Best roofing has been wonderful to deal with on replacing my old roof. They are very reasonably priced and provided quality work. They ripped off the old roofing and installed new shingles in one day. I highly recommend them for any issues you may have with your roof. They really are the best.

Teo came out, inspected the roof, gave us a quote for architectural shingles, which was $1000 LOWER then a competitor had quoted for REGULAR shingles. We received a couple estimates from roofing companies and Teo's was much lower and reasonable, better reviews, and he didn't try to upsell us like the other roofing company. He was professional and friendly. His estimate was what we anticipated it to cost. We renovate/flip homes so it's not our first rodeo. This is our home we live in, not a flip. Teo ordered and had delivered our new shingles in one day and the old roof was removed and installed the next day! The crew worked very hard, was friendly, efficient, and did an amazing job! The whole process was seamless. The new roof with new vents (old roof did not have) is beautiful and we could not be happier! Best Roofing did an awesome and timely job of installing my new GAF Timberline HDZ Charcoal shingle roof a few weeks ago. They located and corrected all the problems the previous "storm chaser" roof company did on my reroof from the April 26th 2011 Collegedale/Ooltewah tornado! I had hidden (and obvious) leaks galore from missing and bad flashing, no ice&water shield in the valleys or low slope areas, poorly nailed shingles - bad installation period. Best Roofing crew made no shortcuts, I saw them install everything just as its supposed to and I suspect this new roof will last me the 20+ years as it is intended to. Job pricing was fair and beats his competitors out of the water. Those fancy, expensive warranties the big guys sell you is not necessary if your installer is of quality, and bad shingles are automatically covered by the manufacturer. Teo's crew does quality work.

Completely satisfied! Had shingles blown off roof and discovered some deterioration in the wood decking. Since this had happened over some time, insurance stated they would not cover replacement of plywood. I noticed the 5 star reviews for Best Roofing and gave them a call. Teo returned my call immediately and was out to do an estimate same day. After repairs had been started, the insurance company advisethat due to previous hail damage they would replace the entire roof. Teo was very accommodating and revised the estimate. One day to do an entire roof replacement and it looks great. No worries for hopefully several years to come!

Teo was really awesome to work with he gave us the best price out of everyone by a lot. Also he was very friendly and prompt and made sure that he meet our needs. We had a lot of work for our house, main roof and carport roof and had to fix a roofing beam and build a cricket and replaced my gutter quards. They hauled all the old roof away and build and replaced everything in one day. They also laid tarp everywhere to make sure that my yard wasn't messed up and did a great job on clean up. Teo also helped with coloring for the roof and it looks amazing like its a brand new home. I recommend them to everyone before any other roofer.
