Our 5 star experience doesn’t involve a new roof. It’s about being told by Nate after a thorough inspection that we don’t need one! After the recent hail and windstorm, we had found one tab of shingle that had blown into the yard. Fearing that meant a new roof, we called Nate at the recommendation of another satisfied customer. Nate said the rest of the roof looks great, the insurance company would never approve replacement but he could patch the site with no problem. He completed the patch, which is completely undetectable and refused any payment for his work insisting instead that referral to friends in need of his services would be enough. What a great way to run a business. Honesty, free advice, a patch job, and knowing he just gained a lifetime customer!

Nate was amazing! Great communication and responsiveness! Showed up on time. Was able to diagnose the issues and set up a plan and even was able to fix one area on the spot the day he arrived. I will certainly call on him again in the future should any issues arise and would 1000% recommend him to anyone needing roof related services! I can’t say enough good things about Nate and his work!

I ask for an estimate for my roof. Nate gave me more than that. He checked the roof and repaired a small hole that was there as well. So freaking amazing. I am so grateful for this company because he’s willing to come back and replace the roof for me.

Nate Ragnarok of Ragnarok Roofing delivers on what he says. I was not looking forward to replacing my roof after a recent hail storm, but Nate Ragnarok made the process smooth and very trouble free. I saw Nate inspecting a neighbors roof and asked him to check mine. He came over and checked out the house, Sure enough we had damage, had he pointed out other areas of the house damaged. He explained the process of dealing with contacting the insurance, the inspection, and what to expect. Nate was an excellent communicator. He answered all my questions in clear easy to understand terms. When I would call he would answer right away or return my call in a timely manner. Nate showed respect to us and our home. The products and craftsmanship, the timing, the overall experience, was truly a positive experience.

Our roof was in rough shape after two big storms, and we have several areas where sections of shingles had blown off. They came out immediately to temporarily tarp those small sections, then did a full assessment of the damage. When our insurance adjuster came out, they came back out to make sure our insurance noted each issue and got us a full roof replacement.

They offer a ton of different product and color options. I love that I got to customize my roof exactly how I wanted! The finish product looks great and has improved the over look of our home. And most importantly, the roof has held up perfectly through several storms.

Ragnarock Roofing is by far one of the best companies I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. Nate is extremely personable, to the point that my 3 year old is obsessed with “Mr. Nate” and wants to wear a hard hat and work on things just like him. Nate will literally do everything he can to make sure things are done quickly, even if that means working outside of the normal “9-5” timeline. Even though I hope to not need a new roof in many many years, If I ever have any issues with that beautiful one he installed, I know I can call him.

All I have to say is, I’m sure glad I called Nate from Ragnarok Roofing. He made it so easy throughout the whole process. After Nate’s inspection and State Farms inspection, we scheduled a date for Nate and his team to put on a new roof. They showed up ready to work.
