R & A Roofing responded promptly to my inquiry. Provided professional advice, free estimates and detailed information about what is to be expected from the company.

He was supposed to repair my roof and said that he guaranteed that my roof would not leak again. A year and a half later I have a leak in the exact same spot and now have more damage to the interior of my home. I called him and it took two weeks before getting a call back and when he came out the first time he said it wasn’t anything he did. I had a roofers look at everything and he said that if the leak is in the same spot to contact the roofer who did the work. He then came out again and gave three different reasons for the cause of the leak within 30 m Then he slathered glued over the side and front portion on my wall.
Just had an additional roofer inspect everything and he said that he took short cuts when doing my roof so I called Mr. Carter back to try to work out the situation and he had a attitude and said that the warranty was up and he won’t do anything else.
His warranty for his work apparently is less than two years for roof repairs avoid this guy at all costs. I attached photos of how he just threw glue onto my house.
And to make matters worse he sold me on his workmanship so much I referred him to a neighbor and he now has the exact same problem with this roofer as I am.
