I had a pipe break in my basement which caused the ceiling to collapse and ruined my mattress and carpet. Rainbow came out and did a great job of not only removing the old drywall but also checking throughout the house for any other water leaks. They did a great job of communicating with me throughout the process and followed up to insure I was happy with their work.

As a property manager and a home owner, Rainbow is the team I trust to respond quickly, professionally and provide all the information necessary for mitigations and they work seamlessly with insurance companies. Started with my rental property sink had backed up and forced all the water to drain into the dishwasher, following the water going into the dishwasher. It ran behind the dishwasher where nobody could tell until it was too late, the water had traveled several feet underneath the subfloor flooring and all had to be tore out. I got a referral for rainbow international of Longmont, they were highly recommended. Reached out and had a conversation with Donieal, she was able to get her team Over there immediately, she also reach out to the insurance company and got everything approved without me even having to make a phone call. Their process was very professional, And Anthony, the technician was very courteous to my tenants and communicated well with them throughout their process. We worked with Rainbow in July of 2024. Our refrigerator had a slow leak and it had ruined the flooring under it and the dishwasher. Rainbow was great! They arrived on time, answered any/all of our questions while mitigating for mold. Anthony was especially good. He guided his team, let us know when he’d be arriving every morning, was concerned for our well being as they tore up part of our kitchen. He was very personable.
Rainbow also worked with us when State Farm denied our claim. I would highly recommend Rainbow!

Rainbow International of Longmont was the second restoration company recommended by my insurance company. My experience with the first restoration company assigned to my claim was disastrous. Therefore, I was skeptical about trusting another company. My adjuster assured me that Rob, and his team at Rainbow International of Longmont, would be an excellent team to work with and they would finish the job in an efficient and professional manner.

Rob reached out to me on the same day that Rainbow International of Longmont received my information and scheduled an appointment to inspect my contents. I was immediately put at ease when he explained how his company would move forward to complete the restoration work. I shared that my main concern was the two completely filled up pods that were packed up by the first restoration company. I explained that these pods contained thirty-five years of accumulated keepsakes and other delicate items. I wanted to make sure that all items were accounted for.

One of the pods was located on my property for over a month and I received a violation notice from my HOA. The other pod was located at a non-disclosed location, by the initial restoration company. Without hesitation, Rob assured me that the pods would be transferred to Rainbow, and all items would be safely secured.

While taking care of the issues with the pods, and assessing/inspecting my contents, Rob had his team of highly trained professional technicians pick up where the other restoration team left off. They inventoried and photographed all remaining items located in my basement. Rainbow International of Longmont determined if these items were salvageable/non-salvageable. They then boxed and properly labeled all salvageable items, and stored them at a safe storage facility.

Rainbow International of Longmont removed the remaining items, in an effort to clean and sanitize the entire basement. They identified and removed all of the mold, due to the water damage throughout my home. They valued my items and took great care to preserve as much as they could. Above all, they were both patient and kind. In the meantime, Rob did exactly what he promised. He transferred the pods to Rainbow, and moved them to a safe and secured location. He then invited me to inspect the contents of both pods. I was relieved and impressed with Rob’s prompt follow through.

Rob and his team kept me abreast of all of the work they were doing. They answered all of my questions and eased my concerns each step of the way. So many items were destroyed beyond repair due to the water damage and mold. Fortunately, the techs went through each item and salvaged what they could. Rainbow is currently waiting on the reconstruction of my main level and basement to be completed. Once that work is done, Rainbow International of Longmont will be completing the pack in process. Even though this process is pending, they have done an outstanding job.

Rob’s professionalism, and outstanding relationships with outside contractors and insurance representatives has been of tremendous assistance. His vast knowledge of the insurance claims processes and procedures has aided in getting things taken care of expeditiously.

It has been a pleasure working with Rob and Rainbow International of Longmont. They made a very difficult and unpleasant disaster bearable. I pray that I will not face another situation like this in the future. However, for anyone who might have a similar experience, I highly recommend Rainbow International of Longmont for any of your restoration needs.

I’ve never had any work done by this company, but they have been to my house once in regards to an insurance claim. The guy was nice but extremely unprofessional. Then today I was driving down 8th ave in Greeley and one of their drivers was following so closely that I couldn’t even see his license plates, I went into a turn lane and he swerved in toward me trying to be intimidating and sped off. I was going 5 miles over the speed limit anyway but he was driving so recklessly. I don’t typically write reviews like this but when it’s involving my safety and the safety of others, I do. You might want to figure out who that driver was and tell them to slow down.

The team spent multiple days of the week completing their work as necessary. They clearly communicated what they needed to accomplish, answered all of my questions, and were efficient and professional in the process of doing it. They scheduled specific time frames for work that needed to happen in subsequent days and held to those commitments.

