This roofing outfit was outstanding in all aspects. I am an engineer and am picky, but they exceeded by exceptions. The communication of Robert Helm, the owner was always timely and frequent. He kept us informed about all phases of the project and provided a myriad of photos before, during and after the job was complete. We never felt uninformed at any point. Robert has a crew of six guys that have been with him a long time. They were very careful, methodical and thorough during the removal and installation of the new roof. Extra care was taken to assure all of the plants around the house were adequately protected with scaffolding or whatever was necessary. We were very impressed with Robert's oversight of the job. He was on site with the guys a majority of the time assuring that things were done to his standards. As for the quality of the job, it looks perfect. The ridge lines and valleys are perfectly straight. I couldn't find anything to improve on. It was very evident through this process that Robert is a perfectionist and it shows. If you need a new roof whether it be shingles, slate, tile or copper, R&R is the company you want to check out for doing the work.

HONEST with Very Fair Prices. What more could you ask for? How about them recommending that you hold off replacing your roof instead of saying that it needs to be replaced now? They've done this twice over the past two years with my 92 year old mother. Two years ago, they did minor repairs for free and repeated this today. When the time comes to replace the roof in a year or two, I'm not calling any one else. The quote they gave today was extremely competitive.

R&R roofing is the best. Robert came to assess the damage to my roof and was able to provide a quote within 24hrs. He worked patiently with me to choose the type shingles I wanted. Within 3 days Robert and his dynamic team came early morning to repair a total roof replacement and was done by the time I got off work. Robert noticed that a shingle on My roof didnt look correct and worked to ensure it was to his and my satisfaction. My roof looks amazing and I've since referred R&R to 6 other friends and colleagues. After my roof job, R&R also replaced all gutters and completed a beautiful deck for me.
