We are very happy with the remodeling work done by R. A. Jones. We had extensive work done to the exterior of our 38 year old home - the goal being to make it attractive and maintenance free. Replacement of doors, siding, gutters, shutters , lighting, cupola and wrapping of trim. Robert was involved and attentive in the initial planning. Dave and crew were meticulous in doing the work. Dave treated our home as if it were his own. I would highly recommend R. A. Jones.

Another thing we appreciated was the care and attention we received to make this process as smooth as possible for us, our family, our neighbors, etc. For example, at the end of each day, the team cleaned/picked up the site and were done by 4-4:30 p.m. which was greatly appreciated by our neighbors; they took the time to make life more livable during the build (e.g., extending our access to the washer/dryer; moving the fridge to an accessible spot, etc.) I could go on and on! RA Jones changed my 1970 PINK bathroom into a beautiful new modern bathroom. Complete with new vanity, counter top and new tile shower and bench seat!!

Excellent customer service and a very honest and up front team of professionals we could not be happier. Answered all our questions and responded to any problem we pointed out and promptly addressed it to correct. Made us aware of any problems that could occur during our sunroom addition.
