I asked for an estimate to fix or replace part of some soffit panels that were coming down, and to replace and redirect three gutter extensions. Robert from R. Celeste responded quickly and came the next day to give me a quote. He observed the soffit and said it did not need to be replaced, the panels could be reinstalled and affixed to the fascia. Robert made some suggestions on how he would replace and reposition the extensions. He said he had another job in the community and could schedule the work on the same day in the latter part of the following week.

Over the weekend there was a change in their schedule and two men from R. Celeste Roofing arrived early in the morning on Monday. They observed the things that needed attention and left. A couple of hours later they were back. I was not home at the time (my Ring doorbell alerted me) but when I returned about noon, the job had been completed. Everything looked great. The men cleaned up the work areas perfectly and their work was impeccable. I received the bill in the mail.

I rate this company high for responsiveness, fair pricing, professionalism, quality and communication.

Once again, Robert has taken care of business for us....he does great work at competitive prices. We had an issue on a roof he did, that wasn't his fault, but he still came out and took care of it for our client. Thanks again!

Very good work and very timely. Celeste Roofing completed our roof and gutter screening. We're very happy with the work done. He also took care of the small details we wouldn't have known of, like roof/attic fans and vents and small unforeseen repairs.

Robert was a pleasure to work with and gave me a great deal compared to two other competitors. His team did a great job too, against adversity, and finished the job in just two days as promised. First, they discovered that my sheathing was rotting due to high moisture and poor ventilation in the attic of my 26yr old home. They successfully replaced 55 sheets of 1/2" plywood, without hesitation, after my approval, to keep the job on track. Better even yet, they resolved the sources of the moisture and lack of ventilation to ensure that it doesn't happen again. Second, at the start of the 2nd day, their ladder hoist broke down, which I expected to halt work (not getting heavy packages of shingles to the roof). But, instead of a delay, the team members just carried them up the ladder manually to get the job done on time. You don't see that kind of commitment very often in this new world order. On time and great installation. Recommend for roof work. I was shown pictures of the work that was done to connect the fan from the bathroom upstairs to the vent installed. Very clean very neat done quickly and reliably.

We wanted to fix our roof and took 5 estimates and checked all of the roofers doing our research before taking one. When we came upon R. Celeste roofing, they did not even have a real address. The address led to what I believe is their mailing address. In addition they claim to be in business for 35 years when they have only been registered with the Secretary of State for 7. Just wanted to let people know the truth before considering to take R Celeste roofing. It seems like a fraudulent company.

We used Robert and his crew for a full roof tear off and re-shingle a few years ago. They did an outstanding job and it was done quickly. We just had them out again to tear off and re-shingle a section of our roof that was damaged from the ice storm. Once again, it was done quickly and they did a great job. Highly recommend them!
