Concord Team did an amazing job on our new home! Chris went above and beyond helping make sure our home was the way we wanted! Pam did an amazing job on our cabnets and shelfs! The whole team is amazing and want you to be happy. Only took 6 months for us from start to finish!!

Concord Homes has made building our first home fun! Everyone talks about how stressful building a house is… not with Concord. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Concord, especially Chris! He always went above and beyond to make sure all of our expectations were met. We are currently using Concord Construction to plan and build our first home in the Chattanooga area. Jeff and Chad are professional and very responsive. They go above and beyond to explain and offer guidance without trying to push their opinions. Since the initial meeting in person through months of phone calls, texts, and emails, both Jeff and Chad have been positive and confident that we will be able to make a plan work that we will feel comfortable with and excited about. Taking on a project like building a home requires a lot of work on the front end and it is awesome to work with people who roll with the punches and understand the challenges each individual project brings. It is easy to tell that these guys enjoy their work!

Concord Construction is literally THE BEST around!!!

We are currently in the predevelopment phase with them on a brand new 2nd floor addition (main bedroom, ensuite, walk-in closet, and laundry) and their communication & creativity are top notch! We stumbled upon them due to stellar online reviews and are so grateful we did. From the moment we first reached out, Jeff the president, Chad our project manager and Michelle in the office have not disappointed. They are extremely friendly and professional, bring innovative solutions to the table, and every conversation PROVES they are experts in this field!

They were even so kind about the extra considerations we have with all our rescue dogs. They have guided us to the best plan not only to meet our longterm needs, but to make sure we are as comfortable as possible during the construction process itself.

No, but I would use this business and kind of do. My husband works for this company and I have seen their work and have met them all personally. What a great bunch. Their work is quality and they stand behind everything they do.

I’m a real estate investor and have a property under contract I wanted them to give me an estimate on a complete rehab. Roof, siding, replacing some rotten structural framing, flooring and paint inside and out.
Chad, the estimator I spoke with, was dismissive and said they are too busy with new construction jobs to be interested in my job.
Didn’t refer me to anyone else or try to develop any kind of relationship.
I’m planning to buy 10 properties in southeast TN in 2023 and all of them will need some level of renovation.
Glad I found out early not to use this company!

Mr. Jeff Hanson made sure I understood the process and fixed any problems or concerns I had. Mr. Victor whom is the project manager made sure I understood everything that was done to my shower.. Mr. Jake, Mr. Garret & Mr. James Were all a pleasure to work with. They were always on time and always cleaned up behind themselves. Their company work is beautiful and they were always respectable. ❤ If you want a beautiful bathroom and want quality work Call Mr. Hanson and they will take good care of you down at Concord Homes! Contacted business for home renovation, and provided scope of work. Rep agreed this was a project they were interested in, and scheduled an onsite meeting at my home 2.5 weeks later, to get visual of project, measurements, etc. Rep was 25 min late to this meeting, so I called business. They were unaware of appointment, and had someone call me back 30 min later for a second phone meeting?! That rep said the same as the first, and that I would be contacted to coordinate an onsite meeting. 1.5 weeks later still no call back from business. I call business back to convey my concerns. If your company is not interested in my business (in spite of saying otherwise), be respectful and up front so I can find a qualified contractor, that knows what they’re doing, won’t waste customers time, and wants to earn my business/$75k.

Called and left a message requesting a quote and never heard back from anyone. Other reviews seemed like service was great but communication is definitely lacking.

Response: Yes, that's the number I called. Message was about repairing my shed that was damaged by a falling tree. We got it taken care of. Thanks for responding though.

This was our first building project and we were very green. Our project manager, Ray, did a great job of helping us navigate the daily expectations and adjustments necessary to complete the project. I recommend Concord Construction for a positive construction experience and a beautiful, professionally done final product.

Absolutely recommend these folks. Hired them to do main bath remodel, partial kitchen remodel, basement remodel, and screen in the back patio. The owner Jeff and the project manager Victor showed genuine interest in helping us get the design we were looking for. Completely gutted bath and rebuilt with a new window. Basement with kitchen was redesigned and turned into bar with separate theater area a a coffee/music listening/space. Thanks guys!

Called them in October. Scheduled an appointment for an estimate Dec. 30. Said really busy until then. He showed up and went through remodel ideas we wanted done.said his wife expecting birth any day. But also told us he would send us a couple drawings for kitchen within a week or two. Waited a month. No word. Called and talked to secretary and left message with her for him to call. He never called. I called once more couple weeks later. Same thing. No call back. Wife called him 2 more times. Same thing. After a month and a half, wife gets voice-mail from secretary saying sorry, but they to busy to help us. Talk about being strung along.

