Can’t speak for their products, only for the poor attitude and lack of concern shown to me while I was in the office. I came in because I was inches from being hit by one of the drivers delivering to them. They were probably frustrated because they told me that someone else who had witnessed the situation had already called. When I told them what happened, they said “Well you can go talk to the driver.” It is not my responsibility to speak to their drivers to discuss safely pulling in or out of their yard. When I told them this, they said that they weren’t “their people” that they just deliver. When I pressed them, one of the two men in the office said they’d go get someone named Shane. After being gone for a few minutes, only the same man returned. He gave me the name of the company. But said they didn’t have a phone number or even where they were located so that I could be sure to locate the proper company. Throughout the entire interaction, the associate was flippant and clearly annoyed that I was there. There was no care or concern that my vehicle with my child was almost hit by someone delivering to them. Their fault or not, they owe it to people to at least be sympathetic when safety is concerned.
