The worst customer service. They told me to come in to place an order. drove 30 minutes there and said they were too busy and would send me a quote. Followed up 2 more times before I got a quote. Then they when I had a follow up question about it, Joe simply ghosted me. The guy at the desk also didn't even know anything about the products and told me the wrong roofing material. It wasn't for a big project so maybe they can't be bothered with smaller scale, I don't know. I run my own business and live by the principal "treat every customer like they are your only customer." Not at all the case here.

They would be 5 stars if they were open inside, it makes it difficult when you can't see samples for materials, or at least put some samples outside.

They did a great job helping to accommodate my needs during the covid-19 situation. Although the lobby / showroom was closed to the public they were able to assist me over the phone and give me the products outside the door

I like Allied and the people that work there. The guys at the front desk are friendly as well as the guys in storage buildings that retrieve the stock and supplies. They always have in stock parts I need for my business. And very helpful with recommendations on the remodel of my home. Will continue to go back.

The guys that work there are rude and just stare at you like you are an inconvenience. They don't take back UNOPENED boxes of 100% brand new material. Also, not even courteous enough to assist with returning item to vehicle. Hard to explain; it's just an awkward and unwelcoming environment all together.