My insurance company called them the same day as my claim and they arrived promptly. They covered the smashed windows and skylights in no time and as we wait for replacements, no rain has gotten inside. Highly recommend

I called Rob for water damage in two areas of my home. He responded promptly and provided a thorough assessment. Though I chose another company due to a tight timeline and their ability to handle the remodel, I contacted Rob again two weeks later about unresolved mold issues. The people that I’ve had the pleasure of having in my home, are wonderful and kind and very very patient with me. We lost almost everything when our basement flooded. Most of our things were moldy and mildewed. There were a lot of memories that had to leave, but my new friends were so very caring and guided me through everything.

The employees did a great job. We had water in both a wall and ceiling that had been there for a while. They went to work and even had to take out more material to get it dry and sanitized.
They came back almost every day to check on things and make sure it was drying correctly.
They were nice to deal with and called ahead to let us know they were coming. Would recommend to anyone!

The pipes in our cellar burst between Christmas and New Years Eve while we were out of state visiting friends and we are so glad we were referred to Rainbow International of Longmont.

Rob reached out to us immediately after filling out the form on the website (around 9p), told us what the plan was, when his team would be there the next day, and what to expect from the process. In doing so, he calmed us down from attempting to rebook earlier flights to get home to deal with this in person.

From there his team was professional, communicative, and thorough in making sure our cellar was clean, structurally sound, and most importantly free of any lingering moisture/mold. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company to handle all the billing as well.

I hope you never run into a situation like ours, but if you do, I can't recommend Rob and Rainbow International of Longmont enough to help get your home back to normal.

We found a leak in our basement while trying to sell our house and needed it repaired ASAP to get it on the market. I spoke to Rob when we found it on a Friday night, and he was there the next morning to help find where it was coming from and begin repairs. He was also able to recommend other contractors, like plumbers, in the area. Highly recommend using Rainbow!

These guys generally did a pretty good job. I deducted two stars for the service. It was basically impossible to get them to show up on time or to schedule with them. Then on two separate occasions they told me they would arrive at a set time and over an hour later after I called to find out why they were so late, I found them in a parking lot smoking cigarettes. This was especially upsetting when it happened on a day that I had relayed that I had limited time available to be at the house.

Overall a pretty good job (though, nothing to write home about), but the lack of professionalism is a problem.

Rainbow International performed the cleanup after I had a supply-line (no sewage) leak of my upstairs toilet. The toilet leaked down through the floor and through the ceiling of the dining room downstairs. During the cleanup they found a little bit of mold from a different moisture source. They cleaned that up and inspected to verify that there was no mold spreading that would cause future concerns. They were professional and friendly during the whole process. I would highly recommend their work.

Rainbow helped us out of a bad spot. Responding on a Sunday night, getting dryers working and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone with a water damage issue.

Rainbow was instrumental in getting rid of the hazards in our basement in Loveland after a flood this spring. Under the circumstances, it may not have been our preferred way to meet, but the company and team made the experience less stressful.

Rob was very professional. He took his time looking inside and outside for a source/location of potential water leakage that would lead to wet wood or wood rot. I will definitely use his services again, if the need arises (but hopefully not).

Rainbow Intl Longmont were willing to come out during our water leak emergency, late in the evening on a weekend, and did an excellent job drying the walls and subfloor in a timely and professional manner. They went above and beyond by ensuring that their machines were absolutely clean before being installed on our property. Highly recommended.

We, unfortunately, seem to get water damage almost yearly, so we've used several of the companies in the area. Rob & Ross with Rainbow International are the best. We wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

We submitted a purchase agreement on a property we really liked subject to the findings of an inspection service. The inspector found a problem with a water leak and suggested we call Rainbow for an accurate evaluation of a mold potential. Rob came out within 24 hours and spent a lot of time with me investigating several areas that had shown previous water leaks that had been concealed or patched. He was very detailed in his findings. His accurate analysis resulted in our not purchasing the property. With my complex health concerns, it was unwise to proceed with the purchase.

My basement was flooding. We called around 3PM. They were at my house by 6PM. Same day, and I live in a rural area. They came everyday to check they equipment and see if there was anything else they needed to do. Always called ahead, wore masks, cleaned up excellently, gave me a referral to have damage fixed, and they were very friendly and helpful. I would 100% use them again!

I had a major flood happening in my basement and Rainbow showed up on time and with some effort was able to dry out all the water in my basement. He went way beyond to educate me about water damage and continued checking back in with me to make sure I was satisfied before closing it out. I have a new puppy and potty training is taking longer than expected. Rob came out and gave me an estimate for cleaning all of my carpets, and it was much more reasonable than I was expecting. I hired Rainbow International of Longmont to come in a clean my mom's pet stained carpets and when I say pet stained, that is an understatement. She had been sick for a bit and was unable to clean up messes. (Not to worry the animals were well taken care of :) A month of accumulated messes had left the carpets in terrible condition. Rob and his team came in and scoured the place. It looks like new. He also treated the carpet with something to break down the enzymes that linger after the stain is gone. Rob was very professional, prompt and thorough and offered to return to retreat any stains that appeared after the carpet had dried, but that has not been necessary.
