Just wanted to express my thanks to David Parris and the men that came on site here at Joe Rodgers Office Supply for a roof leak we were having in one of our furniture showrooms.
I have known David for quite a while and when I called in, within a couple of days the Rackley crew pulled up, evaluated the situation, and fixed the problem in a short period of time.
I can't say enough about the professionalism of both David Parris as well as the gentlemen that did the repairs. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs a business would have.

The work is actually ongoing, but I have valued the engagement David Parris has extended to us (Cleveland Utilities). He has allowed us to speak into the processes and build what I believe to be a strong business relationship. David is certainly a strong advocate for his company and the work they perform. He believes in his work force at Rackley Roofing and he cares about us as his customer. I'm looking forward to future interactions with David so we can do great work together for both of our companies.

We have found that Rackley to be a very upstanding company, when they do the work, they stand behind what they did, we are very happy with our results and with the work they performed for us. It was a fairly long process, but they stuck with us, and us with them to get the results we expected. Good company, on time, professional in what they did and how they performed their tasks. Very satisfied with them and their work. One thing they did was clean and recoat out skylights, boy what a difference, you don't notice over time the amount of light you loose as they get dirty. 10 years of dirt washed away and a big gain in light restored due to their service. Happy campers on this side.

Rackley roofing does excellent work. Stewart Mosman is the kind of person every business needs working for them. He is extremely knowledgeable.

I haven't used this business for commercial roofing but I've met and interacted with Stewart Mosman, Project Manager and he was so professional and knowledgeable about the roofing industry. I would not hesitate to reach out to him for all of your commercial roofing needs.

Rackley Roofing is a great organization! They handle several areas in the South, but East TN location has maintained our roof for several years. Their hard work and regular inspections has prevented many issues and extended the life of our roof. Highly recommend them!

My roofs been leaking in multiple spots for 2 years. The company I rent through has hired this company at least a dozen times and they are never on time, half of the people we've seen are rude, as if its a inconvenience for them to have to come do the job that they were hired to do, and 2 years later its STILL not fixed. If I had a say in the company being used, it would never be them. Even today, my last day at this rental, they were supposed to be here at 7am and they still haven't showed now that its nearly 9.
