I am completely impressed with RADIN and Cody Maverick. The pricing was fair and the communication excellent. I knew what was happening every step of the way. My roof looks fantastic. And it was up like lightning. It only took a day and a half from the start until the end on my project. We were working around spring weather and RADIN got it done even finishing in the rain. The clean up was great. I highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs.

Cody & his wife were both so helpful in our interactions with them regarding our roof. I was pleasantly surprised that Cody was willing to give us information as to how a diy repair could help us extend the life of our roof. He was not only prompt in making an appointment but also really honest to help us understand our roof was good. He answered all of our questions and even gave us more information than I would have expected. I am so grateful there are still honest and wonderful people and companies looking out for home owners and their budgets. When it comes time for our roof to be Upgraded they will be the first company I call. Thank you both so much for the help!

My friend recommended Cody because he had replaced her roof. I asked him to come look at mine because a heavy hail storm had caused most of my neighbors to replace their roofs. He came on time and spent at least half an hour thoroughly inspecting my roof and said i did not need it repaired nor replaced. Wow! Honesty. Thanks Cody.

Cody and Savanna of Radin Roofing were awesome! After my roof was damaged by a hail storm, Cody came out promptly and evaluated the damage and quickly provided a bid for my insurance company. He worked directly with my insurance company providing them with the information they needed. After approval, Radin Roofing's crew came out and replaced my roof. The new roof looks great. I was so impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have their roof replaced.

Once we did go with Cody, the crew came before the scheduled date and, after the roof was torn off and the forecast CHANGED to rain, they were able to finish the roof before the high winds and rain began! I would highly recommend Radin Services to handle your roofing project. I’m a single elderly woman and have experienced lack of honesty and respect from contractors working on my home. This company was a great value for the money, on time, professional, listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. His crew removed all of the old shingles and TPO membrane. Then they installed new OSB decking and replaced my entire roof. I gave his crew my phone and requested that they take some pictures, so that I could monitor the progress and they were happy to do it. Cody Maverick worked with the city to obtain a permit and scheduled the necessary inspections. I have peace of mind that my roof is of the highest quality, installed correctly with a guarantee and will last for many years to come.

Cody at RADIN takes pride in his work. Even with all the obstacles Cody was able to get my deck done.
He always replies to text messages in a timely manner. Cody is very punctual even when he was only 10 or 15 minutes late he still called let me know he was on his way. He also answered all my many questions with his wealth of knowledge.
Cody helped with get the permit for our deck. The first obstacle was that the person to move the permit paperwork was on vacation for a week. Then when the permit went to review, they wanted engineering plans. Which the county never asked for. Cody used 3 different software and created engineering plans for our new deck. He saved us a couple thousands of dollars because we didn’t have to find and pay an engineer. This is going above and beyond. Once the plans were accepted the city wasn’t replying to Cody phone calls to get an inspector, so Cody went to the city office to get an appointment for an inspector to come check the footings.
It took three weeks for the city to have the permit process to be ready for the inspection. Cody kept on the city and kept me posted of everything going on.
Another obstacle happened when one of his crew didn’t show up. Cody was understanding of the situation and never talked bad about anyone.
Next obstacle is when Cody injured his finger on another job. He still came to work on our deck. No help and an injured finger he kept working.
Cody also does roofing. I have no doubt his amazing work ethic will be shown in doing a roofing job too.

I just wanted to give two thumbs up to RADIN for a gutter install on my home's addition. Cody went above and beyond in matching the color of our existing gutter and ensuring a quality++ installation. RADIN came highly recommended by a neighbor and now I see why.

Cory provided prompt, friendly, and skilled service for an affordable price. RADIN roofing's quote, pricing, and payment method was simple, effective, and convenient.

I could hear dripping from the chimney when it rained or when the snow melted and I called a "chimney professional" about it. The "chimney professional" gave me a quote for $1650 to replace the chimey cap based on one picture of the chimney (from the ground) that I texted him. I asked if he would come over to listen and inspect before suggesting a solution and he rudely stated there was a service fee for coming over and that he was certain of what I needed without showing up in person. On this "chimney professional's" website he advertised a free quote. Which apparently means he'll tell you what you need over text for free. Great.