I will recommend and use Concord Homes for any project in the future.. I had 4 contractors to come out and talk to me about my remodeling project and adding on to my House. Jeff with Concord was the only one that noticed and explained things that needed to be done that other Contractors didn’t even mention. They are excellent people, fair and honest.. They did a excellent job and with a fair price..

We have called several contractors for assistance in some remodeling we wanted to have completed. Only a couple called back and Jeff was the only one to actually show up. This was the 3rd time we had called a group of contractors but could never get a call back or someone to show up, until Jeff scheduled and showed up. I walked with Jeff and covered 4 projects around the house we wanted to get complete. He was very patient and asked great qualifying questions. Jeff came out again to cover everything and make sure we were still on-track. We finally able to get the AC duct work completed by an AC company and then we called Jeff and let him know we were ready for the remodeling. We scheduled the day to be completed. They showed up and went right to work. I don't think they took a break all day even through it was extremely hot outside. The install team did a great job and walked me through the finished product once they had completed. I highly recommend Jeff and Concord for any need you have at your home and need a trusted advisor.

Concord removed and replaced our old worn out delapidated deck. Every Concord staff member we dealt with was friendly, professional and prompt with services. Our beautiful new deck was finished in a week and we are delighted with it!

Concord is a very knowledgeable contractor. My deck was extended, and a screened in patio added. This thing was built well and isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. For some reason the deck and patio was even bigger than I’d anticipated. But the extra space was a pleasant surprise. Concord will do everything they can to please you, and Ray (Project Manager) was a pleasure to work with. The price was higher than I hoped, but what I expected. If you believe you get what you pay for, give Concord a call.

I can recommend Concord Homes to anyone without reservation. They were my first experience using a contractor and everyone on the team made my experience very pleasant!
I had a small project; install a tile shower and replace a vanity top but Jeff treated me like I was the most important client they had.
Every aspect of their work is highly professional; gave me a fair estimate and kept within the limits. Project manager, Shawn, kept me informed about what they were doing; various trades showed up on time and everyone did excellent work!!

When my wife and I moved to the Chattanooga area in January we needed to update our new home but was not familiar with the local construction companies. When we Googled contractors, Concord Construction stood out from the others. We definitely have not been disappointed. When we initially met with Jeff Hanson, the owner, he helped us determine the best options for our needs. We needed the inside painted, lighting and fans replaced, new flooring in the master, expand the back porch, replace toilets and add a front railing. As work progressed we soon realized that Concord hires only sub-contractors who are very professional, well skilled and who pay attention to details.
Unlike many contractors that we have hired in the past Jeff and his team respond quickly to phone calls and text and ensure that the workers are here and the job is completed when promised. We've also appreciated Ray, Jeff's site manager. He has made sure that all the details and planning are in place and accomplished and to keep in contact with us.
To date all of our walls are painted, fans and other wiring are installed, and the back porch is progressing and looking great. Within two weeks we should be able to sit on our back porch and enjoy our first summer in Chattanooga!

I'm writing this review to share that, while I didn't get to do business with them, they (Jeff Hansen) was exceptionally engaging, courteous and helpful. He took the time to help me navigate my way to some reputable alternative builders in my area and provided some valuable insights on what to look for in a contract and things to avoid. It's a sad day that I wasn't able to do business with them.

My wife and I bought our first home and Jeff Hanson and his team were committed to completing numerous tasks for our house. We had a situation where we needed a specific window replaced, and due to circumstances beyond Hanson's control, the window was not shipped when expected. Hanson remained committed to communicating w me and installed the window as soon as it came in...and this was after he had been compensated. I really appreciate him coming back even when he could've taken the money and disappeared.

Used for remodeling our home and they did a great job. Once things got started everything moved fast and everything looks great.

We called Jeff to get a quote to have our rotten deck replaced and expanded to include a second tier and a pool deck. He was very responsive and thorough with the inspection and quote process. When the project began my wife and I were amazed at how fast and what great quality the work was. We couldn't be happier. We cant believe that its actually our backyard! I cant recommend Jeff Hanson and his crew enough!

We were in desperate need of a new roof and Concord Construction was recommended to us, we met with Jeff and within a week, we had a new roof. His crew arrived very early in the morning , worked very hard and finished the job that day. Jeff also reached out to us a short time later to make sure there were no problems with the roof after that terrible storm on Easter evening. Jeff is very professional, but is also a very honest, caring and nice person to deal with. I would most definitely recommend Concord Construction to anyone.
