Super good communication and efficient work! I reached out to them on a Monday morning. By that afternoon, someone was at my house planning a mitigation system. I had the plan and estimate Monday evening, was able to approve and leave a deposit online, and after approval, had a service appointment Tuesday morning. Tuesday evening I had a mitigation system in place. If only other contractors could get things done like this!

Not only are they very thorough and neat, but they ensure the best possible depressurization under your home/slab to ensure that radon gas is evacuated and exhausted by fan and vertical piping. Radon Pro and their team were super felxible as I had trouble with my seller and getting keys to my house. They were super quick and did the best to get my mitigation system set up quickly and easily. It was a bit noisy during installation but I expected that. If I ever need another mitigation system they'll be my first call.

We had a radon issue at our house and we selected Radon Pro based on a recommendation from one of our neighbors. The installation went OK, but there were some cracks on the slab that required several visits by Matthew to completely resolve. The first fan was very noisy, so it needed to be replaced. All seems well now, but we continue to monitor our radon levels due to their variability (wind levels and barometric pressure affect radon levels).

Paul at Radon Pro was extremely accommodating and responsive when we needed to have radon mitigation installed in our home prior to closing. He responded to my inquiry while he was out of town and scheduled the work as quickly as possible. We were very satisfied with the services and appreciative of his efforts to meet our needs.

Deep competency and professionalism. When I discovered radon in my earthship, I did what many do and freaked out. Within days, I received an immediate date and time for a free assessment. Living in untraditional housing, I was worried that other radon methods would not work. I was immediately reassured that earthships were something that they have worked on many times. Additionally, the assessment was spot on, which was nice to be able to budget a cost without wondering if it was actually going to be significantly more. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Everyone showed up on time and was ready to work. They provided different options with explanations as to the benefits and potential drawbacks of different set up locations. They took the time to describe exactly how the process worked in general and specifically for this new installation. They described how they would keep coming back until the radon levels were below the accepted threshold. Everyone was friendly and efficient. They Focus not only on efficiency of radon mitigation, but also on achieving an appropriate cosmetic appearance. While they were not the cheapest of the quotes I received, they also were not the most expensive, and they certainly had the best reviews.

So far we have only done a test and a mitigation walk through before developing a proposal. I can say that Paul was able to navigate the tight standards of the HOA and to adapt to the requirement to maintain low visibility.

We've been working with Radon Pro to address (you guessed it!) radon issues in our home. I absolutely recommend them. Our case has been a bit complicated and they have stuck by their guarantee-- to get us below accepted levels no matter how long it takes. It seems rare these days that a business is willing to make commitments like that, rather than secretly upping the price once you're already locked in. The have implemented several improvements which have us *almost* at the appropriate levels. We're now going to measure over a longer period of time and I'm confident we will get where we need to be.