In contrast to that unhelpful encounter, I called RADIN roofing, who promptly responded and Cory showed up the next day in person and climbed onto the roof to assess the leaking chimney and offer his professional opinion and options. He at no point pushed a solution on me and provided facts and information to help me make an informed decision. After reviewing my options and with amble time and space to decide a course of action, I contracted RADIN to seal around the vent and the nail holes on top of the existing chimney cap. Cory showed up again the day after I had made a decision and he sealed the chimney. He also, at my request, spot sealed nail holes and stack vents for only a small additional fee. The whole ordeal only cost me $550.

It rained the following night and I can no longer hear any dripping. Simple, easy, fast. I feel comfortable contacting RADIN roofing for future roofing needs.

Our deck is 6 years old, and all the wood, Trex boards, and fasteners are still in very good shape, but the deck had started leaning. Several other companies came out and told us to tear it down and build anew--for 8-10 thousand dollars. This seemed ridiculous to us because all of the materials were still in good shape. Radin Services came out and used a simple, common-sense solution to fix the lean and anchor the deck in two additional ways to make it immovable in the future. The job was done in under an hour and set us back just a couple hundred bucks. Very satisfied!

Cody and Trent were great! When they came over to measure for the estimate, they did a quick fix on the corner of the roof that was damaged to make sure it wouldn't get damaged more (even though they hadn't been offered the job yet!). After sending the estimate, Cody was very open to answering my million questions. I always dreaded having to work with contractors, but Cody made it easy -- they definitely stood out from the other companies I got bids from.

Once the work got underway, they did discover an additional roofing layer that the initial estimate hadn't accounted for. While this increased the cost, all the changes were put in writing for us to sign off, so we were all clear on the revisions. There were a few other hiccups & delays (as there often are), but Cody was good about making things right.

Delfino the foreman was wonderful. He was also very willing to answer my questions, and he made sure the site was left clean.

And best of all: we love our new roof! Even with the heat wave we've had, the house has stayed cooler than in the past, and we don't have to use our swamp cooler nearly as much. I know this roof will last us a long time, but if we ever have another need for roof replacement or repair, I won't hesitate to come back to Radin Services.

They finished our roof quicker than promised and every day before they left, they cleaned up the yard and left their tools neatly tucked away. We had the pleasure of working with Radin Services. We had Kolby come out to do a deck for us, and he worked his butt off. Him and his partner tore down the current deck that was there (which was awful) and they installed a new deck that exceeded our expectations. Not to mention, fully cleaned up every bit of mess that was made. The entire time the deck was in process, Trent Rounkles stayed in contact with me, which I fully appreciate from a company. Kolby and his crew are phenomenal. They are efficient, kind, and extremely talented at what they do. Kolby was very good at communicating timelines and giving us regular schedule updates. He made last minute changes for us when I decided I wanted something different and was clear about cost changes. His team was amazing! He made the deck of our dreams come true. We would work again with him on any project at any time and know it would be exactly what we wanted!

We used these fine folk to repair a couple stretches of fencing that blew down. When they got up there they pointed out some of the major issues the company before hand did when installing. Long story short they fixed all the issues i hired them for and then fixed all the problems our origanal installer didnt do correctly. I will never EVER use anyone but them for thier services. Kolby Drew was my apprasier and installer and i have nothing but good things to say about him. his work ethic is unbeatable. they repaired my fence in the blistering cold and a snow strom just to get the job done. i don't know this man's role in the company but dang he should be promoted or a big raise!! I cannot believe that I found such an amazing company as RADIN. They are honest, kind, on time, professional, freindly, they make me feel comfortable especially with kids which can be hard to find when you have a stranger coming to your home. I really appreciate their time and willingness to speak with me and now all my loved ones on the best options for us. My family has a cabin and we were debating on solar no guarantee for them.
