I just ended a phone conversation with Steve Parady. I was following up with him as I had not heard from him since his visit to my business in Westbrook several weeks ago. The trip to our business was regarding a leak in our roof where he previously repaired the roof. I asked if he had prepared a quote and his reply stunned me..... He basically said that he could not give a quote as he did not install the roof originally.
Mind you, he has serviced the roof and made repairs in the past two years and then had to come back and make repairs to his repairs! He wasn't shy about billing for each trip.
I asked him when he was planning to contact me to start work or discuss the repair and he said to me, "I'm very busy."
When he visited us several weeks early he told us that he would be in touch.....Needless to say R.A. Parady & Sons, Inc is no longer a source for roofing. I don't believe his tone or comments bode well for his business customer care and support.

These guys are great, they did the roof on our garage, awesome awesome job, they where in and out not one nail our scrap from the roof anywhere it was like they where never here. Thanks, we are going to have them do our house next

I called this company to get a quote on a vinyl siding job, Reid came out within a couple days ( Thursday) a measured everything up and told me that he should have i a quote within a few days. He also said he was giving his guys the next week off ( school vacation). Here we are the following Thursday and he hasnt even sat down to write it up. Very disappointed. Must
be nice to pick and choose your work.

R.A.Parady & Sons Roofers were recommended by the person who repaired my chimney as the best possible company to use. It has proved to be true! Chris and his team arrived, unloaded, and did not stop. They were clean, efficient, professional and pleasant. Chris took special care, on the night of the high winds, to see that everything was lashed down.
They worked like a well oiled machine. I would absolutely recommend them. Well worth it.

Top quality at a fair price. Well worth the wait. Friendly, professional crew and office staff. Their work is second to none.

Only 4 stars because of communication, the job was much more expensive than we discussed BUT they did a fine job. They addressed several issues that were not part of the original plan and this made the cost go much higher. I did however tell him that if he thought something needed attention to go for it....I just didn’t expect the cost, and some communication would have made this understandable and softened the blow. I had 55' of leaking Yankee gutters and called Parady. Even though it's spring and they've surely got a lot of big jobs, Reid responded in short order, analyzed the issue, recommended a fix, and sent two guys to install new (copper) liners within two-ish weeks. Even better, a small problem developed and Reid sent Ray over within a day to remedy it. That's as good as service gets and their work is as good as a roofing company does.

There is really nothing that they could have done better. We are very pleased with their workmanship, attention to detail both in the project and in the clean-up afterwards. I have no hesitation to recommend this company.

I had made multiple attempts to get a roofing price from this company. After leaving many messages, I finally spoke with company representative. They assured me I would receive a call back from Reed for a quote. To my surprise I never received that courtesy call.
My advice, don't waste your time contacting this company. There are plenty others out there willing to acknowledge you, and call back!

Parady and family are the BEST company you could ever think of working with. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for roofers! Satisfaction guaranteed.!!!
