have been happier with the pack out staff, the care taken with my property and the office staff support (Angela, office manager is amazing)! Alexis Callejas, product manager, was a pleasure to work with during a very difficult time! He made sure I was informed and happy with the service throughout the process. I highly recommend this extremely professional company! 10* if I could.

I had the serious roof damaged by hail and wind on Sunday 03/16/2025 by 8 pm, and submitted an emergency request via AllState insurance. Monday 03/17/2025 got the fix at 9 am as attached pictures. The roof got covered while waiting to replace a new one and is safe when another storm will come anytime later.
This company response time is an exceptional. The customer service is outstanding, fast with Ms. Sandy Neves.

Working with Rainbow to fix a leak in the bathroom and fix the ceiling under it. They have been great to work with. Mr Reza took over in the middle of the project since the original coordinator we were working with left the company but he has made sure nothing was held up and the rest of the project will move forward on time !!

We found Rainbow Restoration after we had a leak in our roof, and we are glad we did! They completely re-did our roof, repaired the interior damage and painted the affected rooms. Vitalie and his crew were truly fantastic to work with. The office staff was excellent also. They were very quick to assess the damage, thorough in the repair and professional throughout the process. Vitalie was excellent about communicating with me through the entire process, he gave me all the options with time to consider the decision, he was easily reachable and willing to talk through the repair with me. In August, our basement was damaged during torrential rains from Hurricane Debby, resulting in sewer backup and extensive water damage to walls and carpet. We contacted Allstate Insurance who recommended Rainbow Restoration for the clean-up and drying work. Rainbow could not have been more responsive and professional. They sent a team out promptly to assess the damage, recommend the correct way to remediate it (including safely removing hazardous material), and get the job done on time and in the right way. I was so impressed with Rainbow’s work and professionalism on reclamation that I asked Allstate if I could use them for reconstruction too. They approved Rainbow as a trusted contractor. The reconstruction and painting work was as good and professional as the earlier work and their relationship with our insurer was a major positive. We highly recommend Rainbow if you find yourself in a mess like this one. Truly the “silver lining” in this homeowner challenge.

I was informed, after two years, that I still owe this company, even though I had confirmed with their staff that everything was paid. Their system was confusing, requiring payment for one project at a time. Be careful, as you might receive a bill after two years.

Rainbow Remediation of Rockville professionally managed our basement water damage, mold presence and rebuild project in late 2021- mid- 2022.
The assessment process was thorough and the team was experienced and professional. With Vitali at the helm, communication was always timely, highly responsive and clear. He coordinated with our insurance company and was helpful in facilitating bringing onboard experts such as Industrial Hygienist and kitchen remodeling vendors. His team , especially a shout out to Sergei ( mold remediation assessment/ water damage assessment), and Edgar, for the basement rebuild, were excellent. Mostly, I trusted Vitali to listen carefully to our concerns, act on them effectively and always communicate with us clearly and very responsively. It made a disruptive, unpleasant homeowner experience much more tolerable knowing we had Vitali, Edgar and rest of team responsibly working for us. During Covid times, safety precautions were respected. During quarantine, supply chain issues and labor shortages impacted our project ( as it did ALL home projects). Essentially, one man, one stellar man re- built our basement ( Edgar), but it took longer to complete our job due to this factor. Painters were available but rarely did Edgar have an assistant(s). One other area to improve:
Contents removed from basement, remediated, and boxed for storage were highly disorganized, random in its organization within boxes. When items/ contents were returned at completion of job,
Getting unpacked was unnecessarily difficult due to the lack of organization of packed boxes. Our overarching experiences with Rainbow Remediation of Rockville were exemplary. Very transparent in business/ financial/ and
Remediation/ remodeling aspects. Extremely helpful and supportive in helping us navigate this complicated process as homeowners. Team was professional and available to answer our questions and to guide us throughout this process. I have already recommended them to friends and neighbors. Hire them without hesitation.

We had water damage on lower level ceiling and in the bathroom that needed a tile change, with the most friendly, professional and hard working crew our house was fixed with no need of any more comments. The ceiling was just flawless and the tiles were repaired wonderfully. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone.

This company is absolutely amazing!!!!! Jose Bonilla and the owner Vitalie are just the best. I even gave Jose a cup of water when they were removing my mold and I had other dishes in the sink I did not expect this type of customer service he literally did all of the dishes in my sink on top of the one glass that he used! They are sweet super clean and the company I have been looking for for a long time so happy to be working with them!!!!
