I actually met these guys at a table at a local 5K. We had wind and hail damage and were looking for someone to help us with our roof replacement.

Rad Roof’s inspectors are all experienced and knowledgeable. They know what each insurance company requires for a claim. That paved the way for our insurance provider to quickly approve our hail damage claim. Drone documentation is provided with the inspection, shingle removal and the finished product. Installation was completed in one day by a huge team that knew their craft very well. An extensive clean up was provided prior to finishing for the day. I had an exceptional experience with Rad Roofs during the replacement of my roof, following damage from a recent storm. Ali, Ronny, Daniel, and Randy deserve special recognition for their exceptional efforts. Throughout the entire process, they consistently earned and maintained my trust—before, during, and even well after the job. Their confidence and experience were apparent, giving me peace of mind that they had handled similar projects countless times before.

The process of working with insurance and having such a big repair done on the house felt a little daunting upfront. The Rad Roofs team really helped simplify it for me and drive the process forward. They knew how to work with my insurance company specifically. They predicted some of the “speed bumps” my company might put in the way, and they were ready with response and evidence to ensure that they claim and estimates were smoothly approved.

The sales process with Rad Roofs was straightforward and transparent. They presented all the necessary information clearly, without any hidden complexities, allowing me to make informed decisions about my roofing project.

What stood out the most was their dedication to customer satisfaction. Rad Roofs was proactive and delivered on every promise made. Even after the job was completed, they continued to address my concerns, ensuring my complete satisfaction.

Initial Review 4/16/25: Rad Roof is not the same without Ron (he is no longer with the company). After sales customer service has declined tremendously, even if it is not a warranty related issue, which I was more than willing to pay for. Tried to get scheduled in with Ben for almost two weeks and was given the run around like a never-ending carousal.

Daniel, thanks for getting back to me about my review. I just wanted to share some thoughts on how things have been handled. It feels like there's been some misunderstanding and maybe even a twist on the facts.

Just to clear things up: On Tuesday, I did express my frustration. I felt Ben's communication wasn't up to par, and it seemed like I was being led around in circles. I used a term that you found offensive because of a personal connection you mentioned, and I apologized right away for that. I said, “Ben has been giving me the run around and this entire situation is Rt.” But I want to make it clear that I never said anything derogatory about Ben.

Unfortunately, Ben's responses were often late, and I have the text messages to back this up. I'm more than willing to share these publicly for transparency, and I've included photos for proof, considering things can sometimes get misconstrued. It's a bit concerning that Ron mentioned there's no family member with the condition you talked about, which makes me question the integrity of your statements. Plus, you mentioned a signed contract was needed before scheduling, but that wasn't communicated to me. The document you sent was a PDF, not a DocuSign, and it wasn't clear that signing was a requirement. Again, nothing in our text messages indicated I needed to sign anything beforehand, which I was planning to do on the day of.

I reached out hoping we could resolve this and understand each other better, but I felt like I hit a wall with defensiveness and no accountability for Ben's communication issues. I get that customers aren't always right and shouldn't behave badly, and you have every right to refuse service if that's the case. But here, it seems like things are being run based on subjective opinions, which isn't appropriate or professional on your behalf since you are one of the business owners.

My review is about pointing out how things have changed at RAD ROOFS since Ron left. The customer care and problem-solving have definitely taken a hit. Your approach just doesn't have the same compassion and professionalism that Ron had. You don't know how to solve problems with compassion, consideration, nor professionalism. You handle them with pure ego and arrogance. Ron should have never left but I can see why he left - you.

Hope this clears things up a bit for everyone else. Choose wisely.

First time homeowner here! I was recommended from a neighbor and couldn't be happier with the outcome! My roof was banged up pretty bad from a recent hail storm. My roof was inspected for free, and Ronny helped start the insurance claim process. A couple weeks later, Ali met with the insurance adjuster to make sure everything was noted in the estimate. Soon after that, everything was approved and my roof was replaced! Ronny remained patient with me and he answered the many questions I had. Communication was great! RAD Roofs also worked with my HOA to make sure the type of shingles and color was correct. My roof looks great and I would definitely recommend them if you are in need of roof repair or replacement! Ronny and all of the crew at Rad Roofs was fantastic! My roof was damaged in a hail storm and honestly, I was initially pretty nervous because this was to be the biggest repair I’ve ever had to my home. But Rad Roofs explained the process in detail and patiently answered all of my many questions. They even handled all of the discussions with my insurance company. They did a fantastic job on my house and I have recommended them to several neighbors and friends. I will most certainly use them for other jobs in the future.

Where do I start??? This company came recommended from a neighbor. At the time, I was away and was gonna be away for months. I contacted him and after one conversation, I knew I was in GREAT HANDS. I explained the situation and he helped me through the entire process. (1st time home owner) He explained what I need for my insurance claim. (Dates/Issues/Codes) How I needed to request a claims. (Online) He met with the insurance adjuster to ensure everything was covered. He handled the forms for my HOA (he provided servive to multiple homes in the neighborhood). He didn't leave much for me to worry about at all. Not even on how to get the check from the INS company to him.
