I would like to express my high praise for Rackley Roofing, particularly Aaron and his crew. They were a pleasure to work with, just like all of your teams in the past. They were courteous and professional, ensuring that we were taken care of quickly.

We have been doing business with Rackley for over four years. Before Rackley took over the maintenance of our church roof, we constantly faced leaks. Since we committed to Rackley, we have only had two leaks, one of which was caused by an HVAC unit. They perform superior repairs and go above and beyond what most other roofing companies do to ensure that your building is maintained properly.

We are very pleased with the recent work that Rackley Roofing completed on our commercial building. Thank you specifically to Andrew, Raul Sr.,and Jacik- great job! We highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

This roofing company sent an inexperienced boy to evaluate my elderly mother’s roof (and the rental on the property with the same problem) and rotting fascia. He recommended fascia replacement at a reasonable 17k for two roofs. When the vague contract had been signed, that 17k ballooned into 30k by the end of the repair.
Now, my mom expected this to have solved everything. Yet, two years later, the rot was back. So, Rackley had offered up a bandaid fix while totally ignoring the real cause of all this…THE ROOF! And when asked to respond to this, Rackley merely offered to caulk the roof edging (to be repeated every few years) for an additional 18k! At no time, did Rackley stop to say to my mom, “M’am, your entire two roofs need replacing to stop this problem and here’s the price.” No, instead they were intent on compounding the disaster. They’ve allowed statute of limitations to deprive us of any recourse. This company advertises themselves on Super-bowl halftime as the Roofers to the Titans and full of integrity. Well, this is one family who knows that’s just a line. Beware.

Rackley has done great work, but the people they have hired have made the process great. Specifically, Jared Debord! He was approachable, nice, committed, and great at communication. He was the reason everything went so smoothly! So thank you Jared!

In May 2021 Rackley Roofing came to replace all the screws on my metal roof and replace the gutters
I’ve had Rackley back to look at several leaks that was caused by what I was told missed screws I was told it was a total
Mess on my roof that a supervisor would be out to take a look that happened and someone would be contacting me ! I’ve tried several time to get someone to call me back I never give bad reviews but this is a shame that they will

So thankful for Rackley providing an great cost effective solution for The Glade Church. We requested a couple of solutions for our scruppers on one of our buildings. During the estimate, they provided additional work that needed to be repaired related to our requests. The workmanship was great quality. They were excellent to work with. I would highly recommend Rackley Roofing for any roofing needs.

Rackley was incredibly responsive and professional. Our roof is top quality and quickly installed. The clean up was impressive as well. They walked every inch around our house using magnets and gathered and removed all debris. Great job. Great doing business with you.

I have nothing but good things to say about Rackley Roofing, especially TJ Stinson. The inspection process was quick and thorough, all my questions were quickly answered, concerns addressed. During the repairs themselves, there was a mild hiccup due to a communication error, but when I questioned the issue, TJ came out to inspect the work and swiftly got the issue dealt with. When a follow-up was required, TJ made sure to get it scheduled immediately, came out to insure the work was completed up to both his standard AND Rackley's, all with a friendly and upbeat demeanor. I feel like TJ went above and beyond what was asked of him. I recommend Rackley to anyone.

A church that works with Meals By Grace helped me find and got me in touch with this wonderful roofing company, Rackley Roofing & Supply. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful with any questions that I had. Very professional!!!! Rackley Roofing found places/spots on my roof that other roofing companies that I had come to my home to do free consultations, failed to mention to me or didn't spot. Rackley Roofing actually showed up when they said they would and they worked hard. I would recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be using them from this point out. They were so kind.
