Leyland, Melissa, and the rest of the staff consistently go above and beyond to make sure we have what we need—when we need it—and that level of service makes a huge difference in how smoothly our projects run.
Leland has always been a solid point of contact—he knows his stuff and makes it easy to get answers fast. Whether it’s verifying lead times, helping us source hard-to-find products, or offering suggestions on alternative materials, his knowledge and responsiveness are top-tier. Melissa is also incredible to work with—she’s organized, quick with communication, and never lets anything fall through the cracks. It's clear she takes pride in keeping things efficient and accurate, which we greatly appreciate on tight schedules.
The rest of the QXO team mirrors that same energy—friendly, helpful, and committed to making sure we’re taken care of. As a contractor, it’s refreshing to work with a supplier that treats us like a partner and not just another transaction.
That said, I’d be doing them a disservice if I didn’t mention one area that could use improvement: the office. While the people running it are first-class, the space itself is noticeably outdated and could benefit from a modern refresh. It doesn’t reflect the caliber of service QXO provides, and upgrading it would create an even better experience for contractors and clients alike. It’s not a dealbreaker by any means—but definitely something to consider as the company continues to grow.
All in all, I highly recommend QXO to any contractors looking for a dependable, knowledgeable, and responsive exterior supplier. They’ve been an important part of our projects at Next Level Home Renovations, and I look forward to continuing our partnership for many years to come.
