Contacted Mr. Woodall on Saturday via the website and called me back on Monday. He actually tracked my number down as I had a typo in it. My first clue on his service. We met on Tuesday and was a pleasure to talk to. He explained everything in great detail and showed me several options of shingles. No high pressure, and gave me straight answers. The crew came out and was right on time. They were actually able to replace the roof in one day! The crew was hard working and respectful of the property. When they were done, I could not find anything left behind. I am still looking for nails and have yet to find one! I went through several price quotes when someone would call back. I just recently had my roof replaced by Woodall Roofing. The cost was less than I expected but the workmanship in my opinion was great. The workers arrived early, laid tarps out to protect my property as well as plants and shrubs. The workers went straight to work. No smoking or joking. It was clear to me that each man knew his task and went about it in a professional manner. Upon completion of the job, all in the same day I might add. They cleaned up the grounds as if they hadn’t been there. I recommend this company and would use them again

To say R.A Woodall Roofing is phenomenal is an understatement. Right before Tropical Storm Ophelia came through Williamsburg my mother noticed water marks on the ceiling in her laundry room and we knew if there was an issue now it would only get worse with the storm coming through. We called R.A. Woodall and by a strike of luck, Butch, was working a job in the area and said they said he could come by once finished. Butch came by right after he was finished with the other customer and did a quick but thorough inspection and found the problem. Butch worked to make sure that the issue was resolved and that we would have no additional issues when the storm rolled through . Butch was quick, friendly, patient and showed and explained everything to my parents. We would highly recommend R.A. Woodall Roofing for all of your roofing needs! We know this will be the only place we ever call!

I called Woodall & Son from a recommendation by my neighbor and got an immediate response and a quick quote (that they generated using satellite photos of my home, I thought that was cool) and 3 weeks later I’ve got a brand new roof. Their team did it in one day and did a great job and a good job cleaning up. It was a good price and I would highly recommend them. My house looks brand new.

I had a small roof leak that I thought was caused by a faulty boot on a vent pipe. I called R.A. Woodall. They sent a repairman within a day. The technician represented the company extremely well. He was very professional and courteous. He was quick to diagnose the issue which was different than I originally suspected. He performed the repair immediately and was very neat and thorough. He explained what he was doing every step of the way.

Not only did Butch (the repairman) check back in with me later that day, but so did Mr. Woodall about a week later.

After receiving a couple of quotes from my property management company, I contacted Alan to see if he could provide me with a quote off of the specifications that I had been given from the quotes I received. Without any hesitation, he told me to send him what the scope of work needed to be done & he would give me a call the next day. While on the phone with him, he provided more detail info than what I had received from my property management company. Even though his price was in the middle of the other quotes, I felt more comfortable with him as he took his time to explain what needed to be done & provided me with additional options (types of shingles, installation of vents, etc.) With me having a rental property in Hampton, Va & living in California, it is very important to have someone that is trustworthy, honest, and fair when having something major like a roof being done. I am pleased with the work that Alan provided and would definitely recommend him to anyone that is in need of a roof. He provided up to date information as well as being timely with the work. He was able to schedule my roof job within a week of the agreement to move forward. He even sent me before & after photos so I could see what work had been done.

Allen and his crew did a great job with installing a diverter on our rental home. They were professional and helpful. They inspected the roof and were very knowledgeable about the cedar shake style that is on our home. Great to know they also do other remodeling projects as well.

Called the company regarding a leak in a vent and was promptly contacted by the individual who does repairs who set up an appointment for the following day. The repairman arrived at the scheduled time and perfomed the repair in a professional manner.
